"I stayed at 3 hotels all near Flagstaff stations for this trip, just to try something new and compare. Excellent location and the Flagstaff garden is at the opposite. The Pegasus has a real kitchen and utensils since it's an apartment hotel. No view at all but it's ok for a night's stay. The bed is so soft but so as the Radisson and the Jazz hotel so I guess it's the standard?.. Staffs had reasonable service, but I overheard the guest in front of me checked out 30mins later than he should and the staff were not happy about it at all, like teacher talking to a misbehaved student. Overall it's price for money."

The rest minimal to subpar.
The restaurant served our food separately our steaks took an hour and that's right... Because I drove my own car out of valet, they expected me to pay further cost.
Don't be surprised, the carpark is actually apart of the corporate structure but it's separated from the main entity, assuming the reason is a tax benefit or a way to expound cost associated off-loading.
Too be honest, even being from Melbourne it actually feels like everyone just wants another $50 for nothing.. Subpar service.. Subpar customer service.. Subpar kind of luxury, it would seem as if the place has forgotten completely about what it was born of.. Hospitality.
Give it a miss.

EEmma-Jane BWe stayed for our anniversary. I listed that it was the case at the time of booking. On check-in, Alicia at reception congratulated us, notified us that we would be upgraded and sent a bottle of sparkling wine to the room for us. The room (level 21, rm 25) was stunning with views of the city, clean, well-appointed and big, classic design, and luxurious. The price is a splurge but lively.
The complex itself is great with quite a lot to do beautiful food and wonderful staff.
It is about a 5-10 minute walking distance away from the multi-level carparking if you choose not to use the valet.

Walking distance to T4. Very reliable shuttle to other terminals.
Only that upon arrival at check-in, the only staff at reception seems to prefer us to use the self check-in machine than assisting us directly. A warm smile would have made it more pleasant.

Location: we did not rent a car, but can go there from CBD by train (30 mins) and bus (10 mins). If you catch the 496 bus from Laventon, it takes a 8 mins walk to the hotel off the bus stop, If you take 497 from Williamslanding, it takes 18 minutes, but you can shop at the centre (Coles, Aldi, K-Mart and Chinese supermarket), eat at different restaurants, and have manicure or massage.
Facilities: the unit is well equipped with cooking utensils, we cooked our breakfast. There is no buffet breakfast but a la carte menu at the country club. The country club has gym and swimming pool too.
Nearby attraction: we went to Werribee zoom, Weribee Park, Werribee Mansion, Joseph's resturant. The zoo has a safari bus which is a great attraction.
Staff: the staff is helpful. We requested a lake view room one day before. They helped us by calling the cleaner as our check in day is a public holiday. Much appreciated.

UUtente ospiteOn 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs!
Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

JJason369369I recently stayed at Novotel Melbourne on Collins, and overall it was a great experience. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport.
The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with large windows overlooking Collins Street. The bed was very cozy and ensured a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in — they made everything smooth and welcoming.
Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the dining area was bright and pleasant. The gym and facilities were well-maintained, though the pool was a bit small.
Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure stays. The combination of great location, comfort, and professional service makes it one of the best value stays in Melbourne CBD.

SSelleCDVery convenient hotel with accessible access to the city via tram outside. Outlet stores and harbour restaurants make for very good dining choices. The pool and the sauna were crowded on a hot day but very good size to fit in everyone. Comfortable beds and good sleeping session after.

GgowanchaidotcomWe stayed altogether three nights here. The hotel was converted from a historical building dated back to 1890s . We enjoyed the stay-included breakfast at Alluvial restaurant. It got charming vibe. the King Classic room we stayed is spacious consider it is in zone 1 of Melbourne. The hotel is in walking distance to many of the Melbourne city attractions we are even able to take some rest in the room in our planned city walking trip in the middle of a very hot summer sunny day.
The bathroom provides Byredo toiletries which we like. However, the decor is a bit dated and need refreshing and we are not happy with the service level of the staff. For example, the phone handfree function is not working properly; the safe is according to the hotel ”in the process of replacement” and not working either; the call to ”Instant Service” for help often took more than 5-seconds ring especially during the night time. There is even a false fire alert during one of the morning time of our stay. I doubt it is a standard of Intercontinental hotel or a 5-star rated hotel.
For whom consider staying at this room type of this hotel, please note the windows is fixed and facing the hallway so the room has 1. no natural sunlight 2. no fresh air and 3. needs closing the curtains all the time if you prefer privacy. Another point worth noting is the bathroom floor is very slippery after bath, I would call it a death trap if you wear the one-off slippers that is provided in the room as you can easily get a slip and fall on the bathroom floor even for a grown adult.

L'hotel è situato in una zona molto tranquilla, perfetta per una via tranquilla. Le notti erano serene con quasi qualsiasi rumore auto. E ' circa un 10-minute guidare in un centro commerciale vicino con Coles, Kmart, e altri essenzialisuper conveniente. Per i viaggiatori, è a circa 40 minuti dall'aeroporto, che è gestibile.
Purezza:
Questo era un sacchetto misto. Quando entrammo, abbiamo notato un marchio di ferro bruciato e diverse tinture viola sul tappeto. Ci siamo assicurati di riportarli alla ricezione immediatamente a causa della tassa AUD $300, per evitare di essere tenuti responsabili.
Avvicinarsi a un lago o a un fiume significava incontrare mosquiti e alcune grandi volpe. Abbiamo trovato anche spider nel bagno, ma siamo riusciti a catturarli e a liberarli fuori. Le tolette fornite erano una questione di stupidità quando ci siamo iscritti, e anche la toletta di sostituzione il giorno successivo aveva tinture. Tuttavia, i letti erano senza spot, che era un sollievo.
Servizio:
Il personale del front desk era eccellente, amichevole, completo e accogliente.Esplicavano tutte le strutture, compresa la posizione della palestra e della piscina, e gestivano la nostra richiesta di checkout tardiva graziosamente.

Anche se non avevo usato personalmente la palestra o la piscina, le strutture in camera erano fuori uso. La TV intelligente era un bonus, con accesso a YouTube, Disney+ e Prime Video, che assicura il divertimento per la famiglia.
Camera:
L’appartamento a due camere era incredibilmente spazioso, con due camere accanto a un soggiorno centrale. Ognuno aveva il proprio bagno, completato con un ventilatore di scarico per tenere il calore fuori. I letti erano il soft e confortevole, fornendo un ottimo sonno notturno.
Totale:
Mentre le questioni iniziali con i bug erano sgradevoli (non mi piacciono gli insetti), una volta che li abbiamo puliti, il soggiorno è diventato molto piacevole. La struttura spaziale, l'ambiente tranquillo, e letti accoglienti lo hanno reso un'esperienza piacevole in generale.
