特別特別好！老闆是個很温柔很細心的女生，住宿的裝修風格很舒適，loft的二層層高也不低。我是學建築的，大家可以放心訂這家公寓，從地理位置、安全性及室內舒適度來説，性價比拉滿！同等價位很難得看到有采光這麼好的住宿！因為住進去的那幾天比較冷，老闆就免費為我們升級了地暖比較好的loft。室內有新風系統，地暖相較於瀋陽那邊不會太乾燥。樓下從後門出去就是地鐵站，附近很多吃的。因為是過來旅遊的，就問老闆有沒有推薦的美食，然後她很詳細地為我們介紹了當地的特色。去吃了幾家，確實不錯。

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an induction hob, a kettle and dishes. If something is needed, everything is kindly provided by the host. All provided bed linen, towels are plentiful and very clean. In the bathroom: shampoo, hair balm, toothbrushes, razor and household chemicals. Two types of slippers are also provided, one of them for the shower. There is unlimited bottled water, wet and dry wipes. The room is cleaned at the first request. The staff is very polite and friendly, BUT the most important advantage of this hotel is the owner Wang and his lovely wife. It's very good that they both speak English. His kindness, concern and sincere desire to help are priceless. The most necessary thing in hot weather in this room is air conditioning. And a beautiful view of the lake from the window. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the metro, train station, park, bank, shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket within a three—minute walk, where you can buy everything you need. To see the sights is not far and not expensive, by different means of transport or on foot. We had a great time with our family. And I really didn't want to leave the beautiful city. We liked everything here, there is something to see. Dalian is beautiful!!!

I arrived at approximately 2:00 PM, and although my room was not yet cleaned due to the holiday period, I understood the situation. I checked into Room 232, the 270-degree sea view room, which was the highest available category at the time of booking. Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. The condition of the room facilities was disappointing. In the first bathroom, the flush button was loose and partially detached, and there were visible cracks on the wall. In the second bathroom inside the sea-view bedroom, the door stopper was detached and the drainage system did not function properly. Additionally, the glass panel near the wardrobe had a long crack, which made us uncomfortable using the area as we were concerned about causing further damage. Most importantly, the refrigerator was not functioning. Although a technician came on the first day and informed us that there was no power supply, no proper resolution was provided. On the second day, another technician was arranged, but we had to wait for a long time, which disrupted our travel plans. Eventually, we were informed that the refrigerator could not be used temporarily. As my family stayed for three nights, this meant we were unable to use the refrigerator for the entire stay and had to leave items with the reception, which was very inconvenient and did not reflect the value of the room. Regarding cleanliness, the first day was satisfactory. However, on the second day, the housekeeping service appeared rushed. There were hair strands left in the room, and the bed was not properly made — the bed cover was simply pulled over without proper arrangement, and the bedding looked untidy and wrinkled. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards. Furthermore, the booking was made for three guests, yet only two glasses were provided in the room. There was no tea available, only bottled water. Communication via WeChat was also quite slow when requesting assistance. On a positive note, the room view was beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff who assisted us before check-in were helpful. The room design and view are truly impressive. However, after check-in, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Additionally, the mirrors in the room had noticeable stains. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for service improvement. Thank you for your attention.

這次來大連專門來東港玩，選這家民宿真的選對了！位置沒得説，出門走幾步就是威尼斯水城和海邊棧道，想出海海釣去碼頭也特別近，晚上散步看音樂噴泉特別方便，周邊小吃、海鮮店隨處可見，不用跑遠。 房間採光特別好，大面積窗户能看見整片海景，屋裡收拾得乾乾淨淨，一點海邊的潮氣異味都沒有，床軟乎乎的，躺下特別解乏。家電都很齊全，洗衣機、廚具全都有，短期住完全夠用。 房東人特別貼心，入住前細緻發了定位和停車指南，還主動給我們推薦本地人常去的平價海鮮店，問海釣相關的問題也耐心講解，有任何消息回覆都很快，全程沒有任何麻煩。 整體住下來特別放鬆，性價比在線，沒有額外收費，出行遊玩都省事，來東港遊玩很推薦這家，下次來大連還會再來入住。

한국인 후기가 있는편이라 믿고 예약했는데 만족했습니다. ((장점)) 1. 위치가 너무 좋다 도보로 2~3분거리에 바로 우호광장, Youhao Square 지하철역도 바로옆에있음. 이 지하철역에서 xian road역까지 2~3정거장인가 그래서 서안로야시장도 금방 가고, 파빌리온도 걸어서 10분정도, 그 주변에 바로 뉴마트있고, 대련기차역도 매우 가깝고, 러시아거리도 걷는거 좋아하는편이면 30~40분 산책하면서 갔다올만 함. 결론은 위치가 너무좋아요. 그 유명한 루왕자이 음식점도 걸어서 3분이면 바로옆에 있음. 동관지에랑 동방수성은 걍 지하철타고 가면되고, 뤼순감옥만 디디택시 이용했음. 참고로 공항에서 숙소-숙소에서 공항도 공항에 바로 연결된 2호선 지하철타고 youhao square지하철역까지 걍 직행으로 40분이면 도착함. 2. 이 가격에 이정도 숙소면 그냥 지낼만함. 가격이 저렴해서 모든걸 다 참고 지낼만함. 참는다는게 숙소가 열악하다 이런것도 절~대아님. 솔직히 이 가격에 이 위치에 더 바라면 안된다고 생각할 정도임. 그리고 저는 여름철이라서 쓰는거지만 에어컨 아주 빵빵하게 잘 돌아감. 3.호텔 직원분들 친절함. 호텔 나갈때랑 복귀할때 니하오로 인사하면 반갑게 맞아주시고, 처음 체크인할때 한국어로 된 안내판으로 어떻게든 소통하면서 체크인한듯. 그리고 뭐 원하는점이나 도움사항 있으면 위챗으로 gpt번역 돌려서 채팅보내면 실시간으로 답변오심. ((단점)) 1. 담배냄새가 있음 근데 이건 사실 담배냄새 좀 있는건 모든 중국숙소 다 그런거라 중국왔으니 이해함. 이거빼고 사실 다 만족했음. 저는 창문없는 방 예약했는데 몇천원 더주고 창문있는 방 할걸 후회함. 대련 여행하실 한국분들 참고하라는 마음으로 리뷰 작성합니다. 그리고 3박 4일 잘 머물고 갑니다.

Whether it was the concierge offering insightful local recommendations, the housekeeping team maintaining impeccable discretion, or the waitstaff being both knowledgeable and patient, the level of professionalism was uniformly high. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a well-managed home. The facilities were equally impressive and clearly designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern amenities with a sense of comfort. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, contributing to an atmosphere of refined relaxation. As for the food, it was a highlight of the experience. Dining was a pleasure, with a menu that offered both classic favorites and inventive dishes. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, each meal was beautifully presented, and the flavors were consistently excellent. It was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft, making every meal something to look forward to. In summary, my experience was outstanding across the board. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.

This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!
