Soggiorno JW Marriott a Sanya

Our stay at the JW Marriott Dadonghai Bay was quite memorable. From check-in period until our check-out period, the stay was great. I booked my stay at Trip.com, and the staff was able to accommodate my request to stay near the elevator. Sharry, the manager, was well-spoken in her English, and was able to meet our need for a connecting room. She also recommended us to great restaurants nearby to the hotel, and helped us with additional blanket. The facilities were also well maintained. From the 24 hour fitness center to the beachwalk to the breakfast facility, they were in top notch condition. In addition, the staffs were professional. The only regret I have is that I didn’t have time to check out the Cantonese Dim Sum at the onsite Chinese restaurant. My 3 days 2 nights stay was too short to try this dim sum. JW Marriott Dadonghai Bay is surely one of the top hotel in my list, and I hope to stay there again in my next vacation to Hainan.

Perfect stay for a family of 4, from location, to room amenities from hotel facilities, everything was perfect. Incredible international breakfast, massages at the spa were the best relaxing treats after long days of fun. Outstanding concierge services, with English-speaking and friendly staff that helped me with all I needed, including restaurants and bookings of the aquarium and other activities. I've particularly enjoyed the fact that the Hotel was very close to everything, but way more exclusive and quiet than other luxury hotels around. The swimming pool was perfect and kids had fun renting the sub-robots, with extremely kind and helpful pool staff. Highly recommended, will definitely return.
