The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with great views of the city. I especially appreciated the rooftop bar and pool—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Location-wise, it’s conveniently situated near key attractions and the riverfront. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world for business and pleasure and I can say with all honesty that this hotel was simply excellent. The room was fabulous and the view over the city skyline was fantastic. Everything in the room worked and was clean and new. The bathroom was “designer” and very posh. There was even an extension lead in the room with multiple sockets and USB ports for charging my gear. By western standards, this is a high quality hotel which would cost at least 4x this price back home The staff were also excellent. Very attentive and helpful. I’d highly recommend the rooftop pool and restaurant for reasonably priced* food and cocktails (*reasonable hotel prices) Overall, I’d highly recommend. So much so that I will be back there on Monday as I transit to Vietnam."
