Stunning Views, Beautiful Design & Warm Hospitality A fantastic stay at Rishine Golden Sunrise Vista. The room has a really thoughtful design layout — stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the standout features was the sunken bathtub in the room, a lovely touch that added to the whole experience. The real showstopper is the view, we had an unobstructed look at Jade Snow Mountain from our room, absolutely breathtaking. The location is ideal too, just a short taxi ride to Baisha Ancient Town. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special, peaceful stay near Lijiang with a view you won't forget.

Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. the staff were really friendly and helpful! when we were struggling with the cold they helped is adjust the temperature and gave us an extra blanket—even went the extra mile to allow us to keep the heater on throughout the day. they also assisted us with booking a day trip to the snow mountain which was very fun! the town itself is also lovely to wander around, do make sure you make time for it. room wise, the pictures are accurate but do manage your expectations somewhat on the actual look and feel of the space. the view is definitely legit though! we dthink this is quite decent an accommodation option for the price and location. a note that they only provide single-use towels—something to note if you are particular about that. Remember to give their doggo a tummy rub for us!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from Baisha Ancient Town, while still being in a quiet area. It is also very close to restaurants, cafés, shops, and everything you might need. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. Since communication between us was through translation, they were always very understanding, cooperative, and willing to help with anything we needed until the very last moment. They helped us book tickets for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, arranged a driver for our trip, and also helped us book transportation to the airport, making our stay much easier and more comfortable. The hotel itself is modern, beautiful, and very clean. It has a washing machine and dryer available for guests, which was very convenient. There is also a shared kitchen on the top floor, and every day they kindly provided a complimentary fruit platter. The view from the hotel is wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional hospitality and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baisha, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Room is spacious, great location for direct view of the Jade Dragon snow mountain. It also served nice coffee as afternoon tea. The only drawback is the in-room service via WeChat was a bit slow, but overall was a comfortable and nice stay.

Dalla camera si vedeva la montagna innevata, una vista splendida. Le tre grandi finestre offrivano un panorama magnifico. Anche la colazione era abbondante, con spaghetti di riso, wonton e caffè preparato a mano. La cosa più divertente è che abbiamo giocato a biliardo due volte, haha, ne è valsa davvero la pena!

Initially, we booked the family suite but had to change the room due to an issue with the toilet. The boss was very helpful and quickly arranged a new room for us. The new room was much more comfortable, so we are thankful to the boss for that. Regarding cleanliness, we wish the rooms could be cleaner. The hotel should pay more attention to hygiene, especially that of the toilet. Another inconvenience was that there were many mosquitos in the room. Fortunately, the hotel provided a mosquito killer racquet and killer mats, so we were able to eliminate most of the mosquitos. Perhaps the mosquitos find some breeding grounds on the beautiful patio in the middle of the house. The location of the hotel is good. It's very quiet but close enough to most of the attractions in the city of Lijiang. The service attitude is very good. The boss and the cleaning lady are very kind and attentive. The lady prepared a nice breakfast for us, so thank you. The boss helped us book a taxi for the day we were leaving early in the morning. We really appreciate the kind service provided by the staff. Regarding price for value, we think it might be a bit overpriced given the condition of the rooms. Overall, this hotel is very beautiful. The furniture is traditional and beautiful. The central patio is exquisite and we loved the traditional Chinese design. The staff is kind and attentive.

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
