Hotel Quest a Melbourne

La posizione è stata incredibile, a soli 1 minuto a piedi per i nuovi anni di incendio.Pizza, caffè, Bar, Woolies, Aldi, appena in basso l'edificio e il quartiere del centro commerciale Dockland in 3minite, a 2 minuti a piedi per il parcheggio pubblico. Gli appartamenti hanno un parcheggio auto che è necessario pagare in più. 24/7 Desk help. Fully secure. Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno. Le letti nelle stanze erano buone, il divano non era comodo, si sentono letteralmente le primavera che si schiacciano le spalle. Eravamo cinque persone, quindi ci serviva quella letto extra che era deludente.

Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. La posizione e la camera erano molto buone. Il sapone a mano era fornito solo in una delle 3 bagni, quindi abbiamo dovuto qdk per il sapone aggiuntivo. Il personale ha preso oltre 10 .ins per trovare la chiave per il BBQ che era frustrante. In generale, un buon posto e posizione per soggiornare.

Service was fabulous. Leslie was absolutely wonderful to deal with, a joy. The apartment was a great layout with everything you need for a short stay. Although the hotel room was starting to look tired and there was an overwhelming odour in rooms & hallways of curry, everything was neat and tidy. Thank you for our stay.

Overall comfortable 1 night stay. Booking/Room as described, with all necessities provided. Staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. I would recommend Quest Docklands and would consider staying again myself. Fantastic location with walkable surroundings and nice sights! Smooth check-in & check-out process; precheck-in option is a great feature, I saw it too late to utilise. Air vents may need cleaning as it didn't feel as cool as expected, woke up a little sweaty but the humid morning could have been messing with temperature. Air definitely flowing though as had to fiddle with the curtains to minimise slight bumping sounds it was making against the frame. I appreciate the welcome letter, especially the clarification on the no smoking policy. Environmentally conscious attention, always a plus!

The place was decent enough - had everything I needed for a night’s stay. The bathroom could use renovation - the floor of the shower had some rust-coloured stains and the sink drain was clogged and retained water. But apart from that, the check in process after hours was simple and the after hours customer service on the phone is great! Parking is good too - it’s open air and charged at $17 per 24h, so I was able to leave the car at the hotel whilst I went away on my trip and came back. They have a shuttle service and it’s easy to communicate with the staff to arrange this. Overall, would stay here again.

Anche se la stanza era destinata a 2 persone, era ancora una grande stanza e non mi aspettavo un hotel di stile appartamento, immagino. Basta vicino alla città sperando solo su un tram o sul treno anche. Amichevole e utile personale. L'unica cosa che ho notato è un'ulteriore roncolo dei treni che passavano è stato sinceramente trascurabile e non mi disturba. Sicuramente prenotera' qui di nuovo!

We enjoyed our stay, room was great and comfy bed. Location is ideal. Only downside is when I booked parking was included but when we checked in they said it wasn’t and was full. To give the  staff credit they sourced me a very reasonably priced car park a short walk away. Overall A great place to say.

Kai e Ahmed al di fuori del divano erano solo meravigliosi. Erano molto utili e amichevoli. La posizione è grande con Brighton Baths diagonalmente opposto e la spiaggia in facile raggiungimento. La stanza era ben attrezzata e molto spaziosa. Tuttavia, era piuttosto datato e poteva utilizzare una manutenzione di base profondamente pulita.

I'm writing this review in English so the staffs can understand what I wanna say. First of all I wanna thank the male staff on duty everyday over the entire stay of mine and the two girls on their shifts when I checked in. You guys are fantastic, very helpful, friendly and highly efficient. My apologies for not remembering your name, but I do wanna give you my heartfelt thanks. However, there was this female staff, seems to be latino or something, on duty when I came back to the property to get my luggages in the afternoon of Feb.22 aat 3:45pm. (I'm sure you can find out who was it because there were only two staffs at the front desk at that time). She was INSANELY LAZY AND RUDE. I asked for my luggages and she took my tags but said to me, rolling her eyes, ”I think the door to the luggage room is open.” She was very hospitable when dealing with the other guests, who were white, before me. I insisted she needs to go get the bags for me, and she said I'll have to wait. I waited, but apparently she didn't have anything legit to do. She was randomly checking her computer to keep me waiting. I guess what I'm trying to say is pls fire this ****** staff. 但国内同胞可以放心住酒店本身很好，其他员工也很好

We only stayed for 1 night but we are impressed with the room. Studio type with very comfortable bed and clean room. The cost is worth it because of the excellent location. There are only 2 things: 1st is that the door in the shower wasn't properly closing, so water was escaping causing wet floor. 2nd was the box of tissue was not even half full. :( minor things but it can be improved :)
