L'hotel si trova in una stradina, a soli 70 metri dalla strada principale, quindi è tranquillo e non si sente il rumore dei veicoli in transito. A soli 250 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana più vicina. Assolutamente consigliato."

"We booked this hotel about a month in advance for our New Year trip to Dalian. Since we arrived early, we asked the staff if we could leave our luggage and go out, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us ㅠㅠ. The room was very spacious, clean, and new. Whenever there was an issue, such as the heating not being warm enough, the staff assisted us immediately. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Dalian."

"Nel complesso un buon posto con un design luminoso. La posizione è a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria o a 15 minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana con collegamento diretto per l'aeroporto. È accogliente per gli stranieri, dato che il personale cordiale parla un po' di inglese o cerca di comunicare tramite un traduttore online. Il letto era molto comodo, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene per rinfrescare, il Wi-Fi era veloce. Due piccole pecche: lo scarico della doccia non funzionava bene e c'era uno strano odore in camera al mio arrivo, ma niente di grave. La colazione non è a buffet. Vi verrà servito un vassoio con del cibo, come mostrato in foto. Se vi piacciono le zampe di pollo e i gamberi in porridge di riso a colazione, li adorerete :) D'altro canto, ti insistono molto per lasciare una recensione a 5 stelle al momento del check-out. Hanno persino un manuale apposito in diverse lingue. Questo rovina la buona impressione generale. In ogni caso, posso consigliare questo posto."

"Unfortunately had a frustrating stay with everything absolutely disorganised and poorly managed. Check-in took over 40 minutes, and even though I arrived well after the official 2 pm check-in time, I was told my room still wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned (the same went for most people in the queue). The lobby and public areas were constantly noisy and chaotic, with kids running around unchecked which felt more like a theme park than a hotel. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better as I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be seated, and by that time the atmosphere had already killed my appetite. The one real positive is the hotel’s location that gives you easy access to the metro station and most of the city’s main attractions. The property itself feels a little dated (90s luxury as you can imagine), but it’s reasonably well kept. Unfortunately the staff all seemed overwhelmed and disconnected from the front desk to housekeeping. There seemed to have no real warmth or sense of hospitality. Overall this will probably be my first and last stay at an IHG hotel."

"Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room."

"Ottimo ubicazione vicino alle stazioni di metropolitana e treni, nei pressi di centri e ristoranti. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Solo la denuncia è fumare è consentito nelle hall e l'odore va nelle camere. Non è facile credere in questo giorno e il fumo di età è ancora consentito all'interno degli hotel cinesi. Si prega di chiedere una stanza non fumatori"

"Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete e la pulizia è ottima. Ogni giorno il personale addetto alle pulizie viene a sistemare la camera e le bottiglie d'acqua minerale sono sempre abbondanti. Anche le docce funzionano perfettamente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sebbene sia bassa stagione, il paesaggio di Dalian è comunque bellissimo e la gente del posto è molto accogliente. Spero di rivedere Dalian, questa bellissima città, la prossima volta!"

"A very helpful hotel located very near the airport. They have a shuttle which will take you to the airport in less than 5 minutes and they were very accommodating as we both had different flights leaving at different times - they were happy to arrange the shuttle for each of us. The nearest metro station is the airport so if you want to go into the city you will have to walk over to the airport or book a taxi."
