Terrible hotel with bad facilities

The place was a bit overly priced for 106 pounds the bathroom tiles were not clean under my bed were toys for children meaning the place wasn't cleaned well before I got there ,the room was extremely cold the heating was not working no one on front office when I went down ,no complimentary toothpaste, brush bath robe slippers ,having worked in hospitality this is not anywhere near 4 stars

Cancelled on the morning - offered the Holiday Inn. A shame stayed there 10 plus times in the past, and referred people there.
Was my choice of Hotel in Swindon - not anymore. Obviously didn’t like the room rate I had got.

Can’t understand why a digital check in ?makes no sense with 2 staff to guide you through it ,however ,room was clean and comfortable,gloomy lighting though and the breakfast was lukewarm on both mornings x pity really because it was well presented and the dining room pleasant .

Great all round value for money. Staff in all depts were excellent & we felt that they obviously enjoyed working there. Breakfast was really good with a longer than average opening time option. The large Room was very good.

The shower tap came off in my hand so the water was so hot I couldn’t use the shower , I had to finish off washing my hair in the sink !! Room 162

Hotel had noone at check in. Hotel needs a lick a paint.
Bathroom had mould in bathroom.

When arrived nobody to help to check in. When found someone he tired to charge me again for the rooms that i had paid for.
Our room was not serviced which was very disappointing
