Risposta dalla struttura: 您好 感謝您這次入住鈴堀川五條。關於您住宿期間，種種因素造成您們的不便我們深感抱歉。若您希望在16點前進入房間的話，我們有提供提早入住房間的服務，但需要另外收費，若今後有這個需求的話可以提前跟我們説,我們很樂意為您服務。關於環境維生及沒有收拾垃圾的部分，我們也非常抱歉，基於SDGs的理念，我們僅提供連住4晚以上的客人有免費的清掃服務，至於到晚上都還沒有收拾垃圾的部分，我們會再度向員工宣導，並加以督促。洗衣機衹有一台的部分，為了日後能讓顧客們能享受更便利的服務，我們也會於想辦法改善，也非常感謝您提供的建議，讓我們有更多改善的空間。Rinn HorikawaGojo林
