The place is clean. They provide slippers, shampoo, shower gel, dish washing liquid, hand soap and washing detergent. The rooms are a bit cramped. There is a snack stalls that sell all snacks such as noodles, nasi lemak, kueh etc. Good for breakfast and snacks in between meals. As we are on 36th, we have a good city view Overall a nice place to stay in.

Ci sono Komtar, il centro commerciale di Praga e la First Avenue a piedi. Buona cibo intorno all'angolo - Presgrave Food, Danes Maju, Gama Desserts.. L'hotel è così pulito e le camere sono spaziose! Il bagno è luminoso e pulito, nessun grigio in thro gruting, la doccia è forte e l'acqua è calda. Il letto e le mutande sono fermi con fogli bianchi puliti. Abbiamo anche goduto di utilizzare la palestra e la piscina ~ molte macchine da ginnastica e la piscina è pulita e tranquilla. Il personale dell'hotel è tutti gentile, ben addestrato ed efficiente. Abbiamo anche un trattamento di incendio mentre siamo stati qui durante il fine settimana Hari Raya. Raccomando a tutti di rimanere qui a St. Giles! Molto buon valore per la posizione, le camere d'albergo e il servizio.

選擇的時候有擔心過新開業的酒店味道的問題，糾結了許久，但是住進去了非常喜歡。 酒店設計很喜歡，有南洋風，工作人員的服裝也都搭配整體的設計。 服務人員都很nice，早班機到達，給的歡迎drink很提神。12:00就能入住了。前台小哥哥説我去住的前一天才開業，我是當天第一個客人。 房間設計不愧是新酒店，非常合理，又獨立的衣帽間和化粧台，浴缸和客廳面對的海景，非常怡人，是手持掛燙機，不再是笨重的熨斗了，很喜歡！ 之前很糾結定濱城東家酒店還是傲途格，出去玩完路過東家酒店，覺得自己的選擇非常明智！因為那邊晚上真的很吵，相比傲途格很安靜！ 回來晚上收到酒店的開夜床小禮物，也很驚喜。 缺點就是確實剛開業，還是有點味道，估計再過一段時間就好了。然後床上面的煙感一閃一閃的，睡眠不好的可能會影響，也和前台小姐姐反饋了，估計也會解決吧。

La stanza è molto buona, molto pulita, il proprietario della stanza è molto carina. La vista è molto bella, ma si può dover aspettare l'ascensore un po', ma non è un problema. In generale, è considerato molto utile, più si va con gli amici, più economico.

Staying 2 nights at Club Family Room. The room consists of 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, and it's perfect to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Amenities are from L'occitane. Club Floor guests can enjoy free flow drinks at Club Lounge, and my kids love it so much. However, there were some stains on the bathtub. The swimming pool is not big. The adult pool is 1.2m and 2m water depth. The kids' pool is only 0.3m deep. But, the breakfast choices were sufficient and tasted good. There are plenty of parking lots at the basement car park. But, there was no elevator from the car park to the lobby. Guests have to use a staircase from the car park to the lobby. Parking is complimentary for hotel guests. LOCATION is superb as it's in the centre of GEORGETOWN, and Jen Hotel is just next to The Top and Komtar. It's within walking distance to New Lane Food Stalls, Penang Road famous cendol, etc.

Recently stayed in one of the most affordable 5 stars hotel in Penang. Even this hotel a little tired but overall it is well maintained, clean, spacious and come with great unblock sea view and breakfast was good too. Will definitely come back.

Inizialmente avevamo prenotato la Serene Suite ma l'abbiamo aggiornata alla Luxury Suite all'arrivo, perché volevamo un bagno. Aveva la migliore esperienza in questo hotel. Il servizio era impeccabile. Il personale di questo hotel è estremamente utile e ospite. Le camere erano sempre pulite in tempo e le richieste fatte erano viste per asap. Noi sicuramente restiamo qui di nuovo. La posizione di questo hotel era perfetta. Possiamo camminare verso la maggior parte dei luoghi che abbiamo fatto intorno a Georgetown. Poco più traffico che ha reso le cose molto più facili.

Upon arrival at the front desk, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service, along with a welcome ice cream. We were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a king bed room. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had thoughtfully accommodated my request made online to be near the elevator, as I was traveling with two young children and wanted to avoid walking too far. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. To our surprise, the minibar included a birthday cake, as I had mentioned online that we were staying to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary snacks and soft drinks, which were a lovely bonus. We chose this hotel for its convenience, as it allowed our two children to rest easily after getting tired from exploring the mall. It turned out to be exactly as we hoped—super convenient. The hotel is also close to a famous food street, but unfortunately, we couldn’t visit due to the rain. Instead, we dined at one of the many restaurant options within the mall. The breakfast the next morning was abundant and delicious, and since our two kids are under five, they enjoyed complimentary breakfast as well. We have no regrets about choosing this hotel. The hotel is very old located in the center of George Twon closer to seaside. I have booked family room. Space and lay out is ok but 2 issues, 1 the inner parents room has a large empty space by the window (seaview the say but hardly seeing tho) we were puzzled why no pair of sofa chairs with a tea table, what is this space for? Super odd... 2 the connecting door for two rooms doesn't close well, not saying the lock doesn't work, no no, the door can't even able to be fully shut. Services is almost zero. Don't count on it. All in all besides the location and fact has family room options, I don't have anything else to write home about this hotel. Oh and the sound proof is zero too, not saying between our 2 rooms. I basically had bad sleep whole 4 nights stay cos outside in the hall almost never stopped having doors open/shutting and people loudly talking/walking by noises... Won't book again.
