Penso che sia un capo cinese. Mi sembra di essere ancora in Cina nel loro appartamento. È tutto in cinese. Ho sentito dire che è la prima volta che vivo in casa loro. La reception mi ha effettivamente spostato in una suite executive. Oh, sto andando. La cucina e tutte le lavatrici self-service vanno lodate! Al piano di sotto c'è un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24 e puoi anche giocare a golf al secondo piano. Sono andato a cercare il tè quando gli ospiti sono arrivati a mezzogiorno. Ho chiesto alla reception. C'è una sala da tè, che è molto comoda. Sembra che potrò vivere qui quando tornerò al lavoro.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. I have stayed at least 5 extended stays at the Himawari Apar**ents when visiting Phnom Penh, it is the only place I stay in Phnom Penh. What I like about the Himawari is the security, the large rooms, the location (right beside the river), the swimming pool is a good size and sparkling clean, and the restaurant. It is central, and so quiet. But also the staff are fantastic, from the security, front counter, admin and cleaners, everyone is always so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. This is the place to book in Phnom Penh

We are a family of 4 and we stayed 3 nights in the family room. It was new, clean and big! Location was also great. We were well received by a smiling staff that took good care of us. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the soft opening did not include the full Accor plus benefits with dining discount. I was, however notified, that there was a note in the booking about this. I had missed this. That being said, we were served a really good breakfast at around 7$ pr person. Our waiter was so nice and took very good care of us:-) I also liked that there was water available from a dispenser in the hallway. Overall a great stay, and it will be even better after the grand opening and all Accor benefits are included! I recommend staying here. The staff was the best part of the stay. They made our stay memorable.

Sembra si trova in una sorta di zona di club, in funzione del lato che il tuo viso può essere buono o può essere un orribile soggiorno. Ho prenotato l'hotel due volte e il mio primo soggiorno non era problema, ma il mio secondo soggiorno mi ha fatto incontrare i club e non potevo dormire fino alle 4 quando la musica si fermò. Quando si rimane lì, si accerta di avere una stanza sul lato tranquillo. Anche in questo secondo soggiorno c'era un allarme di fuoco, sembra che alcuni ospiti fumino nel corridoio o qualcosa del genere. Ho aperto la mia porta e il personale mi ha chiesto di tornare in camera.

Stavo rimaste nella camera 302 Kingside con balcone. La camera è bella, con aria condizionata funziona bene. È una bella piscina. Non molto amichevole, ma il signor Vichet è un bravo ragazzo, amichevole e può soddisfare ciò che i clienti hanno bisogno. La posizione è perfetta per il mercato, il centro commerciale Aeon e circondato dai ristoranti.

Heavily focused on Chinese tourists hotel. We were the only non-chinese customers. It was a bit weird. The room was clean but filled with smoking smell so we ended up changing another room. Lots of rooms were empty in the building. Overall dark atmosphere. The breakfast was pretty good but hotel played unpleasant songs all the time which disturbed our breakfast. Service was good and very helpful.
