Quite a convenient location for tourists to explore the European side of Istanbul. Reception staff are able to speak fluent English which is a big plus. The room facing the street could be noisy so bring along earplugs to mitigate the noise pollution. Breakfast options are decent no complaints for the price paid

Хорошее расположение, спокойный и тихий переулок. Рядом метро. Прекрасный и разнообразный завтрак. Большой выбор еды. Номер немного уставший, но все аккуратненькое. Чайник, чашки, чай,вода в бутылках,холодильник, полотенце,вешалки, сейф, одноразовые тапочки и принадлежности для душа-все было.

Отельчик очень понравился, продлили проживание

Good selection for breakfast and Mr. Etem was very helpful and friendly. Made sure I waa going to the right place when there was a bit of confusion with the taxi driver. Hotel was in a good location. Shops and atm nearby. Quick taxi to the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace.

I was there with a group. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. The Hotel staff were very professional, especially Mr. Etem. As we had to leave early, the hotel even provided us a full breakfast service at 6.30. That was more than we could ask for.

Great and clean Hotte the rooms are good, the restaurant is good and the place is close to everything. I had a great time I thank all the staff especially Mr. Etem and Ali the reception staff they were very helpful ,kind and skilled ❤️❤️❤️ ❤️🌹🌹🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰🥰

Worthy stayed , cleaning level was one of the bests , breakfast not bad at all and the most important thing which every tourist wants its to be welcomed warmly , the professional staff there made this possible. Necessary shops pretty close only by walking , Suggested ✅

After having had a bad experience in a hotel we had already booked, we went to this Sögüt Hotel and Spa in the hope of finding a bit of comfort at least, and we were not disappointed. After explaining the situation to the staff, they so kindly helped us to manage our booking and offered us all possible services to make us feel comfortable. Throughout our stay we felt a great welcome and excellent service from the very professional hotel staff who always greeted us with a big smile. I can't remember all the names, but I will remember the names of Ali, Etem and Zaffer. For the next trip to Istanbul, I will definitely book at the same hotel (I hope to see them again sooner). Staying at this hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. The rooms and beds were very dirty, I found bed bugs in my room and when I told the receptionist they did not take it seriously. They lied multiple times and told me they did not have a bed bug problem but after talking with other guests that were staying in the hotel we figured out many other guests had the same problem. I had to change rooms three times and found bed bugs in all the rooms! The hotel manager and owner were incredibly rude and went in to my room without my consent multiple times, even once while I was sleeping. I would recommend anyone traveling to Istanbul to stay as far away from this hotel as possible!

The worst experience ever !! The rooms were dirty blankets dirty one of the rooms that is supposed to be a family room was a mess everything was dirty even (toilet seat , under bed , drawers , and mattress) Also some rooms were infected by bed bugs (when we found out at night About bed bugs they didn't let us change rooms so we had to stay awake for a full night also our clothes were already messed up) they are accusing us of bringing the bed bugs while we can prove that it's not us and there is another person that encountered the same problem 6 months ago , in addition one of the guests that were here before us found bed bugs .( Last day) We decided to leave the hotel because we are scared of getting bitten or having to throw out our clothes and as I said we have childrens with us .when we submitted for a cancel In booking they didn't want to confirm they are just trying to put the blame on us . I am so upset and I hope they get what they deserve by law. (Reservation by the name of Abderrahmane badawi)
