Stile molto pulito e giapponese nell'hotel Sen. Stupisci davvero con le opzioni di spuntini notturni! Altamente battere la mia aspettativa. L'esperienza di On Sen è molto buona ed eccellente con i bambini! I miei figli lo adorano soprattutto i noodles soba!

Good location, just 10 mins walk from hotel to Kyoto Station. Wonderful hotel!!! Staff is amazing. We love the beautiful Japanese style design room with tatami flooring decoration. The onsen facilities are outstanding👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Kyoto. Best breakfast buffet! I would stay here again.

My family absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The hotel is accessible (a 10 min walk from Kyoto Station). The hotel room was clean and the staff were helpful. Love the Japanese concept of this hotel and the onsen! Will be back again!

It was our honeymoon trip so we wanted to book a nice onsen hotel for the night. My husband and I had a great time at this hotel. We enjoyed every bit of it from the awesome hospitality, the food they provide, the amenities , the room and of course their onsen options was amazing. If we travel to kyoto in the future we would love to stay at this hotel again.

Highly recommend all to stay here! Its a 10min walk from JR Kyoto Station but the stay was fantastic. There are so many different kind of onsen, free coffees/tea at the lobby, free ramen for supper and the breakfast variety was amazing and tbh the room was so spacious (definitely can fit 2 comfortably). Highly recommend and will definitely return to this onsen chain again!

We stayed here for one night, I would like to stay longer. Close to Kyoto station, but I don’t like this part of the city. Whatever I like the hotel’s concept! It’s nice onsen hotel, where you have to take off your shoes before entering into the hotel, everywhere in the hotel is tatami, so nice to walk on. First floor is for onsen and restaurant. It was amazing breakfast, I think I can eat different food everyday and won’t be bored! You can make yourself coffee, matcha, tea or any other beverages, can make it with ice so on. Seriously, I was surprised about your food service, I have to mention about evening ramen for everyone, it was nice to eat after visiting onsen, I also grab an iced late after. In the resting area near the onsen gate there is free ice cream and diary beverages.

Free dessert, ramen, everything is made so convenient to travellers. The onsen bath pool there has a little bit of smell in the changing room, but overall it’s a really good experience.

The onsen hotel was amazing, clean and was exactly as described and seen in the photos! It was pretty near and easy to navigate from Kyoto Station! Onsen and facilities was really enjoyable and they even have free ramen, love it, will definitely stay again if I visit Kyoto!

Hotel is clean and comfortable for stays. Ramen and coffee/milo/tea/ ice cream are all free to eat. Hot springs is clean and big too.

Nice and very cozy Ramen, dessert and ice cream are complementary

I loved the al night bathing permissible in the onsen...the only catch is that that is no housekeeping despite our five nights' stay. but at least they provided towels daily. also loved the free rramen

The hotel was too crowded. People were talking loudly everywhere . Even inside my room I can here people talking and other sound made by the water pipe maybe. It made me feel very annoyed and could hardly totally be relaxed and enjoying my holiday during my stay. Even the onsen design was quite appealing, it was a bit dirty as there were so many people using that.

Free ramen after 9pm for supper. Friendly staff. Can get crowded after 9pm at the osen if there is a tour group

The staff is friendly and able to communicate in English. The hotel room is clean and very convenient to go all the attaction places. We enjoyed staying there and the onsen too
