Phu Quoc Island: hotel con bar

Una delle mie migliori soggiorni! Ci siamo divertiti tanto a stare nella loro elegante e accogliente stanza con una vista ottimale sul sole. I servizi degli ospiti erano impressionanti. Le strutture erano eccellenti. Grazie speciali a Huong (la ragazza che sorride più) e Trang, dalla squadra di cibo e bevande che erano così dolci e sempre ricordavano la nostra preferenza di cena; il personale di custodia che ha tenuto la nostra stanza pulita senza sorprese ogni notte; Ultimo, ma non meno importante, il Front Office Anup e Duy, che erano molto benvenuti e professionisti, sorrise molto e ci ha aiutato così tanto in tutta la permanenza! Sceglieremo di rimanere con Salinda per le nostre future visite a Phu Quoc!

You can feel the service the moment you step into the resort!! Front desk staffs are all professional, friendly, and always proactively assist with the luggages. During the stay, we even got the complimentary simple decor and cake for our anniversary. Turndown service also offered although we just stayed for 1 night + free fruits prepared for us👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 In terms of facilities, the swimming pool is super huge and instagrammable for sure!! Mostly importantly, it operates until 10 pm where we can enjoy it until night time. And definitely complimentary airport round trip is offered as long as you informed the hotel 1 day earlier. Highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again!!!

- La posizione era buona - Check in, atmosfera, esperienza e personale gentile - La colazione aveva un'infinità di scelte e selezioni tra cui scegliere - Il letto era comodo e gli asciugamani erano morbidi - La cosa brutta è che il mio soggiorno è stato di 3 giorni, ma il primo giorno c'era una fessura per le lettere nella mia stanza che indicava che il secondo giorno l'aria condizionata elettrica sarebbe stata interrotta dalle 8:00 alle 17:00, ma il primo giorno ho provato a chiamare la reception dell'hotel per il ventilatore portatile per prepararmi. non c'era nessun ventilatore disponibile perché i bambini con priorità vengono prima -.-” Ho con me anche persone anziane - La stanza è diventata molto calda e calda il 2° giorno e non ci è rimasta altra scelta se non quella di aprire ampiamente la porta della nostra camera in modo da ventilare l'aria e senza privacy per noi, le persone che camminano attraverso il corridoio possono vederci - Il cibo del servizio in camera era decisamente ragionevole e il cibo è delizioso e buono - Ho provato a chiedere alla reception perché l'acqua della nostra vasca da bagno è sempre gialla e l'ingegnere è venuto e indovina come sembra che tutta l'acqua della stanza sia GIALLA - Infine durante il giorno del check-out abbiamo visto una CUGICE nella nostra CAMERA! Ho provato a dare loro un feedback anche durante il check-out Puoi vedere la foto e, a dire il vero, questo hotel è carino e la posizione è buona, solo che spero che l'acqua del rubinetto + la pulizia del letto + la camera e il disegno sul muro possano essere puliti e sistemati

Vicino all'aeroporto ea breve distanza in auto dal mercato notturno di Duong Dong. Le strutture ei servizi erano proprio come 4 stelle. C'era un telo da piscina nella borsa da spiaggia in camera. Dopo aver nuotato in piscina, ho messo gli asciugamani nel portasciugamani usato, ma quando ho fatto il check-out, mi hanno detto che mancavano due asciugamani. Asciugamano bagnato usato... Poi riportalo in camera...? Se è così, non dovrebbero esserci asciugamani vicino alla piscina? mi sembrava di perdere i sensi...

La posizione, il cibo, la spiaggia, il personale. E' come un'università e Lamarck-toccato. Non c'era mai un posto come questo in Vietnam. Ricordate che non c'è molto intorno a JW, ma potete assumere un scooter o godere del silenzio dell'isola meridionale!

Posto bellissimo, camera spaziosa e completa di ogni servizio, bagno super!! Spiaggia di fronte ai bungalow tenuta pulita e con sdraio a dispozione (forse da aumentare), un di più sarebbe creare delle zone d’ombra in spiaggia per le ore più calde! Piscina perfetta, di fronte al tramonto! Staff super disponibile, in particolare Trung che si è preso cura di noi ed è stato così gentile da tardarci il check out così da sfruttare il nostro ultimo giorno qui! Possibilità di pranzare e cenare qui. Location molto suggestiva sul molo per cena! L’ultima sera ci siamo concessi una grigliata di pesce sul molo, cibo di qualitá, prezzi turistici medio/alti per la quantitá, unica pecca è arrivata un po’ fredda ma appena lo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno omaggiato di un calice di vino e frutta fresca per scusarsi. Wifi a disposizione in tutta la struttura, a volte segnale un po’ debole, ma forse meglio così meglio così visto il posto in mezzo alla natura!

Abbiamo prenotato per 6 settimane; Lahana pensava che avremmo avuto la prenotazione errata! Tuttavia, siamo stati mostrati al nostro bungalow sopra la collina, guardando giardini paesaggistici bellissimi. La nostra camera era grande e spaziosa, grande, bagno con bagno e doccia esterna. Poiché passamo tre mesi a est, non viaggiamo la luce. Il cappello non era abbastanza grande per tutti i nostri vestiti, ma usavamo basket di wicker per un magazzinaggio extra. [Potrebbe valersi la pena di prendere a bordo?] Il colazione era un piacere del giorno. Diversi frutti, uova, carne e salate sono anche preferiti vietnamiti. Il personale è eccezionalmente amichevole e utile. Viet, Kim, Nico, potrei chiamarli tutti. L'intera squadra LAHANA! Vuoi tornare? Sì. La mia unica prenotazione è Phu Quoc ha appena iniziato come una trappola turistica. Non ho bisogno di pulire le sue spiagge e le sue strade e le sue tracce circostanti! Sono sicuro che lo farà! Mi ricorda Phuket 20 anni fa! Ora senza spot. Grazie Lahana per una bella vacanza!

La posizione è vicino alla spiaggia di Kem, una delle spiagge più belle di Phu Quoc, con sabbia bianca e acqua cristallina, vicino alla spiaggia di Sao. Piscina lunga, scivolo acquatico, parco giochi per bambini, zona sportiva biliardo, ping pong... prezzi economici per un resort a 5 stelle. L'accoglienza degli ospiti che prenotano le camere non è professionale. Ho prenotato tramite Trip ma il giorno del check-in nessuno staff ha chiamato per chiedere informazioni sul problema del prelievo all'aeroporto. Ho chiamato l'addetto alla reception e ho detto che il mio modulo di prenotazione era stato pagato e che non c'erano informazioni di contatto. Ho prenotato tramite Trip, quindi il personale dell'hotel deve chiamare in modo proattivo e chiedere a Trip di ottenere le informazioni.

the massage environment was great, the actual massage fell short. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a variety of tasty options. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience was dampened by a broken toilet flush that remained unfixed despite reminders. Overall, a mix of highs and lows during my stay.

I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending.
