UUtente ospiteSuper-apprezzamento per l'esperienza, la distanza di zero dall'esterno direttamente con piccoli animali, e l'esperienza meravigliosa nel campo da golf
Le cose sono complete nella casa di legno, non ci sono strutture all'esterno
La reception è entusiasta, c'è anche una strada da camminare, un buon posto per rilassarsi

2. The tab water has a chlorine smell somehow. Not that good to drink directly.
3. Good location, nice room, very clean, good service on site.

1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient.
2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service.
3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained.
4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort.
What Could Be Improved
1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access.
2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight.
3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge.
4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close.
5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay.
6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe.
Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è fantastica. Il personale che lavorano in Reception sono tutti molto facili da parlare e vicini e super utile. La stanza è tesa e la vista è bella.In generale il mio soggiorno con Holiday Inn Express è molto conveniente e il processo complessivo è liscio.

VVickyLeeWKA marzo 2026, un hotel aperto di recente, molto pulito e fresco con un moderno dico. La stanza è una dimensione equa, ma il bagno è un po 'più piccolo e con un crampo. La posizione è grande e più tranquilla sul bordo del CBD di Melbourne, ma convenientemente servito dal tram libero proprio davanti all'hotel.

Aamar07Molto buona soggiorno. Prima posizione CBD con un fermo a tram proprio alla porta e la maggior parte di Melbourne camminare da qui. Le camere sono comode e pratiche. Solo di testa-up: la spazzatura, la pasta dentale, e basi simili non sono fornite, quindi portate il vostro. Altrimenti, è una scelta molto importante.

Thought it was odd no one made the bed each day and that we didn’t get a towel service each day. Good location, 10-15min from most things. Would recommend.

UUtente anonimoThe hotel is v new, just opened recently so the facilities are kinda cool. It’s like half hostel half hotel vibe where there is a common space, gym and kitchen at level 1. The gym is super cool, should check out if you have time, there is small tvs in front which could display exercise guiding video.
The kitchen sometimes can get dirty especially the sink there, it might clock and has fly. You generally fill up water at the sink there so you might mind and gets quite disgusted.
There is no slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, tea and water provided in the room. Without slippers, it can be quite cold stepping into the bathroom. The room is quite dark, there isn’t a bulb at the top of the room so it’s designed such that you just get back to hotel and have sleep. You also can’t get light near the end of the room.
The staffs said they will do housekeeping for every 4 days so let’s say you stay up for 3 days, no one will come and clean up the room for you. Good and bad.
The hotel wifi sometimes will lost connection, maybe there is too many people using, I’m not sure but it’s quite annoying.
The shower holder is too tall, definitely higher than 2m, not user-friendly.
The location is v accessible, there is a tram station called queen Victoria market nearby and it’s within free tram zone. There is a 7 11 at the end of the street, convenient to grab something fast. If you like Asian food especially Chinese/ Malaysian, there is quite a lot of options you can choose from
