ВВячеслав Б.Ottimo servizio, posizione conveniente, ottimo colazione e una vasta gamma di servizi.Una bella sala conferenze, un sacco di posti di lavoro e una pausa di caffè meritano un ottimo rating! La più grande in un'area di lusso è adorabile con bellezza. Piscina profonda, spa, la loro galleria artistica hanno un interessante riposo. Quindi si aggiunga con coraggio alla lista degli ospiti onorabili.

MM516288****The overall experience at the hotel was excellent! The environment is elegant, and the hygiene is very well maintained — the corridors and rooms are spotless. The staff are very professional and always ready to help whenever there is a problem, with a very friendly attitude. The front desk lady was very warm and kindly introduced nearby attractions and local food, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is also very cost-effective — truly great value for money. Whether for business trips or travel, I will definitely choose this place again. I’ve already recommended it to my colleagues and friends! 👍

UUtente ospiteThe location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.
The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful.
The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.
It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high.
I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting.
The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!
The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.
Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldHotel was great, the pool is definitely the best feature 😀🏊🏻, my son loved having such a huge pool to swim around in. the bedroom was very spacious clean and comfortable. Our room had an amazing river view, we could see the river cruises lighting up theriver at night. Just beautiful. Breakfast was a wide variety of food, including fruit, soups and eggs to your liking. A big pkus was the strrt food stalls found just before reaching the hotel, delicious food very reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

MMalik_ExplorerFirstly the hotel is like 20 mins ride from airport , but opposite side the bustling town. It’s just across from Mekong river. Mobility to reach hotel were hassle free. As a diamond member i was able to do early check in and had my welcome drink and cold towel at reception. We booked bassac suite and as per photo it has bathtub , however when we checked in to my surprise it’s not. I ring to FO to check about and I were instructed to pay $20/ night if want but tub. However they had discussed this with their senior management and come up with free upgrade to high ceiling 16th floor room. Not sure what it called but such a grand fabulous room with Mekong river view too. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming, English speaking, overall the price I paid for my stay was worth it. If I ever coming back Phnom Penh I choose this hotel.

罗罗尔夫Excellent location front desk people are trying to be helpful but have not too much idea about the city or oi not understand it. Try to get a ferry boat but was completely misled. All in all a great great location would go there anytime again.

Mmark dingL'hotel ha aggiornato gratuitamente la suite paesaggistica. La residenza è molto comoda. Il paesaggio del fiume Yukon è senza riserve. La carne di vacca rossa bruciata nel colazione è particolarmente deliziosa. Il bar amministrativo accoglie i clienti con un viso molto visibile. Guarda il palazzo reale e il paesaggio del fiume Yukon. Dicono che il ristorante del giardino del tetto Lavida cielo è senza scena, ma non è andato.
