"I got to live here after the hotel I booked originally cancelled while in the flight to Sanya. It isn’t a place I’d ordinarily stay in but it did the job- accommodated me. It’s called sky-view but was given the 7th floor. The walls are so thin so I could hear neighbors and their noisy children the entire 5 nights I was there. Check in was a nightmare. I was dropped in one building, took to another to check in and then taken to another to my room. The room’s keys were not available when I got to my door so I had wait, luggage and all. WiFi was immensely unstable by day 3. Thin pillows that I had to use the couch cushion as an auxiliary."

位置挺好的，很方便，三亞灣玩住這裏準沒錯。管家服務也蠻到位。
環境挺好的，小區很安靜。挺隔音，格局也不錯。設施該有的都有，生活用品齊全。投影冰箱洗衣機電磁爐全都有，而且點外賣能送上樓！！！床墊也很舒服，不是那種特別軟的，有一定支撐力，這幾天覺睡的也蠻好。這次出來就是為了調整狀態的，感覺時間合適的話，長住也不錯，真心推薦哈哈哈

L'ambiente della zona di primo punto fa sentire una sorta di sorgente esterna, tranquilla, alberi verdi diventano ghiacciati e viaggi.Questo senso 🉐 esperimenta 😁😁
Il servizio del direttore al 2° punto fa davvero sentire la gente come un ospite. Siamo arrivati la notte. Il direttore ci accoglie alla porta in anticipo.Il veicolo può essere parcheggiato direttamente sotto le scale, il che non ci rende necessario trascinare il bagaglio pesante per andare lontano, perché è molto conveniente.[faccia di giù] 😜😜

La stanza è vista sul mare, la sala e la camera da letto possono vedere direttamente il mare, e la sera può vedere direttamente il tramonto, lode.L'altra stanza è completamente installata, l'esperienza di soggiorno è buona, il viaggio richiede un numero di notti consecutivi.

KKiean Kaih JohnsonOur transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

My experience was soured by a few things. At first glance all appeared well, the rooms looked quite clean and the hotel looked very beautiful. However I soon found there were several issues.
The best rooms (Tub hut rooms) were next to the road. It was very noisy and hard to get a good nights rest. At the back it looks into the neighbours houses and they were doing fireworks all night. Secondly my room (V3) had a terrible sewage scent that I suspected had been there for a while, when we arrived someone rushed to the room to use an air freshener before we entered so we didn’t notice the smell early. The hotel tried to fix it with tape until I just had to ask for another room which was fine. So it seems Iike they knowingly put us in the smelly room.
Breakfast was also nothing to write home about. Most options were very small and they wouldn’t refill. I requested a fried egg which the chef grudgingly prepared. There was no tea, only coffee from a machine that didn’t work properly. It was also quite far from the beach (50 mins walk). In my opinion it is not worth the price. For over 1200 per night it was ridiculous. It was a waste of money for the time period (Chinese new year).
I had stayed at the Palace Resort before and the experience was like night and day. If you like the aesthetic then come during the off peak time when rooms are (300-700) it might be fine. The tub hut rooms are definitely not worth it.

E ci sono lavastoviglie e lavanderia, che è particolarmente apprezzabile 👍 Dopo avere l'opportunità di continuare a soggiornare in questo hotel, il rapporto costo-beneficiario è molto alto!

Salute: il fratello maggiore e la sorella più grande sono felici di fare la salubrità. La stanza è pulita in tempo. Ho vissuto tre notti. Quando ho finito, ho chiesto qualcosa di quasi. Non ho bisogno di pulire.
Ambiente: ambiente confortevole, lusinghiero, buon paesaggio, posizione geografica eccellente, vicino al centro turistico estivo, entrata della strada di cucina.

MMarkoMLocation can't be better since it's right next to the beach. Around 20 steps to water.
Way better beach than Sanya Bay, Yalong Bay , Xidao Island and even Wuzhizhou for me. Reasons :
Water is deeper once you get in and you don't have to walk 100m to get it overhead.
Less crowded and peaceful. Very clean. Lots of restaurants around and coffee shops.
Not loud during night time so it's great for sleep.
If I ever come back to Sanya I'd definitely choose this place again.
You get what you pay for. And people working in this stay are amazing, free fruits and water for 4 straight days, helpful with bike rent for 30rmb per day(until 00:00”)
