Hotel di lusso a Sanya

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo ad Atlantis. Vero, non è economico stare all'hotel. Vale il denaro per l'esperienza inoltrabile. Il servizio è stato grande.Il personale professionale che parla inglese fluente. Sono disposti a fare tutto per assicurarsi che gli ospiti siano felici. Le strutture sono anche impressionanti.È così facile andare e godere del mondo dell'acquario e dell'acqua. Abbiamo potuto riposare durante un soggiorno occupato. E'un bambino amico, e' molto occupato durante il periodo di scolarizzazione invernale.

Vengo a Sanya una volta all'anno per trascorrere le vacanze con la mia famiglia e pregare nel Tempio Nanshan. Come proprietario di un hotel, ho soggiornato in tutti gli hotel a cinque stelle di Haitang Bay, Sanya. Devo dire che la Sanya EDITION è davvero fantastica. ambiente: L'hotel ha un'atmosfera di altissimo livello, è semplice ed elegante, verde e naturale. Ovunque c'è paesaggio, e ce ne sono ampi tratti. facilità: Le strutture di intrattenimento sono complete e vale la pena provare la piscina a sfioro dello Sky Bar al 15° piano, la spiaggia artificiale con acqua di mare e gli sport acquatici. colazione: La colazione offre una gamma completa di piatti e una varietà di piatti. Mi piacciono molto gli spaghetti di riso Hainanesi e gli gnocchi di gamberetti. Adoro anche il succo sano appena spremuto. Servire: La ragazza della portineria dell'hotel è stata molto gentile con un sorriso dolce. Ha anche fatto un buon lavoro nei servizi igienico-sanitari e ci ha persino aiutato a riporre gli articoli!

IL BUONO hotel e servizio. Mi piaceva assolutamente tutto. Molto vario e delizioso colazione. È possibile avere colazione in sala e fuori, con una vista magica del giardino 🌴🪷 e ascoltare gli uccelli cantando. In serata abbiamo cenato nel ristorante barbecue. Absolutamente sorprendente, musica vivente, grande cibo. Grazie speciali al nostro manager di fedeltà - Alison, che mi ha aiutato a trovare i miei occhiali persi. Questo è possibile solo in Cina e all'hotel Ritz! Noi torneremo certamente. Si raccomanda 💯.

Eaton dal check-in era molto amichevole e informativo su tutto ciò che accade all'hotel. Viaggiammo per il compleanno di un amico, così prenotiamo la villa del giardino. In realtà ci siamo trasferiti nella stessa villa da un viaggio precedente, la nostra villa era spaziosa e ci hanno fornito un bel bicchiere di benvenuto e vino! La nostra caroline, la nostra guardia, era molto utile per tutta la nostra permanenza e sempre si è assicurata di avere tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Era molto gentile e carina. Durante la mattina o il giorno avrebbe messaggiato per vedere se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa o di servizio di bug. Ha fatto in modo che il nostro lavandino fosse raccolto e tornato a noi in tempo; ha fatto in modo che abbiamo ricevuto una torta di compleanno! La nostra parte di Ayi era anche molto amichevole e ha fatto in modo di fare decorazioni speciali per il compleanno! La colazione è stata molto deliziosa con una vasta gamma di opzioni e champagne a flusso libero 🍾 David da Driftwood è stato molto gentile e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza. In generale, la permanenza è stata molto rilassante e io resterei di nuovo. Il Bar Ocean e Sky è stato un piacevole complemento e ha offerto un ambiente molto rilassante per rilassare dopo un giorno di lavoro nella piscina! Chloe è stato molto gentile e si è assicurato che avessimo bevuto o qualcosa di cui avessimo bisogno. Alcune cose che devono migliorare sono: la villa da piscina giardino ha troppo molti alberi, quindi non c'è molto esposizione al sole, l'attrezzatura da piscina (sedie e riclinatori) è fuori uso e ha bisogno di aggiornamento, l'Oceano e il cielo dovrebbero avere la band giocare dopo le 9:00 in un fine settimana (è stato un grande posto per rilassarsi e rilassare con un drink ma la musica in diretta si è fermata troppo presto).

3 nights stay with my family , it’s an amazing hotel . I would go highly recommend for those going to Sanya for holiday with family. You don’t have to worry about your kids doesn’t have nice food or entertainment . These hotel facilities are well maintained . Overall experience very great . Definitely I will be going back there with my family again. Specially thanks to Jessica and Grace as they very helpful and taking care on our daily arrangement . Again, thank you to both of you .

Absolutely amazing experience at the MO! From the moment you arrive (and before even, when I called ahead,) the level of service is nothing short of excellent! Every single member of staff is polite, helpful, kind and really goes above and beyond! I had everything I needed and more, and at every step I was made to feel welcome. A few absolute shining lights: Alex at check in who was kind enough to upgrade my room to an Ocean View King, Nicky, Chloe and Ryan at the Sunset Bar were absolutely wonderful - and my poolside dining experience was beyond incredible! Caroline at Fresh (superb dining with the best view) Nick and Dennis at the pool bringing water, snacks and being very patient with my requests for the umbrella to be put up and down. Sunny at breakfast for a very warm welcome. Honestly - I’ve never had an experience like this - the attention to detail, the care, the kindness were just all excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and all amenities are provided for. The fruit plate was replenished and was so thoughtfully and beautifully presented. There are three pools to choose from, all idyllic. I ate at Fresh and the Sunset Bar, and both were amazing. The cocktails at the Sunset Bar are sublime! The breakfast is divine - definitely something for everyone: there are so many choices! The only slightly disappointing part was that swimming in the sea isn’t really encouraged. It’s very rocky and full of coral so not really a pleasant walk either, but the view is lovely. I visited after staying in Yalong Bay, and I will say it was nice to be in a quieter location. I will never forget this stay, and am looking forward to visiting again! Thank you, thank you to everyone at MOSAN!

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Initially, I was skeptical about visiting China due to some negative hotel reviews I had read. However, this trip completely changed my perspective. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Chelsey Yang was incredibly attentive when my daughter had a splinter in her foot, providing medical care right at the breakfast buffet. My daughter was in so much pain that she wouldn't let me near her, but Chelsey managed to calm her down and treat her effectively. Our butler, Fiona, was always responsive to our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The photographer captured beautiful photos of our family, creating memories we will cherish forever. The room was immaculate, and with only 200 units at the resort, we enjoyed the beach and restaurants almost entirely to ourselves. The privacy and lack of crowds were a significant plus for us. The kids had a fantastic time at Club Hyatt, participating in various activities such as oil painting, soap making, clay modeling, crab catching, tent making with coconut leaves, and even climbing coconut trees. This allowed us to have much-needed time to ourselves, knowing our children were well taken care of and entertained. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with this resort. The excellent service, clean facilities, and engaging activities for kids made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation in China.

Questa è la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto al Resort e è stato così piacevole come mi ricordo. Abbiamo amato quanto è rilassato, tranquillo e privato questo hotel. E 'perfetto per una via d'uscita e per il vento. Ci siamo stati in una stanza con la propria piscina e è stato sorprendente.

We absolutely loved our stay at wanda reign. Originally we only planned to stay for 1-2 nights but ended up staying for our whole 5 day trip. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful views from the lobby, luxurious villas with private pool, great pool near the beach etc. What we really liked was how private the resort feels. A lot of the other resorts are full of people and there is almost no privacy, that is completely different here. The other major plus was the service. From the moment we checked in Alex helped to upgrade us to a private villa, helped to arrange toys for our 1 year old, arranged for food to be delivered to the house etc. He made us feel very welcome and was a great help. Also barry from the concierge service was great. Always helping to arrange buggies to bring us to different places. Very friendly and professional. We also like to thank the hostess at the breakfast (unfortunately we didn’t get her name). She made us feel welcome and understood our preferences after a few days which was great. Last but not least we like to thank 梁俊豪 from the lobby bar. He makes great cocktails but what really impressed us was his service mindset! He is very proactive and thinks for us, very detail oriented. Thanks all for a great stay! We will be back.
