我訂的雙床房 到店後3人不可以入住 也不可以加床 衹可以換3人房 本來1400一晚 現在多一人變2600一晚 過了取消時間不然我重新訂酒店了 房間衞生間很滿意 既然是單人間 為什麼另一個床很奇怪 而且底下一樓 沒有任何床全封閉

Risposta dalla struttura: 客室はバスタブ付きとシャワーのみのタイプがあり、トイレは別で洗面所も広くお部屋でゆったりと過ごすことのできるサイズとなっております。バス停や地下鉄がすぐそばにあり、観光地へのアクセスがとても良いです。近くにはコンビニやスーパー、カフェやパン屋さん等があり食事するにも困ることはありません。

飯店很新 2021才開幕，位置也不錯可以徒步走到祇園跟二條八條。房間不會太小而且隔壁就是麥當勞挺方便的

Ottimi receptionist e stanza ampia ben arredata.Strategicamente perfetta per visitare la città in quanto vicinissima ai mezzi bus e meteo e con 15-20 minuti a piedi su arriva facilmente ai quartieri di Gion e Pontocho.Perfetto anche il servizio utilizzato si spedizione bagagli in altro luogo.Unica cosa non positiva e la pulizia della stanza una volta ogni quattro giorni.L'hotel mette a disposizione una zona ristoro con Succhi,caffè e the.Hotel super consigliato

This hotel has been the worst in Japan. They never clean the rooms probably and provided stained and dirty bed sheets. when we requested them to clean it, they said they did clean it already but you could see previous customers stains. And the worst part is, they hire a cleaning service as a third party and they dont know who is coming and what kind of cleaning that third party company does

where do i even start? This hotel is not clean. let me just say that. the location is not bad, and it s a decent size rooms. but i dont even think they clean it from previous people before us. the sheets and the floors and toilet and the surfaces were all quite digusting. if you can find, try another place

EXTREMELY dirty rooms. Beware that this “hotel” does NOT do their own cleaning, they use a third party company but also don’t know who enters the rooms. Very unsafe. Rooms are left FILTHY, with unknown hair pieces and liquids are left on beds. Had to ask for cleaning back to back; sadly it got worse. Floors are not vacuumed or cleaned; oppositely, you can see liquid stains left from previous people. Pajamas are thrown on the bed. Bathroom has toilet paper pieces and unknown hair. Staff and the manager are unable to provide any service they promise on the website. Had to find another hotel and leave this place ASAP because of hygiene concerns. They provide free scarf for each positive review, hence there are limited positive reviews online.

The good reviews must be because guests don’t check or know their rooms haven’t been cleaned Beware!! This hotel doesn’t offer cleaning. They work with an external party, who left our room dirty two days in a row. They threw away the toothbrushes, threw our pijamas on the bed, left hair on the floor. We kindly asked the hotel to clean the next day. They didn’t even change the sheets after a 3 day stay Very sad & disappointed- we had stayed here 2 years ago, and now the manager doesn’t speak English or do anything to fix this. He was laughing on the phone instead of providing a solution The hotel doesn’t know who enters your room. We are leaving early and will dispute the stay, as it’s unacceptable the hotel doesn’t know which cleaner enters your room
