Abbiamo scelto questo hotel a causa della sua posizione ʻ e ha superato le nostre aspettative! Il personale dell'hotel è stato utile e ha fornito informazioni in giapponese e inglese. Abbiamo soggiornato per 13 giorni e siamo stati impressionati dalla determinazione dell'hotel ʻs di fornire camere pulite, asciugamani e altri oggetti. Questa posizione dell'hotel ʻs a Shijo/Karasuma rende facile raggiungere le stazioni di treno, l'autobus e la metropolitana. Ci sono stati anche molti ristoranti eccellenti e possibilità di shopping. Non mi aspettavo che il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni fosse così alto! L'hotel di recente apertura è relativamente spazioso per una persona. Come lo specchio cosmetico da scrivania, è adatto anche per viaggi di lavoro a breve termine. Ci sono anche molti piccoli negozi per mangiare in giro. Altamente raccomandato

Hotel carino e pulito, buona posizione per esplorare la città. Il personale è gentile e amichevole. Le camere non sono grandi, ma una famiglia di 3 persone con un bagaglio grande può facilmente starci. La camera in stile giapponese è molto affascinante, ma potrebbe essere necessario un po' di tempo per abituarsi alla rigidità del materasso. La scelta della colazione è piuttosto limitata e ripetitiva.

The location of hotel is in a walking distance from Kyoto Station. It is not close to the town 四條町. Every time when we go for shopping, we need to take a bus to the downtown. Easy access to anywhere by bus. The hotel staffs are very professional. The breakfast is highly recommended to book before departure. The hot spring, the room size, buffet breakfast, the service of reception are in a high standard. Highly recommended to the travelers who is planning to Kyoto. Interesting point: No shoes in this hotel. U need to lock your shoes in the locker before you walk in the hotel. They provided socks for you to wear.

The Okura Okazaki Bettie is a beautifully designed modern hotel and was the perfect choice for our combined business/leisure visit to Kyoto. The location was reasonably close (short taxi ride) to excellent restaurants and sights in the culturally historic area east of the river. The guest room quality, cleanliness and comfort is excellent - finished to a high standard with large windows overlooking the garden below and temples beyond. Breakfast was served in the restaurant overlooking the hotel's own zen garden. The choice of either ”Kyoto”or ”American” breakfast was amazing, beautifully presented bento style, exceptionally fresh, plentiful and delicious. Indeed this was one of the best hotel breakfasts ever. Finally the service level is exceptional. Both management and staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and hassle free. Neither the most nor least expensive option in Kyoto - just simple great value. We look forward to returning next time.

Hotel molto comodo, vicinissimo alla stazione. L'hotel dispone anche di un bus navetta da e per la stazione e l'hotel. È molto comodo. Molto buono anche il servizio di accoglienza alla reception. Dopo il check out ho trovato che il mio cellulare era rimasto in camera quando sono arrivato alla stazione. Sono tornato in albergo e ho chiesto alla reception. , subito mi hanno detto che la governante della stanza aveva avvisato la reception che il cellulare era stato prelevato e l'ho consegnato immediatamente. Sono molto grato al personale di servizio dell'hotel per il loro atteggiamento lavorativo serio e responsabile, che ha dato alle persone una sensazione sicura e calorosa di soggiornare in hotel. Vicino alla stazione di uscita ovest di Hachiko, adatto a chi prende la JR Haruka o lo Shinkansen. Perché è vicino alla salita. Ma se qualcuno si concentra sui viaggi in autobus a Kyoto, sarà dal lato opposto, una lunga passeggiata. Prenotato 2 notti ed è stato trasferito in una camera nell'ala sud. Posiziona facilmente la tua valigia. C'è una presa sul comodino. Il letto è moderatamente morbido. Ma il cuscino è molto duro. Ma ci sono foglie piccole e morbide che possono essere usate in modo intercambiabile. Le luci nella stanza non sono molto luminose. Ci sono 2 bottiglie d'acqua gratuite in camera sono quasi complete, manca solo la cuffia per la doccia. Qui, il sistema di check-in del chiosco è facile da usare. La colazione è disponibile se non l'hai acquistata. Ci sono 3 sale da pranzo tra cui scegliere, ciascuna al prezzo di 3000 yen.

La colazione era buona, e la camera era molto spaziosa. La posizione dell'hotel vicino al centro commerciale Aeon e la stazione ferroviaria era molto conveniente. Mi ci sono voluto solo circa 12 minuti a piedi per la stazione di Kyoto, che era grande. Anche i servizi dell'hotel erano buoni.

A warm welcoming when arriving hotel with English speaking front desk facilitating check in. Spacious room with stunning lake view. There’re 3 venues for breakfast and lots of tasteful choice especially on the 37/F. Sufficient parking lots charging 500yen per day only! Must choose it again for next time visiting!

Came here with family during the Sakura season. It's easy to get to the onset hotel. After arriving at the Ogoto Onsen JR station, towards the south exit you will find a cell phone attached to a board with explanation how to use the phone to call one of the onsen hotels. After the call, their shuttle bus will then come and pick you up between 2pm to 6pm I think. The hotel staff in general are very welcoming. Our family scored a deal with their penthouse suite with private indoor and outdoor onsen. Four of us stayed in the suite and the price is only slightly more than four of us staying in 2 regular rooms. It also came with a beautiful fruit platter for you to enjoy. The suite is very spacious with 2 separate toilets. The bath area has 2 sinks, a shower stall as well as a japanese style bathing area connected to the 2 onsen baths (indoor one is a hinoki wood tub and the outdoor one is a stone one. The outdoor onsen does have a slight privacy issue as there are some residential buildings in a distance. While my mom was a bit too modest to use the outdoor one (which I am not and fully enjoyed it), she did take full advantage of the indoor private onsen. Of course the hotel also has a public onsen for the guests. In fact they have two. One in each towers. I used the one on the top floor in the morning and it was a bless seeing the sunrise while soaking in the hot onsen water. Our package also included both dinner and breakfast that were served at their private dining room. Both meals were done in kaiseki style. We were particularly impressed by their dinner. Not only was it cooked with high quality ingredients and with beautiful presentation, they did not skimp on the quantity as well. Often after eating dinner at other onsen hotel, I would not feel full and actually felt a bit hungry later at night, at Yumotokan the courses kept coming and I was completely stuffed at the end. In fact I did not finish the rice even though it was so yummy (cooked from scratch in front of us with a flamed mini-stove). All in all, a very satisfactory experience. I can recommend anyone who comes to Kyoto/Osaka and wants an excursion and experiences the traditional Japanese onsen.
