the room look so old, the AC is kindda broken

Désolé mais j' avais effectué cette réservation pensant à un hôtel à Zurich en Suisse ,constatant après règlement que votre proposition à ma recherche n'était pas en Suisse, j'ai demandé immédiatement une annulation qui a été refusé ,vous comprendrez que je ne suis pas satisfait du fait que je ne pouvais pas être à deux endroits au même moment, cordialement

Lokasi strategis mau kmana mana dekat, pemandangan dari kamar hotel juga bagus

Hotel dekat dengan mall bsb ..pusat perbelanjaan dan bioskop....semakin mudah mencari kuliner juga

Kamar cukup luas dan sarapan yg disajikan juga lumayan enak

Bersih dan nyaman

打掃房間太早了 早餐種類也很少 房間裏面還沒有瓶裝水

We had an order via Travel Agent for three nights but due to the guest being affected by Covid our guest had to leave the hotel early. In this case, we ask to hotel that the remaining nights can be canceled without a penalty fee, but the hotel is very uncooperative and for the three nights are still subject to a penalty fee. It's really a pity even though we have a lot of official trips in Balikpapan and we will not use this hotel again for our business purposes.
