Sono molto grato a Lacey per aver contribuito attivamente a risolvere il problema dopo che si è verificato e per avermi trasferito gratuitamente in una stanza più adatta in modo che la famiglia possa riposarsi meglio.

La camera è pulita e ordinata, l'atteggiamento del servizio di accoglienza è molto buono e il servizio è ancora positivo dopo aver lasciato l'hotel

La posizione è molto buona, ma se sapessi che la tipologia base ha l'atrio chiuso per l'illuminazione, non prenderei mai una decisione, sceglierei il lato fronte strada, questo è il problema più grande, non importa quanto siano buoni gli altri servizi lo sono, non c'è modo di rimediare. Inoltre, quel giorno in genere non c'erano molti clienti a colazione. Il ristorante arrivava alle dieci (il pasto chiudeva alle dieci e mezza), molti piatti erano vuoti e non venivano riforniti in tempo. Ci volevano anche due o tre Momenti di sollecitazione. Non c'erano molti piatti e il giorno dopo non erano in albergo. Hanno mangiato. L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono, molto soddisfatto

A word to describe "PERFECT". At first there's a slight problem regarding my bookings since I just found out my bookings are way expensive than the price posted during my stay. But through the kind assistance of the receptionists Ms. Judy and Ms. Vivian, I was able to canceled my previous bookings and immediately have it rebook. The location of the is just next to all tourist attractions. Perfect for couples, friends and even family since their rooms are very big. The hotel interiors are best. The concept are very details, colors, accessories all incorporated the vibrant colors which represented the Tang Dynasty. The very distinctive color of Orange is everywhere. Even the paintings are well explained by Ms. Elsa Ma of Ambrosia, she assisted us during our meals there. Even the detailed painting she was able to explain to us. one of the very best hotels in town. Lacey was super helpful and I enjoyed my hospitality with her. Would highly recommend this hotel among others in shenyang city. Location at center of center in town, shopping and food center within 1min walking distance. Will come back here again for sure. Best of all be this place has a special positive energy that will flows thru your entire trip. Enjoy!

Location is superb, right in the middle of Tang street mall, ever so vibrant and colourful. Although the metro is about 700m away, there are plenty of taxis and Didi cars at very affordable prices to bring us anywhere. The room is very modern and has all the comforts of luxury.

The hotel is a sight to behold by itself. Room was beautiful. Its large and spacious. Toilets and shower facilities were 5 star quality.

Perfect location right in the middle of the liveliest neighbourhood in Xi’an.

It was one the best experiences we have ever had , the location is fantastic, next to a walking street which lead to several nice shopping mall where you can find all sorts of of food ! The hotel itself was were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely i will stay here again.

I hardly write a review for hotel , but this hotel really excellent in service , staff Cathy really helpful, she can take my request anytime of the day, really appreciated her effort. Beautiful night view of the hotel , so convenient just outside there are lots of food, shopping, scenery place, all walking distance. They have night shows with schedule provided by Cathy. Is definitely a place to stay if you are going xi an. They have weather forecast update just at the lift before you are out of the hotel. Many photo taking place for you to take photo if you love photo taking☺️ . Will return to the hotel again if I’m going back to Xi’an for vacation
