Hotel 2 stelle a Phnom Penh

Justo accanto all’aeroporto.

The staff are helpful and welcoming. This property feels more like an apartment complex with open exterior. Nothing to do in the neighborhood. Aeon is about a 10 minute Grab ride away. The mattress is hard. The bedding is fresh. The shower console didn't turn on therefore the water was tepid.

Room was good with Ac and fan , budget room and price was good .. and near to everywhere

I expect to have a little more accuracy in line of communication. Where booking and checking time management more better. I had to wait 45 mins before the key arrive. The room is quite dusty and no extra water and drawer quite full of left over mess from different toiletory hotel stuff. I check with online response, about the cooking stove that's broken and not able to be used, and there is no more response to my message. I am writing this review to reflect on my experience here. As a houses owner and traveling all the time, I've always return to different places to experience different hospitality to make mine better. I am sad as this time I can't enjoy the stay as much as I used to in the same building that run by other. I hope Soben group will rearrange the property management to be little extra care. Thanks

Quiet hostel, but 2km from the attractions. The beds are made of very thin foam mats, not very comfortable at all with pieces of the ceiling paint falling on you. The AC is cut at 9h30am (or 11am or 8h30am) in the morning and it then gets hot in the tiny room very fast. You have some tables with a fan to relax in the common area.
