Stunning Views, Beautiful Design & Warm Hospitality A fantastic stay at Rishine Golden Sunrise Vista. The room has a really thoughtful design layout — stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the standout features was the sunken bathtub in the room, a lovely touch that added to the whole experience. The real showstopper is the view, we had an unobstructed look at Jade Snow Mountain from our room, absolutely breathtaking. The location is ideal too, just a short taxi ride to Baisha Ancient Town. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special, peaceful stay near Lijiang with a view you won't forget.

Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. La guesthouse è stata eccellente; ho soggiornato tre notti. 1. Posizione: situata nel centro di Baisha, comoda per esplorare Baisha, trovare ristoranti e chiamare un taxi. 2. Design della guesthouse: ambiente fantastico, bellissimo, e un tetto con vista (purtroppo, il tempo non era abbastanza buono per vedere le montagne innevate). 3. Camere: spaziose (ho dimenticato di scattare foto), pulite e ordinate, con una disposizione ben organizzata. Il balcone offre una vista sulle montagne innevate (uno scorcio del loro profilo) e l'aria condizionata era molto potente. 4. Servizio: eccellente. Tutti sono stati molto accoglienti e il personale è persino venuto a prendere e riaccompagnare gli ospiti nella piazza della città. La colazione era ottima, soprattutto i noodles di riso. La pulizia è stata rapida e accurata. Per esplorare Baisha, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in centro; è molto più comodo.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from Baisha Ancient Town, while still being in a quiet area. It is also very close to restaurants, cafés, shops, and everything you might need. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. Since communication between us was through translation, they were always very understanding, cooperative, and willing to help with anything we needed until the very last moment. They helped us book tickets for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, arranged a driver for our trip, and also helped us book transportation to the airport, making our stay much easier and more comfortable. The hotel itself is modern, beautiful, and very clean. It has a washing machine and dryer available for guests, which was very convenient. There is also a shared kitchen on the top floor, and every day they kindly provided a complimentary fruit platter. The view from the hotel is wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baisha, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I’m very glad that I booked this hotel for my solo vacation! The staff have been extremely tentative since the moment I landed (I booked two nights consecutively so I was able to request for the airport pick up service). The front desk manager made sure that I’d get a cup of hong jing tian hot tea (helps with high altitude sickness) once I arrived at the hotel. Another staff also gave me a Yunnan flower cake upon my check in. They also upgraded my room because it was their slow season and a better room was available. I stayed in room Shan Lan 205 (highly recommended) for my 3 days two nights that I was at Baisha, Yunnan. The view was amazing, room was very clean (no bugs within the room) and warm bedding. This hotel is also just an 8min walk to the Baisha old town, right by a horse farm and Jian Shan Xiao Yuan (a farm with decors for you to have photo shoots). So, location wise this hotel is great! Other staff were also attentive when you request help via their wechat(they helped me deliver my food deliveries to my room even though they didn’t have to) Will definitely book this place again next time I’m back in Lijiang.

Il proprietario è stato super accogliente, è venuto a prenderci all'ingresso della città vecchia con un tuk-tuk elettrico. Appena arrivati in hotel ci hanno subito assegnato la camera, e c'era anche il tè pomeridiano. La sera offrivano bevande, un tocco davvero premuroso. Dalla camera si vedeva la montagna innevata, una vista splendida. Le tre grandi finestre offrivano un panorama magnifico. Anche la colazione era abbondante, con spaghetti di riso, wonton e caffè preparato a mano. La cosa più divertente è che abbiamo giocato a biliardo due volte, haha, ne è valsa davvero la pena!

L'hotel è relativamente nuovo, quindi appare pulito, ma si notano piccoli dettagli come la moquette nei corridoi che conducono alle camere, sporca e piena di detriti. Il personale è cordiale, efficiente, disponibile e trasmette un'atmosfera piacevole! La vista è come promesso: si possono ammirare comodamente le montagne innevate di Yulong dal letto e godersi sia l'alba che il tramonto (ho soggiornato in estate). Offrono anche un ottimo tè pomeridiano con caffè locale macinato fresco, davvero delizioso. Aspetti negativi: - La finestra non è oscurata, quindi ci siamo letteralmente abbronzati solo aprendo le tende. - Non particolarmente adatto ai bambini piccoli. - Sembra che ci siano camere per non fumatori, ma è consentito fumare e ci sono posacenere nei cestini del corridoio comune, persino fuori dalle camere. - La camera è incredibilmente piccola e piena di angoli appuntiti all'altezza di un bambino piccolo. - Lo spazio sul piano d'appoggio e per aprire i bagagli è limitato... Non mi ero mai sentito claustrofobico prima di soggiornare in questa piccola camera con un bambino piccolo. Se viaggi da solo o con lo zaino in spalla, questo posto è un'ottima scelta perché si trova vicino a molte attrazioni di Lijiang.

Nice budget option on the edge of the city centre. The location in a side street makes for a very quiet night. The room was spacious and very clean. The heated seat and heating in the bathroom were quite a highlight. The beds were supercomfy. And the traditional design especially of the courtyard is beautiful. What we think could be improved: our room in the ground floor was a bit dark. The windows could not be opened and on morning there were people shifting card boxes from on place to the other one just in front of our window, so privacy felt a bit limited. Despite the CCTV, an actual locked storage room would have been much appreciated on our check-out day so the bags would not have been standing in the open front desk room while the gates are open and noone is there to have an eye on the luggage. Overall though, we had a really nice time in Lijiang. The Jade Mountains with their Blue Moon Lakes are spectacular.

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
