Hotel a Melbourne con piscina

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

Recentemente sono rimasto al Quality Hotel Westmeadows per la seconda volta e ancora una volta non sono stato deluso. L'intero processo è stato senza sosta, da scegliere la mia camera standard a chiamarli al mio arrivo all'aeroporto di Melbourne e a chiamare per il loro servizio di autobus complementare Ho aspettato 10 minuti per il buon conducente di autobus e quando arrivate alla reception dopo un viaggio di 5 minuti siete salutati dalla squadra più amichevole. Il mio bagno era assolutamente senza spot e aveva tutto quello che mi serviva per la notte. Ho avuto un buffet colazione che ha una buona selezione più un caffè sorprendente da una piccola macchina. Ho avuto un divertimento con la bella signora che gestisce il buffet. Solo un passo veloce di 5 minuti sulla strada sono poche buone cibo e un po' più lungo un paio di posti di cibo rapido. Non posso davvero indebolire il posto o il personale e consigliarlo a chiunque voglia la comodità di un posto per stare vicino all'aeroporto a buon prezzo.

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

T'was my third time here and they don't disappoint. Room is clean and sleek. Breakfast is good quality. Toiletries needs to be requested all the time- it's not always convenient especially that you need it daily and you stay for 2 weeks.

Fantastic location. Minutes away from Crown Melbourne and just about anything in city center. Woolsworth Supermarket just across for your daily needs. Only challenge was Street parking if you did not have a car park reservation. Room was new and pristine. Sheets were clean, beds were comfy. Washing machine was really helpful! A pity we had full day itineraries, so I did not have a chance to use the gym and swimming pool though they were all covered in the price. We got a superb view of the Harbour!

Il layout di questo tipo di camera è molto strano e non come nella foto. Lo spazio totale della camera è enorme, ma il layout non è progettato in modo efficiente. È come se avessimo una grande camera ma non si sente comodo all'interno. Una camera da bagno è troppo spaziosa per niente lasciando molto poco spazio in camera da letto che ha un grande pilastro nella stanza. Il bagno non è pulito, la spazzatura non è mai stata vuota per 3 giorni io sono rimasto lì. Il custode lascia solo tutta la spazzatura proprio lì. La scatola di tessuto facciale vuota è stata presa, ma non è mai stata sostituita. Il letto non è mai stato cambiato a meno che non fosse richiesto. La posizione è buona. Ma con questo prezzo, consiglierei di esplorare altri luoghi.

Sarebbe stato buono, tranne per le grandi finestre occidentali che si trovano a sinistra senza ciechi e per un sistema elettrico che spenga il condizionamento dell'aria quando nessuno è nella stanza. Così siamo arrivati a scaldare il calore, e un condizionatore d'aria che non raffredda davvero le camere da letto, e nessuna finestra o fan nella camera principale. La maggior parte delle altre cose erano buone, ma avere una camera confortevole è fondamentale e l'appartamento non è semplicemente creato per questo. Ci è piaciuto la posizione e la piscina. Non possiamo davvero parlare ai livelli di servizio perché non abbiamo chiesto, aspettato o ottenere nessuno. E' stato un po' frustrante che l'hotel abbia una prenotazione solo per 4 adulti quando abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per 2A+ 3C su trip.com ma chi sa chi è stato responsabile di questo.

Posizione: L'hotel è situato in una zona molto tranquilla, perfetta per una via tranquilla. Le notti erano serene con quasi qualsiasi rumore auto. E ' circa un 10-minute guidare in un centro commerciale vicino con Coles, Kmart, e altri essenzialisuper conveniente. Per i viaggiatori, è a circa 40 minuti dall'aeroporto, che è gestibile. Purezza: Questo era un sacchetto misto. Quando entrammo, abbiamo notato un marchio di ferro bruciato e diverse tinture viola sul tappeto. Ci siamo assicurati di riportarli alla ricezione immediatamente a causa della tassa AUD $300, per evitare di essere tenuti responsabili. Avvicinarsi a un lago o a un fiume significava incontrare mosquiti e alcune grandi volpe. Abbiamo trovato anche spider nel bagno, ma siamo riusciti a catturarli e a liberarli fuori. Le tolette fornite erano una questione di stupidità quando ci siamo iscritti, e anche la toletta di sostituzione il giorno successivo aveva tinture. Tuttavia, i letti erano senza spot, che era un sollievo. Servizio: Il personale del front desk era eccellente, amichevole, completo e accogliente.Esplicavano tutte le strutture, compresa la posizione della palestra e della piscina, e gestivano la nostra richiesta di checkout tardiva graziosamente. Servizi: Anche se non avevo usato personalmente la palestra o la piscina, le strutture in camera erano fuori uso. La TV intelligente era un bonus, con accesso a YouTube, Disney+ e Prime Video, che assicura il divertimento per la famiglia. Camera: L’appartamento a due camere era incredibilmente spazioso, con due camere accanto a un soggiorno centrale. Ognuno aveva il proprio bagno, completato con un ventilatore di scarico per tenere il calore fuori. I letti erano il soft e confortevole, fornendo un ottimo sonno notturno. Totale: Mentre le questioni iniziali con i bug erano sgradevoli (non mi piacciono gli insetti), una volta che li abbiamo puliti, il soggiorno è diventato molto piacevole. La struttura spaziale, l'ambiente tranquillo, e letti accoglienti lo hanno reso un'esperienza piacevole in generale.
