Una visita di ritorno, Lovely da riconoscere da alcuni membri del personale, che ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto. L'hotel è pulito, il personale amichevole e professionale. La cena è abbondante, deliziosa e molto ben presentata. Molto piacere il nostro tempo qui, e spero davvero che possiamo tornare più tardi nell'anno. Grazie Karolina, tutte le disposizioni che hai messo in atto sono andate secondo il piano. Grazie Kuum, bella benvenuta quando siamo arrivati nella nostra sala riunioni. Grazie a Pradeep, Mackenzie e la giovane donna che ci ha servito in 14 Dodici. Grande cuochi. Produzione di cibo delizioso, caldo e bellissimo presentato. Grazie a Chloe, questa giovane donna è andata sopra e oltre, solo molto attenta, e ci ha guardati molto bene.

La mia unica domanda è che il team di custodia ci ha colpito in anticipo, entrambi i giorni, per svegliarci. Suggerisco che l'ultima notte del soggiorno il team di custodia aspetti finché i residenti non si siano verificati prima di voler accedere alla stanza.

Certamente un economico per i viaggiatori di campo e a destra sulla pista di alto livello gli obiettivi sostenibili. L'ispezione, il riposo, la custodia e altre strutture al di fuori della stanza sono andati tranquillamente e confortevolmente, hanno avuto un bel colazione adeguato periodo di ”brunch” nei fine settimana.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the M4 in Swindon. We used it as a stop off while driving dueing the night. The hotel itself was very festively decorated with lots of Christmas decorations, which was great, ot felt very warm and welcoming. The 24 hour reception desk was one of the reasons we chose the hotel as we were arriving at midnight and the staff memver who checked us in was very professional and welcoming. The car park only had a few spaces left which worried us but we did get a space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there was no heating in our room. There is no central heating so they have put in A/C/heater units on the walls. Our seemed to be broken as it blew out cold air for 30 minutes before we decided to turn it off. We had been travelling for 26 hours at that point and it was gone midnight so I didn't want to go back to the reception desk and risk having to change rooms when we were already so tired. So we layered up and went to bed with jumpers & socks. I asked for a portable heater the next morning at breakfast and they put one in within 5 minutes so that getting ready in the morning wasn't so cold. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the team. There is no heating in the bathroom either. It was a shame because everything else about the hotel was fine. The breakfast was good too. Perfect for a 1 night stop-over. However, I wouldn't recommend it for winter.

The hotel is only a 5/10 minute walk from Swindon Train Station and is reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable so had a wonderful nights sleep. The shower had hot water and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was good with a range of cold and hot items and overall it was an excellent stay

Lots of roadworks made access a little more difficult but that’s out of the hotel’s control. Lovely room, clean and well maintained. The restaurant, while smart and fresh wasn’t too brilliant with our food, which was disappointing.

Bella posizione. Solo 1 notte. La stanza era bella, ma cominciava a guardare un po' date, lavava le porte, la coperta di immersione sembrava indossata, il bin nella camera da bagno doveva gettare via e sostituire! Ma, belle viste, eccellente colazione, letto e cuscini conformabili.
