Hotel Echarm a Kunming

Fantastic New Hotel in the Heart of Old Town! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand-new hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was struck by the very clean and modern design. The entire hotel felt fresh and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and they were always ready with a smile and helpful information. What truly stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile – they even helped me carry my luggage all the way to my pick-up point upon departure, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture. The hotel's location in Old Town is absolutely fantastic. It's within easy walking distance of charming historical sites and is conveniently surrounded by new shopping malls and a plethora of shops that stay open till late night. This made it incredibly easy to explore and find anything I needed. Food lovers will also be delighted by the lots of restaurants and eateries right on the doorstep, offering a diverse range of culinary options. Overall, my experience at this new hotel was excellent. The combination of its pristine cleanliness, modern aesthetic, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and unbeatable location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Viaggiare a Kunming, qui è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, molto vicino al centro amministrativo, il cibo intorno è conveniente, il negozio è molto grande, e il parco, il piano superiore, la vista è aperta e il trasporto è conveniente.

This was a great airport hotel. The front desk was able to check me in quickly and complete the proper registration for a foreigner. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable, linens were clean. Rooms carpet could have used a good vacuum and the lamps a good dusting. Airport shuttle was very convenient and efficient. I had an early morning flight and they sent me off with a little breakfast bag. Would recommend to friends and would stay again.

Good hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean, the towel was bit old as the edges were worn out. But it was clean and white and wrapped in plastic. So no issue using it. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Heating was good. Close to metro station

La stanza è davvero soddisfatta dei dettagli, soprattutto il personale di servizio della reception è molto entusiasta.La nostra scelta di viaggiare a casa per due è importante.Questo hotel vale la pena di fidarsi. (E un po'di spiegazione, siamo turisti di Xinjiang. La reception deve chiedere il nostro prossimo viaggio. Da dove siamo arrivati, dove andiamo. I nuovi indigeni non appartengono alla Repubblica popolare cinese?) gli ospiti di altre parti non chiedono che questo sia un trattamento differenziato.

還是一如既往的滿意呢！床墊軟硬適中，枕頭也有兩個高低枕，很貼心！浴室乾濕分離設計很合理，房間還可以投影，挺不錯的。店長小趙和前台小盈都太客氣太周到了，入住體驗很好。
