Hotel Borrman a Kunming

This hotel truly stands out, with friendly and helpful staff across the board—from the reception team to the driver and even the staff managing breakfast. The reception continued to keep us updated via messages, even after confirming our airport pickup while waiting for the driver. The two night-shift ladies staff went the extra mile by arranging early housekeeping so we could check in at 8am when a room became available after an early checkout. Our room was ready upon arrival. The room itself was spotless, though items like hand wash, body wash, and toilet paper could have been better replenished. That said, it was sufficient for our one-night stay. The hotel also provides quality disposable slippers and bottled water. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtful touches—like curtains that automatically close when the key card is inserted and motion-sensor lights that illuminate when you get out of bed in the dark—added to the experience. The driver was consistently cheerful and helpful, and the breakfast staff on 28 April 2026 showed great dedication by waiting for me to finish, even though I arrived just five minutes before closing and declined any refills. This hotel is a great choice for an overnight stay or if you have an early flight. A one-way car ride from the hotel to the city costs less than US$10, making it both convenient and affordable. Do not miss this great hotel!

Room is nice. They have airport shuttle bus service which need to join with other guests. It might take some time to pick you up. Overall room is clean.
