UUtente anonimoStaying here was easily one of the highlights of my trip to Lijiang. The entire experience exceeded expectations from the moment I arrived.
The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with premium amenities — from the luxurious bedding to the Dyson hair dryer and Marshall Bluetooth speaker, every detail reflects quality and comfort.
What truly sets this place apart is the stunning public area. The huge lawn, cozy bonfire atmosphere, and uninterrupted direct view of the “Golden Mountain Sunrise” create a magical experience that’s hard to describe in words. Watching the first light hit the snow mountain right in front of the property was absolutely unforgettable.
The hospitality here also deserves special mention. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive throughout the stay. They prepared delicious afternoon tea, thoughtful goodnight desserts, and a wonderful breakfast every day, which made the entire experience feel even more welcoming and personal.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again.

A fantastic stay at Rishine Golden Sunrise Vista. The room has a really thoughtful design layout — stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the standout features was the sunken bathtub in the room, a lovely touch that added to the whole experience.
The real showstopper is the view, we had an unobstructed look at Jade Snow Mountain from our room, absolutely breathtaking.
The location is ideal too, just a short taxi ride to Baisha Ancient Town.
The staff were excellent throughout, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special, peaceful stay near Lijiang with a view you won't forget.

PPenguTheTravellerIl nostro soggiorno qui era assolutamente meraviglioso, grazie in gran parte al nostro ospite eccezionalmente gentile e utile. Dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato, l'ospite è andato sopra e oltre per renderci benvenuti. Hanno organizzato un conducente per farci uscire dalla stazione ferroviaria, che ha reso la nostra arrivo senza stress e senza stress.
Ogni mattina, ci hanno curati a un dolce colazione fresca, un bel contatto personale che ha iniziato i nostri giorni a destra.L'ospite ci ha anche dato fantastici consigli locali di cibo, tutti deliziosi e autentici.
Quello che si è rivelato davvero era la loro disponibilità ad aiutarci con le cose più piccole, che ci hanno anche aiutato a ricevere e raccogliere le nostre parcelle Taobao durante il nostro soggiorno. E quando abbiamo bisogno di un passaggio di ultima notte per il prossimo piede del nostro viaggio, l'ospite ha presto organizzato per noi un'auto che era un salvatore di vita.

UUtente ospiteIl proprietario è stato super accogliente, è venuto a prenderci all'ingresso della città vecchia con un tuk-tuk elettrico. Appena arrivati in hotel ci hanno subito assegnato la camera, e c'era anche il tè pomeridiano. La sera offrivano bevande, un tocco davvero premuroso. Dalla camera si vedeva la montagna innevata, una vista splendida. Le tre grandi finestre offrivano un panorama magnifico. Anche la colazione era abbondante, con spaghetti di riso, wonton e caffè preparato a mano. La cosa più divertente è che abbiamo giocato a biliardo due volte, haha, ne è valsa davvero la pena!

The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement.
It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others.
Location:
Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience.
Customer Service & Staff:
The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs.
The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.
We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. This stay left a lasting impression on us, and we very much look forward to returning in the future.

JJenLoo_SGRoom is spacious, great location for direct view of the Jade Dragon snow mountain. It also served nice coffee as afternoon tea. The only drawback is the in-room service via WeChat was a bit slow, but overall was a comfortable and nice stay.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è relativamente nuovo, quindi appare pulito, ma si notano piccoli dettagli come la moquette nei corridoi che conducono alle camere, sporca e piena di detriti. Il personale è cordiale, efficiente, disponibile e trasmette un'atmosfera piacevole! La vista è come promesso: si possono ammirare comodamente le montagne innevate di Yulong dal letto e godersi sia l'alba che il tramonto (ho soggiornato in estate). Offrono anche un ottimo tè pomeridiano con caffè locale macinato fresco, davvero delizioso.
Aspetti negativi:
- La finestra non è oscurata, quindi ci siamo letteralmente abbronzati solo aprendo le tende.
- Non particolarmente adatto ai bambini piccoli.
- Sembra che ci siano camere per non fumatori, ma è consentito fumare e ci sono posacenere nei cestini del corridoio comune, persino fuori dalle camere.
- La camera è incredibilmente piccola e piena di angoli appuntiti all'altezza di un bambino piccolo.
- Lo spazio sul piano d'appoggio e per aprire i bagagli è limitato... Non mi ero mai sentito claustrofobico prima di soggiornare in questa piccola camera con un bambino piccolo.
Se viaggi da solo o con lo zaino in spalla, questo posto è un'ottima scelta perché si trova vicino a molte attrazioni di Lijiang.

LLisa 丽莎Initially, we booked the family suite but had to change the room due to an issue with the toilet. The boss was very helpful and quickly arranged a new room for us. The new room was much more comfortable, so we are thankful to the boss for that.
Regarding cleanliness, we wish the rooms could be cleaner. The hotel should pay more attention to hygiene, especially that of the toilet.
Another inconvenience was that there were many mosquitos in the room. Fortunately, the hotel provided a mosquito killer racquet and killer mats, so we were able to eliminate most of the mosquitos. Perhaps the mosquitos find some breeding grounds on the beautiful patio in the middle of the house.
The location of the hotel is good. It's very quiet but close enough to most of the attractions in the city of Lijiang.
The service attitude is very good. The boss and the cleaning lady are very kind and attentive. The lady prepared a nice breakfast for us, so thank you. The boss helped us book a taxi for the day we were leaving early in the morning. We really appreciate the kind service provided by the staff.
Regarding price for value, we think it might be a bit overpriced given the condition of the rooms.
Overall, this hotel is very beautiful. The furniture is traditional and beautiful. The central patio is exquisite and we loved the traditional Chinese design. The staff is kind and attentive.

CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
