"Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are in good condition most of the time as they are cleaned up to five times a day. Kitchen utensils and storage place are provided and there are enough for everyone to share comfortably.
The facilities are great — there’s a lounge, rooftop area, small movie theatre, gym, and even call booths for private calls.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!"

1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient.
2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service.
3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained.
4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort.
What Could Be Improved
1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access.
2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight.
3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge.
4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close.
5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay.
6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe.
Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

Posizione: non abbiamo affittato una macchina, ma possiamo andare da CBD con treni (30 min) e autobus (10 min). Se prendi il 496 autobus da Laventon, ci vuole 8 minuti a piedi dall'hotel dalla fermata, Se prendi 497 da Williamslanding, ci vuole 18 minuti, ma puoi fare shopping al centro (Coles, Aldi, K-Mart e il supermercato cinese), mangiare in diversi ristoranti e avere manicure o massaggio.
Servizi: l'unità è ben attrezzata con utensili da cucina, abbiamo cucinato il nostro colazione. Non c'è colazione a buffet ma un menu la carte al club di paese. Il club di paese ha anche giornata di giornata e piscina.
Vicino all'attrazione: siamo andati allo zoo di Werribee, al parco di Werribee, alla Mansione di Werribee, al ristorante di Joseph.
Personale: il personale è utile.Abbiamo chiesto una sala di vista sul lago un giorno prima. Ci hanno aiutato chiamando il puliziatore, perché il nostro check in oggi è una vacanza pubblica. Molto apprezzato.

Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections.
Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment.
None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests.
FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building.
The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful.
In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross.
I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind.
The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

The room was clean but know room service so your on your own if you run out of tea and coffee. Thank god we had a microwave so we could still eat.

UUtente ospiteThis is a good location and the rooms are spacious with a good layout, however there were a few issues with the room. I took photos of a range of things like a broken bedside table drawer, chewing gum on the bathroom bin, marks on the walls, broken foot pedal on the main bin, brown frozen liquid in the ice cube container in the freezer, stained coffee cups, folded up corner of the rug etc. Also note that parking is available, but not included. The check in instructions will provide you with information on how to access the car park without mentioning the price, but it is not free, there is a daily fee for the car park and the turning space on the ramp to access the bottom level of the car park is quite tight, however there are some parks on the first level which allowed us to avoid the curved ramp.
The location is a great spot if you have a car, not far from the free tram zone on the edge of the city, close to Carlton where there are great food options. All of the issues were only small things that didn't ruin our stay, this could be a great place to stay with a bit more attention to detail and customer care. I received no response to my emails showing photos of the issues in the room. They also required photos of my drivers license and both sides of my credit card for after hours check in which I was a bit uncomfortable with. I hope they can address the issues and provide a better customer experience as the location is great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a table, lounge area and 2 bedrooms in our room. I'd be happy to stay here again and hopefully the issues have been addressed to make it a great experience.

L'hotel è situato in una zona molto tranquilla, perfetta per una via tranquilla. Le notti erano serene con quasi qualsiasi rumore auto. E ' circa un 10-minute guidare in un centro commerciale vicino con Coles, Kmart, e altri essenzialisuper conveniente. Per i viaggiatori, è a circa 40 minuti dall'aeroporto, che è gestibile.

Questo era un sacchetto misto. Quando entrammo, abbiamo notato un marchio di ferro bruciato e diverse tinture viola sul tappeto. Ci siamo assicurati di riportarli alla ricezione immediatamente a causa della tassa AUD $300, per evitare di essere tenuti responsabili.
Avvicinarsi a un lago o a un fiume significava incontrare mosquiti e alcune grandi volpe. Abbiamo trovato anche spider nel bagno, ma siamo riusciti a catturarli e a liberarli fuori. Le tolette fornite erano una questione di stupidità quando ci siamo iscritti, e anche la toletta di sostituzione il giorno successivo aveva tinture. The rooms were clean but the balconies was in a terrible condition I don’t think it was ever cleaned and one of the balcony had bread crumbs like someone trying to feed the birds . The lift in that hotel stopped working as we were on there and we were in 7th floor, I visited with my parents who are old and had a joint problem it was really hard to climb all those stairs but they did not fixed that as it was weekend it was like that until we left the hotel on Sunday the lift stopped working on Saturday morning . It was hard to carry all those luggage downstairs.
