Hotel a George Town

"Ho prenotato un soggiorno di 3 notti, il check-in è stato piacevole e tempestivo. Una volta raggiunta la stanza, il water era intasato, il vetro del bagno era ammuffito. Il resto della stanza era ok ma c'era un odore di odore proveniente dalla moquette. La TV era come un modello obsoleto e la ricezione era orribile e poco chiara, cosa che non otteniamo al giorno d'oggi se non negli anni '80 o '90. La colazione era davvero semplice, dovresti saltarla e non sembra quella di un hotel. Ho fatto il check-out anticipato di un giorno e ho prenotato un altro hotel perché non mi sento bene."

"Pros : walking distance to heritage place. Easy to find food. Clean room and i guess newly renovated hotel. Cons : this room definitely not a cityview as described, abit disappointed feeling like being scammed. Can see the picture ive taken. Soundproofing very bad & i can hear clearly people Walk outside & bang the door."

"We went on a 3 days 2 nights business trip with family in Penang. This hotel is located at Gurney bay which is such a very good location. We personally familiar with the surrounding there so it is easy to find food and travel. The parking building can be accessed both from Gurney bay and Kelawai road which is very convenient. Free parking is available in the building. The parking space in front of the hotel charges 10 RM per entry. We got a connecting room which is so comfortable for us. The hotel staff were very nice also. Pros: The room is fully equipped with universal power outlets. Cons: The shower is located in bathtub. It is quite slippery and inconvenient. Overall, We had a very pleasant stay."

"Room was small but clean, cozy and comfortable. The only thing to note is that the room isn’t very soundproof — we could hear people passing by the corridor and doors closing loudly at midnight many times. Parking was challenging. Great location to nearby attractions and shops. Overall great 👍🏻"

"Hotel location very convenient. Walking distance to Cecil market, Kimberly street, chulia street. It will be good if the in-house TV is smart TV so that we can enjoy watching you tube or Netflix program Hotel provide drinks and popcorn snacks at the lobby Grab car and grab food delivery also easy"

"Love the design of the hotel. The room is huge by Penang standard and comes with lots of carpark. We had a really comfortable stay at Sho. The cons is the location which is located slightly away from the Center. The water pressure in the shower is sometimes too low. These are minor problems. Definitely will visit again"

"Camera di buone dimensioni con vista meravigliosa, si vedono sia le montagne che il mare. Gli edifici nelle vicinanze sono molto bassi, quindi si può vedere a chilometri di distanza. Personale professionale, soprattutto alla reception. Hanno un sorriso genuino e sono pronti ad aiutare. Direi che sono più proattivi di quegli hotel a cinque stelle in cui ho soggiornato a Penang e Langkwawi durante questo viaggio. Tuttavia, vorrei davvero che il personale del concierge (di turno di notte) fosse più cauto e attento nella gestione delle spedizioni, compresi i pacchi consegnati in hotel. Avrebbero potuto controllare l'identità di chi ritira il pacco invece di non convalidarlo e permettere a chiunque di andare allo sportello per ritirarlo da solo. Alla fine, chi si assumerà la responsabilità se il pacco venisse smarrito?"

"Le camere ei bagni erano molto puliti. Questo è un grande vantaggio. Tuttavia, c'erano alcune preoccupazioni. Inizialmente la stanza al nostro 18° piano aveva una porta comunicante con la stanza accanto. Sfortunatamente, i nostri vicini erano estremamente rumorosi e potevamo sentire le conversazioni della porta accanto. Abbiamo parlato con il direttore e sono stati così gentili da ospitarci al 19° piano. Quella stanza era silenziosa senza porte comunicanti. Anche il frigorifero non funzionava."
