Cosy Estatic Metaculous designed Room to its theme. Chicks & Modern vibes. Breakfast Buffet was awesomely delicious, extremely lotta varieties to spreads. Great gestures of Fusion Juice in bottle & xhocolate as welcome gift upon checkin. Atmosphere Young, chix, lively, Fresh & Vibing of Youth. Seaview Staffs Very Friendly, attentive & accomodative staffs & the owner was there with very positive vibes. Price Reasonable & Affordable Transport - 2min walk from Batam Ferry station Facilities - Pool, Gym, Spa - In front the Dataran, Museum, Mosque - View of Welcome Batam sign board - Mega Mall - Night movie bye building entrace & pondok selling food late night(outfoor cute setup & costing fm 10000 rupiah.

The room was extraordinary in good condition, very clean and tidy..the space was very spacious, i very salute the hospitality management and the sense of humor, the breakfast was awesome include the performance from the staff while having breakfast.i will repeat to this hotel , when i come again to batam

The hotel is near to ferry terminal and located at the City centre. The room is spacious and clean. Everything are good .. definitely will stay here again when visiting Batam

The breakfast spread was good and served early. This is one of the reasons we booked with Harris. Hope they can start refurbish the room though.

Hotel feels a little aged, which eats into its cleanliness score. Located right beside the ferry terminal and across mega mall where shops abound. Amazing service where staff are always happy and willing to assist. Fulfilled my request for birthday surprise by decorating my bed with cute balloon and towel figurines as pictured. Breakfast spread was great and of good quality. Enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.

Good location, walkable from the ferry terminal. Friendly staff. Room is big and spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Bedsheet, towels, toilet and sofa are not super clean but still acceptable. Aircon is cold. Overall a good stay!

The concierge was professional and polite. Breakfast was not that great as variety limited. Aircon in room not cooling even though adjusted to lowest temperature. Lights not working, was told no spare parts to replace 🙁 Bathroom doors old and difficult to close entirely. However, the rooms were clean and spacious 👍🏻

Overall is great except the location is out of town

The location is very good near to the ferry terminal, which is walkable distance in 2-3 mins. The hotel staffs very friendly and offer help to guest when needed. Overall the experience was good.
