Hotel con parcheggio a Cebu

Ho avuto una splendida esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel. Dalla nostra arrivo, tutto si sentiva confortevole, benvenuto, e ben curato. Il personale era molto amichevole, accogliente, e professionale per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Erano sempre disposti ad aiutare ogni volta che ci serviva qualcosa, e la loro atteggiamento caldo ha fatto davvero una differenza. La camera era pulita, comoda e spaziosa abbastanza per un soggiorno rilassante, tutto era ben mantenuto, e il letto era particolarmente comodo, che rendeva facile ottenere un buon sonno dopo un lungo giorno. La notte è stata molto più lunga, ma la notte è stata molto più lunga, e la notte è stata molto più lunga. La posizione era anche conveniente, rendendoci facile raggiungere e accedere ai luoghi vicini. L'atmosfera generale dell'hotel era tranquilla e rilassante, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. A volte un hotel può avere belle camere, ma è il personale e i dettagli che fanno davvero ricordare l'esperienza. Qui, ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e ben guardati. Le domande o le richieste che avevamo fatto sono state trattate con cortesia ed efficienza. In generale, sono molto felice del nostro soggiorno e mi piacerebbe assolutamente tornare. Era una comoda, piacevole e senza stress da parte di un inizio a un termine. A questo hotel vorrei consigliare a chiunque di trovare un posto pulito, confortevole con personale amichevole e un servizio eccellente. Grazie all'intera squadra per aver fatto il nostro soggiorno una bella esperienza. ❤️

Assolutamente di alto livello vista da un bagno. La posizione saggia è anche all'interno 15-25 mins grab ride al centro della città. Molto apprezzamento per i nostri butler che hanno assicurato che tutte le nostre domande e richieste fossero presto ascoltate!

Questo hotel è davvero l'Oasi che hai bisogno dopo il busto e il busto di Cebu. Le camere sono BIG, pulite e le piscine sono fantastiche. Come ovunque nelle Filippine servizio e personale sono 10/10. Il personale è dolce e non può fare abbastanza per te La spiaggia di questo hotel è fatta di uomo ma il paesaggio e le piscine lo rendono davvero speciale. L'ambiente è piuttosto desolato. Ma la sheraton ha tutto quello che ti serve per il lusso, le opzioni alimentari e la rilassazione. Anche loro giocano a grande R&B intorno alla piscina

1. Pulizia. L'hotel ha un'atmosfera moderna e, forse perché è di recente costruzione, tutto era impeccabile. Se desiderate la pulizia, basta premere il pulsante ”pulizia” e loro lo faranno per voi. Bisogna chiedere che vi portino gli asciugamani. Forniscono sempre due bottiglie d'acqua fresca. 2. Posizione. Mi è piaciuto molto. È un po' lontano dal centro, ma la zona circostante è pulita, il che lo rende un ottimo posto per una passeggiata o per fare esercizio. 3. Servizio. Non era male, ma il bancone della hall sembrava un po' scortese. 4. Servizi. Innanzitutto, la piscina era chiusa, quindi non abbiamo potuto usarla. Chi l'aspettava con ansia è rimasto molto deluso. Sarebbe stato meglio se ci avessero avvisato in anticipo. Dopo aver usato il bagno, bisogna girare la porta completamente fino in fondo diverse volte per aprirla. Sono rimasto chiuso fuori per un po'. Ma nel complesso, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'hotel. La colazione era deliziosa. Anche la spiaggia era bella.

L'hotel e il personale hanno fatto molto bene durante il festival Sinulog! Hanno organizzato un workshop e hanno fornito regali e souvenir. È anche molto vicino a una delle aree principali del festival. L'unica delusione è stata la kaldereta che abbiamo ordinato dalla cucina, che era ridicolo poco (1 pezzo di carne). Tuttavia ci sono molti ristoranti vicino. Il secchiere ha bisogno di un pagamento aggiuntivo di 100 peso per notte.

Fantastic stay and real island getaway!  View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.  Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.  Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.  wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.  do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

Solea Resort is an ideal destination for families. The resort offers an impressive range of amenities, including multiple swimming pools that kept everyone entertained throughout the day. The kids especially loved the free access to the water park, inflatable water features, and kayaks. The rooms are a decent size with comfortable layouts for a family stay. However, housekeeping could improve, the bathroom sink area had visible mineral buildup, water stains, and grime on the faucet that needed a deeper cleaning. Overall, it is a fantastic, action-packed resort for kids and families, provided the staff pays a bit more attention to bathroom cleanliness.

Il bagno: un tubo di asciugatura ad alta temperatura, che fornisce piccoli cerotti di cedro e sali di lavanda fatti a mano, che hanno fatto che l'intera stanza puzza come un spa di legno. Il dettaglio: nessuna bottiglia d'acqua plastica o tecnologia generica, invece c'era un oratore di vintage Marshall Bluetooth che giocava a jazz acustico soft quando entravamo, una calda elettrica ceramica e freschi biscotti a panino breve che aspettavano su una piastra ceramica.

The hotel has great location. It is very accessible to azmall and terminal. It is also surrounded with several establishments and restaurants. The room i stayed has no mini ref and i had to ask housekeeping to keep my medicines since it needs to be refrigerated.

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
