La camera era molto confortevole, i sanitari erano molto buoni, c'era una piccola terrazza di fronte al fiume Rodano, il panorama era meraviglioso sia al mattino che alla sera, la colazione nel ristorante era molto buona e offriva diversi tipi di formaggio.

The cleanliness was not satisfactory — I found dirty shoe prints and someone else’s hair in the bathtub. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a room change, but they told me there were no available rooms that night and asked me to handle it myself. The location is average, not very close to the city center. The positive side is that the hotel is very quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the gym is quite good.

It is just next to the Lyon Congress Centre, but a distance from the old town. Not much eatery around the neighbourhood, but the public transport is just a stone throw away from the hotel. Easy to get around with the public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with hot water shower and they send help very soon after our call. The breakfast was good too, but not much changes for the three days I was there.

Good hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with good shower and bathroom. Gym was ok, but bar seemed closed for much of trip and surrounding area lacked an equivalent once back from the city (which was only 15 mins by bus away so was not a big issue).

Very good morning stay overall, clean room, close to conference centre.

I loved the hotel service and staff, they really go above and beyond. The location is a bit far from the city but there is a bus that takes u to city centre in 15 minutes. The room was spacious and clean, would recommend!

垃圾中的垃圾 前台感覺是隨便找人來的 還是智商不夠用 給前台提供可入住訂單 並説明2間房4個人 前台神人給我們又開了兩間房4個人住四間雙人房？ 這真的是正常人嗎 當時也不説清楚 一下説按金一下説房費 後面溝通説會退給我們 錢不在他們那 在銀行那裡 當時還在歐洲旅遊就沒管 現在回國了郵件還沒收到 發郵件也不會 誰來這裏住誰倒黴 避雷 更離譜的是第二天早餐 我們訂的房間明確寫了雙早 我們到那裡之後説我們衹有一間有 我們給他看了預訂單 他要我們去二樓前台找工作人員 我們去找了 前台説他們經理不在處理不了 白紙黑字在那 也不讓我們進去吃早餐 最離譜的來了 我的父母進去吃早餐了 已經拿着盤子 又被趕出來？？？ 你們酒店是人？ 還是歧視？ 我不知道你們在優越什麼 臭酒店打工的 最基礎的尊重都不懂？你們國家發達在哪裡？發達在性開放？發達在100年前殖民全球？ 真是最氣憤的一次 有史以來第一次差評送給你們

超滿意！早餐很豐盛，環境很好，附近就有一個很大的公園。儘管不在市區，但走幾步就能乘公交車去市裡，火車站或機場。

酒店位於金頭公園旁邊，環境非常好，住在這裏處於非常獨特的體驗。酒店設施不是很新但是衞生條件不錯，床也比較舒服

我們自己開車去的，到酒店很晚了，邊上是一個mall，吃飯看電影很方便，酒店早餐也很豐富。第二天晚餐也在餐廳吃的正宗法式

非常不錯的房間，最主要是位置，靠河邊，非常不錯，非常不錯，餐廳性價比很高，很適合商務出行
