the room was spacious, clean and nice. the hotel has all kinds of facilities, also the pool! breakfast had something for everyone. I highly recommend the hotel!

Excellent location on the river and walkable to everything in town. The hotel has an old world charm to it. All its staff from reception to dining to bellboy were extremely alert and on the ball. The general manager made his rounds during breakfast to make sure guests were happy. Reception took care of our tours and onwards transportation. Thank you !

Hotel location was great. This is easily the best commercial hotel option in Chau Doc. Dining area for breakfast was very warm though. Hotel should look into the AC especially since we are experiencing a heat wave.

The staff are friendly and promptly. We were served with a welcome when arrived. The breakfast is nice and staff are helpful. The location is excellent. The room’s river view is fantastic.

Nằm n*** ngã 3 sông nên view sông Hậu rất đẹp, đặc biệt là buổi sáng ngắm bình minh trên mặt sông Phòng có nét cổ kính, sạch và tiện nghi. Nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình Đồ ăn sáng không đa dạng nhưng vừa miệng, chủ yếu món Âu và vài món địa phương như bún cá, phở, bánh bò thốt nốt,… cafe thì rất ngon Điểm trừ: ks lâu đời nên trang thiết bị hơi cũ! Khuyên nên đặt phòng view sông

Magnifique hôtel, . Emplacement parfait pour nous qui arrivions en bateau et repartions de même. La vue est superbe. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur le Mékong. Le personnel s'est arrangé pour que nous ayons une chambre tôt le matin compte tenu de notre heure d'arrivée. Les serveurs ont été adorables alors que j'étais malade. Bref, un sans faute.

Nhân viên thiếu nụ cười; Dịch vụ nhà hàng thiếu linh hoạt dù dịch vụ cực kì không không học, không hợp lý, nói chung không xứng tầm danh xưng 5 sao và với mức giá bán phòng; Ti vi nhỏ xíu so với khoảng cách tới giường và bàn để xem, kiểu như để “cho có”. Tóm lại cực kì thất vọng trong lần trở lại này!

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit au Victoria Chau Doc Hôtel. Nous avons pris une chambre donnant sur le fleuve pour voir le lever de soleil. C'est magnifique. La literie est excellente. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel mais la terrasse donnant sur le fleuve rattrape le coup. Nous préférons tout de même la chaleur des petits homestays

Vị trí thuận tiện gần bến phà Châu Giang, chỉ cách chợ Châu Đốc 5 phút đi xe máy. Phòng sạch sẽ, khang trang, buffet sáng đồ ăn phong phú, ngon miệng.

Un'ottima opzione se siete a Chau doc. Accanto al molo per prendere il battello per la cambogia. Pulito arredato in stile coloniale. Camere ampie e confortevoli. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Colazione molto varia con piatti asiatici ma anche continentali. Anche il ristorante è molto buono con prezzi bassi Consigliatissimo

Bellissimo hotel che riporta all epoca coloniale francese per stile e confort. Purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire della camera vista Mekong, ma l’alba sul fiume è impareggiabile. Camera lato strada città meno confortevole a causa del rumore e dell’assenza di isolamento acustico. Buona la cena presso il ristorante.
