Hotel con spa a Melbourne

First we start with check in, is easy and convenient at nearby IGA (2 min walking) till 12 am (so easy for late night flights in). The unit as per photos, new and clean. Kitchen is fully equip, even provide me with salt, pepper, oil and a rice cooker. It also come with clothes washer and dryer. Space might be a bit tight, need to adjust a bit but with the superb location, is acceptable (maybe because we Aseans are much shorter). Food is easy to find and all around, so no issue on food at all. Metro and trams just footsteps away. No regret choosing this place. I was anxious initially as during my booking, there was no review and as I have 2 kids with me, I really worried stranded on the streets as we arriving at night. But the pm with them slowly put me at ease. Another issue was we accidentally left our tripod upon check out. After coming back from the Great Ocean roadtrip, they purposely arrange Uber to send me back the tripod (deeply appreciate the effort and thoughtfullness). So yeah, go ahead and book this, guarantee happy with your option. Thanks.

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

It’s so convenient for me to travel to the airport Terminal 2 as the hotel is 10 mins walk and 5 mins drive from the hotel to the airport. One good thing about this hotel is that they provide free shuttle bus to the airport so I don’t have to carry my heavy luggage and walk to the airport.

Il 24/6 Ho ordinato uova fritte durante il colazione, ma la qualità delle uova non era al livello standard, il york non era normale e non ha sapore, ma ho ordinato lo stesso il giorno dopo con un diverso cuoco, che era tornato a un uovo normale, Mi chiedevo se Sheraton avesse usato una qualità simile di uova! Un altro parere è che le strutture di ginnastica non sono sufficienti, grazie!

The hotel is nice and the location is very convenient. Two things were problems. 1. Try running in the gym when the sun rises - you can't without being blinded by the sun. Blinds need to be installed! The rest of the gym was very basic. 2. I tried to go to the rooftop bar a few times. It was advertised as open, but it wasn't. Looks like it could have been a nice place for a drink. Overall, the hotel was ok, but it did feel very impersonal and it lacked attention to detail.

Stayed one night and had a good experience from check in to check out. Room was spacious, comfortable and peaceful location.

La struttura è pulita, ordinata e spaziosa, con una cucina completamente attrezzata, tuttavia risulta un po' datata. Il check-in è stato abbastanza semplice, ma applicano dei supplementi quando possibile, ad esempio per il check-in anticipato, mentre la maggior parte degli hotel in cui ho soggiornato sono più flessibili e offrono il check-in anticipato se disponibile. Tuttavia, ho ricevuto un upgrade gratuito a una suite con due camere da letto, il che è stato molto gentile da parte loro. Nel complesso, un'esperienza positiva. Love staying here. All the staff are all really lovely and accommodating to requests. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfy 👌🏼

Totale: Mentre le questioni iniziali con i bug erano sgradevoli (non mi piacciono gli insetti), una volta che li abbiamo puliti, il soggiorno è diventato molto piacevole. La struttura spaziale, l'ambiente tranquillo, e letti accoglienti lo hanno reso un'esperienza piacevole in generale.
