NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.

UUtente ospiteOttimo luogo con servizio caldo. Tuttavia, non è un posto ideale per un luogo turistico dove si trova vicino a un bin o smth come un discarico che non è simile a odore. Inoltre, la stanza è riempita di anatre ovunque. La condizione igienica ha certamente spazio per migliorare. In termini di capacità, il bagno non può fornire acqua calda a temperature stabili, non posso fare una doccia con acqua calda circa 7h.
Tuttavia, penso ancora che la qualità dell'hotel sia in linea con il prezzo, ma non una cattiva scelta per un breve soggiorno

: They have a lift. The room is actually big. It has ac, tv, fridge. They also have slippers provided, aside from the towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet is nice also.

What can be improved : The door of my room gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to close.
: The water in the shower takes long to drain.

AAirborn63The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean.
Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby.
Based short tuctuc ride from the airport.
Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

UUtente ospiteMi sono svegliato alle 6:00 quando sono arrivato sul bus di notte. I miei 2 casi di cabina sono stati portati in alto per me al mio ”pod” atteso! Ha una luce, un piatto di pioggia e un piatto di USB e un fan, letto pulito! Ho dormito per 5 ore fino a quando ho dovuto andare per il mio aereo. Il letto era comodo, dormiva come un bambino. Non avevo tempo per usare le strutture ma vide una piscina, un bar, tavolo da piscina, menu, molti giochi - sembrava che sarebbe stato un divertente tempo! Arrivato all'aeroporto e mi sono reso conto che avevo lasciato il mio bagagliaio e il portatile, ecc !!! Non riuscivo a trovare il telefono no: ma l'uomo del bar ha aiutato a trovarlo e ho potuto ottenere prima del volo! Se solo avessi avuto più tempo - sembrava divertente !
