Hotel pet friendly a Marrakesh

Il servizio è molto buono, può essere fatto Spa e caldo, l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono, i dipendenti di solito parlano inglese

Wonderful location walking distance to most of attractions in Marrarkech 10 minutes from Jewish Quarter, Palais Badi, Bab Agnaou, 10 - 15 minutes to La Koutoubia, Le Jardin Secret. However we got lost looking for the Riad when arriving the first day. It would have been helpful if more clear and detailed directions were given (not just a map) with the booking confirmation. The Riad is very clean. Staff cleaned our room and changed towels everyday. Breakfast was simple but transitional and delicious, limited plastic packaging involved very environmental friendly - love it. Overall we enjoyed our staying and definitely recommend anyone who are looking for Marrakech Riad experience.

A Raid Yakimur ci siamo riposati con nostro figlio. Anche prima del viaggio abbiamo risposto in dettaglio alle nostre domande, ci abbiamo ordinato un trasferimento. Quando ci siamo ubicati, abbiamo avuto un tè di menta marocchina. La nostra stanza era al primo piano, lasciando la stanza, eravamo immediatamente in una bella zona pubblica. Era molto insolita vivere in un raid. In camera comodi letti. Non ho avuto illuminazione, ma ha dato un certo ambiente. Purtroppo, durante il nostro soggiorno, il colazione sul tetto non era possibile a causa del tempo, ma c'era sempre possibile salire e prendere foto. Raid è molto atmosferico. Reattivo, attento e piacevole personale lavora lì. Ci hanno fatto tutto per renderci confortevoli nel riad. La prossima volta torneremo certamente qui!

Didn’t know much about the Riad’s in Morocco but after the stay I understood the culture more. We arrived at night and couldn’t find the Riad for a while some locals helped us locate it through the alleyways (They did demand tips but we didn’t have enough small cash yet) It was scarier walking through the alleyways than it seemed but quite a chaotic main road. The inside was lovely couldn’t tell too much on arrival but the next day you could see the beautiful interior. Clean and accommodating. The host was friendly and recommend lots to do. The breakfast wasn’t for me but my friend enjoyed it

Tutto bene, il personale era molto amichevole.Un giorno nella mia stanza era un po' freddo. Ma tranne questo tutto era bene. È arrivato l'acqua nel doccia, il tetto carino e il gatto di ginger più carino per le cuddles omgggg mi manca ancora questa cutie! Ho prenotato 2 giorni con un giorno senza prenotazione per salire a Jabal Toubkal e hanno tenuto la mia roba senza alcun problema! Colazione è stata 4€ e è stata piuttosto grande e buona colazione inclusa tè di menta ♥️

Don’t be shocked when you’re taken to a cheap back office beside the portal of the hotel after you arrived. It’s here where the check-in and check-out and all the guest related issues are handled. After you’re cleared you’re lead through a luxuriously decorated hall that seems to have been designed to be the reception of a five star hotel. The actual purpose of it was never revealed. The service was acceptable at best. One had the impression the personal was hiding from the guests. That said the hotel has marvelous premisses and the suites are decorated tastefully. The pool is too cold!

L'hotel è un bel paesaggio, le reception sono bellissime e utile, ma uno dei ristoranti del bar sembra solo piacere parlare con i clienti arabi o francesi. Era molto annoiante, prima cosa gli ho chiesto di menù quando aspettavo che la mia stanza fosse pronta al bar, ha completamente dimenticato la mia richiesta, parlava con 2 ospiti francesi, il secondo giorno mi ha urlato quando stavo facendo una foto perché non sapevo il Il posto era una terrazza per una stanza ospite che non era chiusa nessun segno o porta, mi sentivo così incomoda e disaccolta. Tuttavia, la stanza è buona, ma il servizio non è sicuramente 5 stelle

The Riad is absolutely lovely — charming Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, and a rooftop terrace perfect for breakfast or winding down. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, yet quiet enough to relax. Our room was spotless, the air-con worked well, and everything felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was generous and tasty, served on the terrace with a relaxed vibe. I’m giving 4 out of 5 for service only because staff didn’t regularly check the rooms. Sometimes essentials like toilet paper or… weren’t restocked unless we asked. The team was friendly, but a little more attention would’ve made it perfect. Overall, it’s a beautiful stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
