Hotel con palestra a Phnom Penh

Despite showing non-smoking for all rooms here on Trip, there are two floors where they allow smoking. Due to this (and not inforcing a non-smoking policy elsewhere) coridoors strongly smelt of smoke on each floor. The ventilation system is also shared, so we returned to our room on the second day it was smelling of other people's smoking. We were offered changing to a twin from king room multiple times, when we pushed harder, we were then shown to a smaller double room which also had a strong smoking smell... this went on with reception going back and forth with someone on his mobile until we asked for a refund for our final night and we would go elsewhere. Only then was there suddenly another room that was the same to ours available – this is not the customer service you expect in a situation like this.

L'hotel ha anche sorpreso mio marito con decorazioni di compleanno e una torta gratuita 🥹🎂 un dolce toccante che ha fatto l'intera permanenza speciale. Molto consiglia se vuoi un posto che va davvero il miglio extra.

We stayed at this 4‑star hotel for a 3‑night Christmas staycation as a couple, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Check‑in was quick and efficient, and every staff member we met was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Their service really elevated our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a relaxing rain‑shower. The big TV offered Asian news channels, a few sports channels, and even a movie channel, which was great for unwinding in the evenings. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a generous buffet offering both Western and Asian cuisine. On Christmas Eve, we enjoyed the festive buffet dinner, which was a standout. The traditional Western dishes—especially the roast leg of lamb and stuffed turkey—were flavorful and beautifully prepared. The price was also noticeably more affordable than Christmas Eve dinners at other hotels, which made it even better value. The hotel’s facilities were another highlight. The 24‑hour gym was well‑equipped with the latest machines, making workouts convenient at any time. The infinity pool was stunning, especially at sunset, offering breathtaking views over the city. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The location is excellent—close to shops and easy to get around. We also loved the Sky Bar, which offers fantastic views over Phnom Penh. Their happy hour from 4pm to 7pm (buy one drink, get one free) was a great way to relax and enjoy the skyline. If we had to mention one downside, it would be the slow Wi‑Fi. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the hotel offered. Overall, we had a wonderful Christmas staycation and would definitely book here again. Highly recommended.

Sono rimasto qui molte volte, e sono sempre sorpreso da come mi sorprendano. Ogni visita mi sento fresca e emozionante, e non mi sento mai deluso. Absolutamente meraviglioso!

Absolutely perfect. From start to finish, Caravan Hotel and all of its aspects made the stay welcoming and comfortable. Situated within both walking, Tuk Tuk, and driving or biking distances from many must-sees of the capital city, Phnom Penh. The amenities and hotel areas are well worth a visit even if at a different hotel. There is a lively Garden Cafe, Spa, Sky Bar, Blossom Restaurant, and welcoming Lobby. Menu options for dining and room great. Down the street is Meta House for art enthusiasts, and market stalls or banking needs are very close. They have their own Tuk Tuk service also, and I noticed they do cater to large tour groups. The price value top notch.

Cercavamo appartamenti in questa zona. Il personale è molto cordiale, dal parcheggio a tutti gli altri dipendenti. La strada senza uscita, tranquilla e pulita, è semplicemente perfetta. Nelle vicinanze c'è un mercato con molta frutta e molti buoni posti, dai caffè ai ristoranti. Ma c'è una sfumatura. Gli appartamenti sono molto piccoli e c'è poca luce, il fatto che l'udibilità non mi ha dato fastidio, ma se qualcuno cucina o altri odori estranei si sentono molto forte.

Отличный отель. Прожили почти месяц, остались очень довольны. Номера чистые, аккуратные, комфортно для длительного проживания. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. По соотношению цена-качество — отличный вариант: цена доступная, уровень выше ожиданий. Персонал приветливый, администраторы всегда помогают и быстро решают вопросы. Бассейн чистят каждое утро, полотенца свежие, всё ухожено. В целом —можно смело заселяться. Если будем снова в этом городе, остановимся здесь.

L'hotel è buono, il piccolo quartiere è molto pulito e la polizia è buona.Ci sono ristoranti cinesi sottostanti, e il cibo è conveniente.Il rapporto prezzo del popolo è molto alto, ma se si vuole vivere, contatta il proprietario in anticipo.

Found 2 dead bugs in one of the glasses. Towels smelled moldy. No daily housekeeping. Front desk were helpful when there, but opens late (8am). Location was main reason we booked, with a really nice sky bar on the 43rd floor. However, will not book again if not necessary.
