TTaninaz1. The remark of parking charge is unclear in trip.com. A little bit disappointed when the reception said that we have to pay. 2. The tab water has a chlorine smell somehow. Not that good to drink directly. 3. Good location, nice room, very clean, good service on site.

The restaurant served our food separately our steaks took an hour and that's right... Because I drove my own car out of valet, they expected me to pay further cost. Don't be surprised, the carpark is actually apart of the corporate structure but it's separated from the main entity, assuming the reason is a tax benefit or a way to expound cost associated off-loading. Too be honest, even being from Melbourne it actually feels like everyone just wants another $50 for nothing.. Subpar service.. Subpar customer service.. Subpar kind of luxury, it would seem as if the place has forgotten completely about what it was born of.. Hospitality. Give it a miss.

RRovelynWe had a fantastic two-night stay at Lancemore Crossley St. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The room was modern, comfortable, and super clean. We loved the attention to detail, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed yet chic. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stylish and convenient spot in Melbourne!

UUtente ospiteRoom has everything needed. Clean and tidy. Walking distance to T4. Very reliable shuttle to other terminals. Only that upon arrival at check-in, the only staff at reception seems to prefer us to use the self check-in machine than assisting us directly. A warm smile would have made it more pleasant.

DDaphh02The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

SsirraySono rimasto in una camera reale superiore, compatta ma confortevole, senza rumore di traffico, mentre la camera da letto è piccola, la camera da letto non è stata spazzata e l'hotel è abbastanza vicino alla stazione Southern Cross per Skybus all'aeroporto. È stato un piacevole sorpresa constatare che la mia richiesta di una camera alta è stata concessa, ma quando sono arrivato di notte e sono partito presto la mattina dopo non potevo godere della vista della stanza, e questo doveva essere goduto nel mio prossimo soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è molto buona, facile da viaggiare dal centro di Melbourne e ha facile accesso al tram. La stanza stessa è tesa e pulita, anche se ho chiesto 2 letti ma finisce di arrivare a letto re. Il bagno è bello, ma il sapone corpo non è riempito, che è un po' irritante.

Thought it was odd no one made the bed each day and that we didn’t get a towel service each day. Good location, 10-15min from most things. Would recommend.
