Large single room halfway between train station and old town centre (15 min walk). Very friendly and informative staff. Trams outside on main road not a problem for us. Bed was squeeky and a little to firm. But overall a very good stay. Thanks. 

Small hotel caught in between the train station and city center. Therefore the location is not ideal. Also a bit of walk to the tram stop. Supermarket (that I was able to spot) is one stop away.

設施：做了裝修，但是人性化不足，熱水不夠大、床頭沒有插座等這些細節有待改進 衞生：還行，就是被子和毛巾都比較硬，體感不太好 環境：離開火車站近，挺方便的 服務：早餐品種太少了

設施：房間香味有點味道，不是很重.房間衞生乾淨的. 服務：老闆是很熱情，會問你從哪裡來 從酒店到市中心，大概有1.8公里，走路過去也很近.酒店門門口就有有軌電車.

老闆人很好，酒店衞生不錯，這個結果價格還不錯，就是早餐有點簡單，不過總體不錯，下次來Ostrava還來這裏！！哈哈哈哈

호텔 위치가 시내와 접근성이 너무 좋았습니다 직원들도 친절합니다 그리고 무료 주차장을 이용 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 체코로 출장을 가게 되면 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

房間不大但老闆人很好

Room 310 was infested with little black insects. Took them 2 days to kill them. I do not expect such disgusting conditions in a hotel room. I have been here previously and no life then. I was forced to sleep on the settee away from insects. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I don't normally write reviews, however in this case, because the hotel has undergone what appears to be a major refit, previous reviews could be misleading. Thus, many rooms are now freshly painted, with new fittings, including bathrooms. I did not see every room, but in passing when rooms were being cleaned, they always had new cupboards, painting etc. In addition, I had a room facing the street from the main railway station. Previously, these were reviews as noisy. My room, at least, had new windows that muted street sounds. Overall, I can confirm previous reviews about staff friendliness and willingness to help.

A wonderful welcoming hotel. The Receptionist is kind helpful perfect. How nice to be shown to your room. The whole team at this hotel are wonderful. The room , a Junior Suite was superb. Very clean. Breakfast excellent. Located very close to a tram stop. Not far from the main rail station. Accessible entrance through the car park. Good sized secure car park. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Highly recommended.

The bright Yellow room was like being inside a furnace as the room was so hot eggs were being fried on the window sill. Luckily the AC was working. This place definitely ends some TLC. Clean.. but lacking any home comforts. The area is dodgy as hell with local glue sniffers and timers nearby. Luckily secure parking is available.
