Era un ottimo resort con buone opzioni per la colazione e una buona posizione se si noleggia una moto per esplorare l'isola. Anche la spiaggia del resort è bella. Il ristorante era nella media e c'era cibo molto migliore e più economico fuori dall'hotel. L'hotel fornisce un bus navetta gratuito, il che è stato fantastico! Nel complesso, era un'isola fantastica e un posto tranquillo.

Sono stato qui per la seconda volta. Sebbene il trasporto sia scomodo, volevo rilassarmi in una spaziosa villa in una zona tranquilla. In particolare, il personale era cordiale e sembravano essere attentamente selezionati, istruiti e trattati. In particolare, il personale della reception era cordiale ed era facile comunicare in inglese. (Molti degli hotel a cinque stelle a Phu Quoc hanno difficoltà a comunicare con il personale della reception in inglese) Questo non è un posto elegante e rumoroso. Piuttosto, è un luogo di pace tranquilla che è pratico ed elegante. Tutto sta andando di conseguenza. Non ci sono molti tipi di piatti a colazione, ma la qualità è buona. Sia il servizio spa che quello del ristorante sono convenienti. La spiaggia e la piscina sono piccole ma pratiche, accoglienti, eleganti e ben gestite. Anche gli edifici e gli interni del resort sono piccoli e vecchi, ma potevo sentire l'anima dell'architetto.

Sono così deluso di vivere qui per 3 notti 1. I SERVIZI della camera erano sporchi e ho trovato della muffa nel flacone del sapone per le mani 2. Non è stato fornito alcun asciugamano il secondo giorno 3. Le attività limitate fornite dall'hotel

Questo è un hotel che un tempo era carino, oggi è ok ma non c'è niente di 5 stelle in questo posto. È visibilmente vecchio/malandato, anche se per la maggior parte saremmo stati bene se non fosse stato venduto come un 5 stelle. La pulizia era ok ma non eccezionale, non è mai sembrato completamente pulito perché è un po' datato e alcune cose sembrano solo un po' sporche per questo motivo. Ma il personale nel complesso è stato gentile e disponibile, ad eccezione di alcuni che hanno chiesto bruscamente la mancia. La colazione era inclusa, non l'avrei pagata perché era davvero una faccenda detta. A parte alcune delle zuppe locali, pho, che erano ok. Tutto ciò che era occidentale era di pessima qualità e purtroppo insapore. Nel complesso, la posizione e la spiaggia sono abbastanza ok se si desidera qualcosa di appartato, ma di certo non vale la pena pagare un extra per questo hotel.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel from 18-20/Jul 2025. Several serious issues negatively affected my experience: 1. There was continuous water leakage in my room ceiling, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. 2. I was unable to reach the front desk via the room phone despite multiple attempts, and I could not contact the buggy service either. Communication was very difficult. The hotel is located in a remote area, and it was extremely hard to get transportation, which made commuting frustrating. I hope the management will take these concerns seriously and provide a reasonable explanation and compensation. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

had a great stay here! room was nice and facing the sea, staff are friendly as well. do take note if heading out will need to call the buggy to the lobby (complimentary). fantastic stay!

nice villa, with beautiful view near the breakfast place. that very close to the beach. just it is not close to town. need to take grab wherever you want to go.

The hotel is a beach front hotel. However, once you are in there, it's hard for you to walk out to find food or anything unless you rent a car or a motorcycle. The normal room also very far from the beach. Lucky I book beach front room so we don't have to walk far. The room is nice but there are some stains on the floor and the toilet is quite hard to flush.

everything was good except they have some information/poilcy sharing problems with the trip.com. Caused some misunderstanding

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The service quality was poor, and the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with stains on the furniture and dusty surfaces. Additionally, there was no body lotion provided, which seemed like a basic amenity to expect. The breakfasts were also a letdown. The food lacked flavor and was not enjoyable, making it difficult to start the day on a positive note. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of attention to detail and the subpar quality of both the rooms and the dining experience.

I highly appreciate the quality of service at the resort. Reasonable price and extremely cheaper than neighboring 5-star resorts. Especially with unique designs, geographical location close to Duong Dong center, convenient for getting to all other nearby sightseeing areas. I will return in the near future.
