Before our arrival, Farhana reached out to confirm our booking and inquire about any specific requests. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, she took note and ensured every detail was perfect. She even confirmed our expected arrival time to streamline the check-in process, showcasing her professionalism and care. Upon arrival, Farhana greeted us warmly and escorted us to a breathtaking Ocean View Suite, thoughtfully upgraded to enhance our stay. The room was pristine, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view that took our breath away. To our delight, Farhana had arranged romantic decorations, a fresh fruit platter, and a beautifully crafted anniversary cake, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. On our second day, Farhana went above and beyond by securing us the best table at Ossiana Restaurant, where we enjoyed a mesmerizing view of the aquarium just steps away. The dining experience was flawless, complemented by the restaurant’s outstanding service. Later that afternoon, Farhana surprised us with a gorgeous flower bouquet and adorable whale dolls as anniversary gifts. These thoughtful gestures touched our hearts deeply and made our trip truly memorable. What sets Farhana apart is her ability to anticipate needs and add personal touches that other hotels or butlers might overlook. Every interaction with her was marked by genuine kindness, professionalism, and a passion for creating unforgettable moments. We are already looking forward to returning to Atlantis Sanya and requesting Farhana’s services again. "The hotel has direct access to the beach, which was my favorite part of the stay. I spent a lot of time in the pool, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of options. The location is convenient, with several restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, though not very modern. That didn’t bother me much, as I was either in the pool or the ocean most of the time. However, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell after using the shower or toilet, and the bathtub was old and drained water slowly. There is no self-service laundry :-( Airport pickup was available and very convenient. As soon as you exit the arrivals area, you just cross the street and walk for about 2–3 minutes to a designated waiting area where the van picks you up. The airport staff was very nice and they helped me get to the waiting area."

"Hotel eccellente, siamo stati lì per 11 giorni, le camere sono fresche, pulite, spaziose, come appartamenti con balcone (in questo particolare edificio), personale cordiale, l'hotel in sé è molto confortevole, ha una bella piscina grande e un centro medico all'interno, senza colazione. Non ne avevamo bisogno nella roulotte, ci sono molti bar nelle vicinanze dove puoi mangiare! Sono 5-10 minuti dal mare, beh, a seconda della posizione della spiaggia di cui hai bisogno, la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda a Dadonghai!"

"Le ville della Yalong Bay Guest House sono incredibilmente belle. Offrono un'eccellente privacy e sono spaziose. Ci siamo divertiti un mondo a giocare in piscina. È anche molto tranquillo; non siamo andati da nessun'altra parte e siamo rimasti semplicemente in camera. È il posto perfetto per una fuga rilassante. Il nostro maggiordomo dedicato, Chen Mingxian, ci ha offerto un servizio caloroso e premuroso. Ci ha fatto il check-in, ci ha aiutato con i bagagli, ci ha fatto il check-out e ci ha messo a disposizione un'auto per venirci a prendere e riaccompagnarci. Il servizio del maggiordomo è stato eccezionale; gli do un pollice in su."

"L'hotel è proprio sul mare 🏝️. La camera che ho prenotato ha due letti da 1,80 m, perfetti per la nostra famiglia di tre persone. La camera è spaziosa, con un ampio balcone per appendere i vestiti. Inizialmente avevo prenotato due notti, ma dopo una ho deciso di prenotare le restanti quattro. Essendo alta stagione, la camera era al completo, ma il bel ragazzo con la camicia bianca alla reception è riuscito a prenotarne una per noi senza costi aggiuntivi. È stato fantastico! Dal nostro balcone, potevamo vedere molti yacht in mare ogni giorno. L'ultimo giorno, abbiamo contattato il maggiordomo dell'hotel, Xiao Chen, che ci ha consigliato un'agenzia di yacht. È stata un'esperienza fantastica, senza fregature. A bordo, il capitano ci ha spiegato i prezzi per le escursioni, ma non è stato invadente o aggressivo; era tutto volontario. Si può salire e scendere liberamente dallo yacht a tre ponti e andare dove si vuole. Erano sempre presenti per controllare le condizioni durante il viaggio. È andato tutto bene, spero che non abbiate sofferto il mal di mare. Un bambino ha provato due o tre giostre e ha continuato a insistere con la madre perché provasse altre opzioni. Il capitano ha semplicemente detto: ”Non essere così insistente, perché tua madre presto rimarrà senza soldi”. L'assenza di resistenze è stata un bel gesto 😎. Io e mio marito stavamo andando in barca a vela e dovevamo fare il check-out il giorno stesso, quindi temevamo di perderci l'occasione. Butler Chen ha prolungato l'orario del check-out fino alle 14:00. Un altro aspetto positivo di questo hotel: ogni volta che tornavamo da un viaggio, un membro dello staff ci apriva la portiera dell'auto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Durante l'alta stagione turistica di Sanya, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e molto conveniente! Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta. "A Sanya ci sono spesso vacanze e soggiorni in questo hotel. E 'perfetto per le famiglie con bambini (ho 2 bambini - 9 e 2 yo). Le strutture sono sorprendenti - diverse piscine con scivoli e giochi d'acqua, piscina fluviale, anche luogo di salto acqua. Molte attività per bambini e grande parco. Il show notturno è grande! Il colazione ha varie opzioni per tutte le età, quindi non lascerai mai la fame. Ho particolarmente consigliato 2 camere da letto per grandi famiglie con bambini e nonni. È molto conveniente, con 2 bagni e anche una zona comune con cucina. Qualunque cosa accada nella stanza, si può sempre chiamare il desk e ottenere immediatamente. È un luogo fantastico per le vacanze familiari! L'hotel offre tutto per bambini, tra cui potti, latte più caldo, crib, ecc. Grazie speciali a William che ci ha aiutato durante il nostro soggiorno e ci ha comunicato in inglese che ha reso la nostra vita più facile!"

"Le attività del 1 giugno sono ben attrezzate con molte attività e ci sono film gratuiti da guardare. Anche la sorella Xiaoxue è molto attenta e premurosa. Sono molto soddisfatta delle strutture di intrattenimento condivise da Huayi durante le vacanze👍"
