The hotel is close to the airport, has a nice interior, looks like real Bali, however they could have had some delicious food in the restaurant instead of Chinese cuisine. The room was quite nice but close to the room where the staff keep all the things for cleaning, early in the morning they were very noisy in the corridor close to our room. There’s a gym, table tennis, swimming pool, conference room. There is a kettle, tv, ac, bathtub, balcony, fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, shower foam, etc. the breakfast is quite good, but almost all the dishes are Asian.

It was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Novotel BKK1 to anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service in the heart of Cambodia. I can’t wait to come back!
