La qualità del sonno è il problema più terribile. L'aria condizionata soffia troppo, anche quando è spenta. Fa troppo caldo per addormentarsi. L'unica possibilità è aprire una finestra, ma non si apre molto. Inoltre, al mattino si sente più rumore e luce dall'esterno. I cuscini sono super ruvidi e non c'è scelta tra i cuscini. Ho avuto un dolore al collo e ho finito per dormire su un piccolo cuscino decorativo. I piatti della colazione sono per lo più freddi, alcuni piatti sono troppo unti per essere serviti a colazione. I piatti non vengono riempiti. Niente frutta. Hanno servito solo una banana tagliata in 4 pezzi e messa su una piccola salsa, quindi fisicamente non puoi prenderne più di 3 pezzi nel piatto. Una barzelletta totale. L'hotel è anche obsoleto rispetto ad altri hotel della catena. Ad esempio, non ci sono prese USB vicino al letto, come in altri posti.

Good location just few minutes walk from Kyoto Station. The room is small and breakfast is good. The room is very warm and air conditioning not functioning. I have to open the window to let the cold air in.

Clean room, good breakfast choices, good food and drinks. Value for money. Near 7 minute walk to kyoto station. I will come back here again the next time i go to kyoto. Its near the konbini stores and restos. Near mall.

I just want to spend a night there in Kyoto. The room is big and comfortable for a solo traveller like me. Location is fine but will need to walk a bit to Kyoto Station. Overall is great!

Location is very convenient, in between local subway line and Kyoto station. They have self-service lockers which was easy to use. Check out was also automated. Amenities were provided at ground level.

One of the best hotel I have stay in Japan. Good value for money. Nice spacious room and comfortable bed.

Location is excellent as it is about 5 minutes' walk from JR Kyoto station. On exiting the station, head down the main street next to the Advanti mall (there is a big Advanti sign that you can't miss it) and the hotel is just a short walk down. Did not eat at the hotel as there are many eateries around and near the train station, with a few conveniences stores close by. Room was clean but of small size with space a premium for big lug gages. Staff were very helpful providing detailed information on getting to places of interests be it by trains or buses.

Very short walk from Kyoto Station so it’s very accessible. Lots of food choices at the station and convenient to pick up regional gifts/ souvenirs. Hotel is new and very clean. Room was well laid out with space for 2 open suitcases and space to move around. Coffee & tea from lobby but room has a kettle & fridge. Washer/dryers available on site with vending machines & microwave. Lawson and Family Mart across the road with lots of restaurants. Would happily stay there again.

Great location, amenities provided, great soft bed. Very happy with my stay. Location near Kyoto station, easy transportation by bus and metro to tourism spots inside and outside kyoto.

Very near to Koyto station, only need 7 mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, malls, a supermarket in the station. Staff are nice and helpful. There is self laundry service inside the hotel. We shall visit again next time.
