Hotel in zona Bãi san hô Gành Dầu, Phu Quoc Island

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam

Excellent service, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. I'm in utter love with this place. The décor of the brand-new room was sophisticated and elegant. The hotel employees provided excellent service, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Leila, in particular, was kind and thoughtful in setting everything up for us, and she always comes with a big, genuine smile, which makes us even happier. She went above and above to make my stay as enjoyable as possible by planning my routes to visit various locations on my own, explaining in detail how to get there, and reserving my ticket to the airport. We want to express our gratitude for making our experience spectacular and incredibly memorable. Overall experience can be expressed in 3 syllables Fa Bu Lous, can’t wait to go back.

Ho provato a dare loro un feedback anche durante il check-out Puoi vedere la foto e, a dire il vero, questo hotel è carino e la posizione è buona, solo che spero che l'acqua del rubinetto + la pulizia del letto + la camera e il disegno sul muro possano essere puliti e sistemati

Overall this was a good stay, but I'm going to likely try someplace else when returning to Phu Quoc, mostly to find a better match for the vibe I like out of a beach resort. Staff was pleasant, but not overly memorable. The resort is a lot bigger than I thought and most of the clientele that I saw were couples and families. I had a beachfront bungalow that was very nicely furnished with a king sized four poster bed, a huge bathroom and an outdoor balcony overlooking the beach. You can hear the waves at night once the very loud EDM/hip hop coming from two directions cuts out around 3 am. I took a 'can't beat em, join em' mentality one night and strolled over to the loud beach bar next door at night to realize that all the loud music was playing for exactly six people who were all yelling to hear one another over the music and not even on the dancefloor. Breakfast in the mornings was good, there's a friendly little mouse that comes by to lap up the crumbs as you eat if you dine alfresco. If you're turned off by rodents, Phu Quoc might but be the best place for you fyi. The bar at the hotel was very small with about 10 stools, but the guys that worked there were nice and the vibe was pretty chill.

Hotel confortevole, confortevole. Nel piano di terrazza parcheggio gratuito per le biciclette. Venite dal mare, stanco, non aspettava il caffè, così abbiamo preso abbastanza velocemente per arrivare alla stanza. La piscina sul tetto con una splendida vista di 360 gradi. Tutto è bellissimo e moderno, l'unico meno è andare al mare su alcune colline e il mare in quel luogo non è il migliore. Il supermercato di King Kong va relativamente vicino, ma si scopre ancora che l'hotel è situato alla fine meridionale dei posti occupati. Se un po' a nord ... Food - non sarò rigato, non ci sono richieste, ma ancora vide e meglio, quindi per il cibo 4 di 5. Sulla cifra di nuovo - nessuna rivendicazione, ma ha visto e meglio, così di nuovo 4, anche 4.5 di 5.

M Village Hotel lascia solo buone e piacevoli impressioni 🥹 Conosci un cocktail molto delizioso) e più bonus un altro buono dato su un altro cocktail 🍹🙂↕️ Numero retto come in immagine) Tutto per alloggi confortevoli è:acqua, tavolo, frigorifero, aria condizionata, asciugamani, mutandine, gel da doccia, shampoo e aria condizionata, penna e anche un cassaforte) E in ogni camera c'è un ombrello (nel caso della pioggia) è molto bello 👍🏻 La colazione è stata inclusa nel costo dell'alloggio) molto delizioso 🤤 Caffè vietnamita ☕️ ha conquistato il mio cuore ♥️ Personale in questo hotel, molto amichevole, sinceramente curato e pronto a venire ad aiutare 🫶 P.S. Ho usato una villa con 3 camere da letto e le strutture erano belle e pulite. Tuttavia, nella prima stanza non funzionava tutta l'elettricità, quindi ho chiamato un ingegnere e non funzionava, quindi ho chiesto di cambiare stanza. Ci sono volute circa 2 ore per cambiare camera... ho fatto il check-in alle 2:30, ma in realtà ho disfatto le valigie e mi sono riposato intorno alle 6:00. Hanno comunque cercato di venire incontro il più possibile alle nostre comodità (ci hanno cambiato in una sistemazione più grande e ci hanno dato della frutta per scusarci), ma non abbiamo avvertito grossi inconvenienti nella nuova sistemazione, e siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia della colazione e la piscina, quindi intendiamo visitarla di nuovo.
