"Quando ho prenotato questo hotel, non ho avuto un recensione, quindi ho esitato un po'. Mi preoccupava: - Perché non c’è recensione? È un buon posto? - Ma quando sono arrivato, è stato un soggiorno molto soddisfacente, così inquietante. E lasciamo un'analisi così a lungo nella speranza che più persone lo sapranno. Sono rimasto per un totale di 4 giorni, e soprattutto penso che il vantaggio più grande di questo hotel sia la gentilezza calda del capo. Da quando sono entrato, ero così felice di accogliervi, e ogni mattina ho pensato: ”C'è qualcosa di scomodo?” E: ”Se hai bisogno di qualcosa, dimmi in qualsiasi momento.” Come mio fratello, come il mio vicino, Ero così naturale e amichevole che mi sentivo molto comodo in una destinazione strana. Ho affittato una moto all'hotel, ho controllato il veicolo con molta attenzione e l'ho spiegato con molta attenzione. Mi sono sentito sincero non solo per affittare, ma anche per prestare attenzione a guidare in modo sicuro. Grazie a questo, sono riuscito a guidare una moto con comodità durante il mio viaggio. La stanza era pulita e temperata, e tutte le cose di base necessarie erano ben attrezzate, la posizione era grande per il viaggio, e era tranquillo e bello riposare. Per riunirla, ”Se sei preoccupato perché non c'è recensione, non preoccuparti”. Al contrario, penso che sia una gioiello che la gente non sa ancora. E vorrei certamente restare ancora una volta se la prossima volta visitassi questa zona. Capo, grazie ancora.Grazie a te, ho avuto un tempo molto confortevole e piacevole :)"

"Room is small. Shower is too close to WC. No curtains. Floor has no anti slip rubber mats . Dangerous for old folks. Informed the house keeping but no actions taken. Breakfast so so."

"Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels."

"Una stanza spaziosa con vista sulla città. Tutto era grande. L’unica mattina era molto solida e la stanza era fredda la notte, ma dormivamo bene. Neanche nella stanza non c’era un frigorifero. Ma c’era sempre acqua calda quando ci facevamo una doccia. L'ospite e la sua famiglia erano gentili e sorridenti. In generale, è stato bello stare in questo hotel."

"I loved it here! The coffee bar is very tasty and also serves nice beer in the evening. There are a lot of food options within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are nice, hot showers, good A/C and comfortable beds. It’s a comfortable stay for the price I paid."

"L'hotel ha un'atmosfera grande e le camere sono spaziose. Tuttavia, rimanere sul pavimento era lontano da rilassarsi. Il rumore dalla stanza sopra era insopportabile perché i tetti sono molto sottili e non sono sonoro. Ho sentito ogni movimento che hanno fatto. Non potevo dormire fino a quasi 1 a.m. e poi alle 6 a.m. Si svegliarono e cominciarono a fare di nuovo rumore. Se è stato assegnato un soggiorno in terrazza e ci sono ospiti che rimangono sopra di te, consiglio di chiedere un cambio di camera immediatamente. Non potevo riposare in tutto durante il mio soggiorno."

"Very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly,  but I had to mark them down on location and amenities. For location, no fault of the hotel, all the sidewalks on the entire street was torn up, non existent, requiring everyone to walk in the sometimes busy street. As for amenities, our television wouldn’t play anything and our A/C wouldn’t cool the room."

"Ottimo hotel, anche se la piscina e la palestra non sono ancora state completate, ma questo non ha influito sul nostro soggiorno. Jade, la receptionist con cui abbiamo interagito di più, è gentile e attenta. È stata il punto forte del nostro soggiorno. C'è margine di miglioramento. L'hotel sembra ignorare gli ospiti che hanno effettuato il check-out e sono in attesa nella hall del volo, poiché il volo potrebbe essere posticipato di qualche ora. L'hotel dovrebbe offrire bevande (anche acqua naturale sarebbe gradita) o assistenza per rendere felici gli ospiti che hanno effettuato il check-out e sono in attesa del volo. I servizi completi sono fondamentali, non solo durante il soggiorno."

"Главное достоинство это наличие кондиционера, из-за чего и был выбран этот отель. Всё в номере работало за исключением замка двери балкона, полотенца менялись ежедневно и были чистыми,кровать удобная, интернет нормальный, расположен на шумной улице, но недалеко от ночного рынка. Завтраки не были ни хороши ни разнообразны, и персонал плохо понимал английский. На недолго можно останавливаться если вам необходим кондиционер."
