Staff are very kind and helpful. The room smell like mold, but overall Hotel are good. Little expensive restaurant and as you don’t have so many options inside the hotel, you end up eating there.

At the front desk, I had to ask the staff repeatedly, cause her voice was so quiet when checking in. (She said the name means star.) Also, she kept telling me to sit over there and wait, and they checked in a long time after the check-in time without giving me a clear reason. Of course, there was no understanding or apology. We had to wait until everyone else checked in, and after talking to another staff, they apologized and help us check in quickly. While waiting for loading our luggage onto the buggy(the male staff took our luggage tag), a female staff member wearing a uniform and with a half-up hairstyle (Don't know her name because she didn't have a name tag) approached us and asked to give her the tag in a hurry. I said, "The staff took it," but she cut me sharp and kept asking me in an irritated and angered tone, "So which luggage is yours!" My elderly parents were very embarrassed, and they wondered why the staff member was so rude. She was literally aggressive and scared the guest. I'm not trying to be like the King and expected much from the thoel. The buggy driver and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly. Compared to the hospitality I received the next day at another hotel, I clearly felt that my time at New World was a waste. That staff does not respect the precious time of people who take their time to come to Phu Quoc for vacation, and they need to check their service manual. If anyone around me is going to Phu Quoc, I will tell them to avoid New World. There are so many hotel and Resorts in Phu Quoc..

I think it is new hotel. and have a beaautiful beach at Phu quoc. but,.. not good one thing is ./. when I call buggy... it always late... anyway that time is full booking. and I understand. but it will be put more effort is better. other is perFect.

Incredible stay - been back twice. Would absolutely recommend due to the beautiful accommodation, wonderful pool and bar and stunning beach.

The size of the bedroom is smaller than expected but the overall villa condition is new and good.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The quality of services, amenities, food, and the villas are incredible! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a top of the top hotel. It’s a truly gem of Vietnam.

Beautiful location, nice villas with great privacy and comfort. Also service is pretty effective, buggy to go around always arrive very fast. Food offer is above average and enough variety not to get bored even for more than a week stay, like ours.

This is very great place and there are some facilities that we could try such as bikes and biatong. If I have a chance to visit here again. I am sure to visit again.

Nice resort and clean room

Lovely service and accommodation. Resort itself needs more facilitates. Restaurant needs substantial improvement for the price. Pool area and private beach is exceptional but beach bar was not open during my stay. However staffs were all lovely and polite.

私人泳池很棒，房間很大，也很好睡，但實在不習慣衛浴設備都是全透明的，若是和朋友一起出遊會有點不自在，戶外的沙灘和泳池也超美，可惜沒玩到獨木舟

第一天來到酒店已經很有驚喜，地方大又干凈，我們這次選擇Villa.屋內有個泳池，環境舒適，酒店有個私人沙灘，設施很齊全，工作人員都很有禮貌很熱心。最最大驚喜是仔仔生日當天我們沒有request酒店靜悄悄送了個生日蛋糕放雪櫃，很有誠心及心思～一定會介紹朋友入住
