Motel a Melbourne

The hotel is new, sparkling clean, and located in a quiet area, but it offers very easy access to the free tram. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

This motel looks good. It was clean and reasonably modern. Unfortunately our room was at the front and had some road noise and the wind was whistling and buffeting on the glass. Otherwise it's an okay motel with small rooms

Nice staff let us check in late, there are heating mats on the mattresses, and the room is very clean and spacious. There is a heater but the warm air didn't reach the far side of the room. Close to moonlit sanctuary for those who want to stay nearby.

Taxi driver from Tullamarine at 2am got angry about short distance - but that was not the hotel's fault. On arrival, my key was in a safe, and the code had been texted to me. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was able to sleep soundly after a day of flights and airports. The bathroom was spotless, and towels and toiletries well provided. The reception staff, both on phone and in person, were very efficient and helpful, and the cleaning staff member I spoke with truly brightened my day with her friendly and helpful manner.I shall certainly return next time I fly to Melbourne.

Il sito web è fuorviante. È stato menzionato che ci sia una sauna in camera da letto e buffet colazione che potrebbe essere prenotato e pagato online. Quando arrivammo, ho chiesto il colazione e mi è stato detto che non servivano colazione e non c'era alcun segno di sauna. Inoltre, in una delle camere che ho prenotato c'era un vuoto d'acqua nel bagno.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, con una camera spaziosa per una persona. Il frigorifero e la scrivania sono apprezzati, così come i bagni. Avrei apprezzato se la camera fosse stata pulita almeno una volta durante le otto notti del mio soggiorno.

La stanza era pulita e le strutture erano davvero buone.
