Hotel 5 stelle a Phnom Penh

La posizione è molto buona 🏨, l'hotel dovrebbe essere uno dei più alti edifici del bordo dorato, quindi la vista del paesaggio e del ristorante per la colazione sono fantastici e hanno un senso di altissima vicinanza. Non ho mai vissuto questo hotel prima, ma ho cercato online. Era un marchio tedesco di centinaia di anni, il servizio generale e l'igiene erano buoni 👍. La prossima volta avrai la possibilità di tornare, specialmente quando lascerai, saprai che c'è un Sky Bar al piano superiore dell'hotel, che vale la pena giocare ancora con la carta ✌️

What a tressure . After the renovation in 2022, Raffles keep the historic charme of the building and the rooms, the retaurants and of course the iconic elephant bar. The staff in each part of the hotel been friendly and a very charming way. Its a fully pleasure to stay here on this quiet place in the middle of then town. I stayed 3 nights and its been great every moment. Looking forward to come back.

Ottimo servizio, posizione conveniente, ottimo colazione e una vasta gamma di servizi.Una bella sala conferenze, un sacco di posti di lavoro e una pausa di caffè meritano un ottimo rating! La più grande in un'area di lusso è adorabile con bellezza. Piscina profonda, spa, la loro galleria artistica hanno un interessante riposo. Quindi si aggiunga con coraggio alla lista degli ospiti onorabili.

The overall experience at the hotel was excellent! The environment is elegant, and the hygiene is very well maintained — the corridors and rooms are spotless. The staff are very professional and always ready to help whenever there is a problem, with a very friendly attitude. The front desk lady was very warm and kindly introduced nearby attractions and local food, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is also very cost-effective — truly great value for money. Whether for business trips or travel, I will definitely choose this place again. I’ve already recommended it to my colleagues and friends! 👍

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high. I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting. The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!  The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired  but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.  Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

This is second times to stay in this hotel and they gave me the iighest floor room which i requested. the hotel is okay, the staffs were polite. It's just the television is stopping all the time and no way to see for long. this is the worst thing that they might need to fix.

Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere per il mio viaggio di famiglia, il manager seyha è davvero utile e ha aggiornato per noi, ci piace rimanere skoha, sicuramente tornerà di nuovo!

Firstly the hotel is like 20 mins ride from airport , but opposite side the bustling town. It’s just across from Mekong river. Mobility to reach hotel were hassle free. As a diamond member i was able to do early check in and had my welcome drink and cold towel at reception. We booked bassac suite and as per photo it has bathtub , however when we checked in to my surprise it’s not. I ring to FO to check about and I were instructed to pay $20/ night if want but tub. However they had discussed this with their senior management and come up with free upgrade to high ceiling 16th floor room. Not sure what it called but such a grand fabulous room with Mekong river view too. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming, English speaking, overall the price I paid for my stay was worth it. If I ever coming back Phnom Penh I choose this hotel.

Excellent location front desk people are trying to be helpful but have not too much idea about the city or oi not understand it. Try to get a ferry boat but was completely misled. All in all a great great location would go there anytime again.
