YYeekoLa posizione è fenomenale!!! Splendida vista dall'alto. Puoi guardare in basso e vedere la città e il mare. La vista notturna è spettacolare. L'hotel è molto pulito! Avere abbastanza servizi per alcuni giorni. Tuttavia, se vuoi che la tua camera sia pulita, dovresti fornire all'hotel dettagli specifici su ciò di cui hai bisogno, ad esempio portare fuori la spazzatura e pulire il letto o aspirare il pavimento, ecc. Non l'abbiamo fatto, abbiamo solo chiesto di pulire la stanza e solo la spazzatura è stata portata via ma la stanza era ancora così com'è. Inoltre, in questo momento sono in corso importanti lavori di costruzione dalle 5:00 alle 22:00. Quindi se il rumore ti dà fastidio, scusa ma non puoi farci niente :(. Il letto scricchiola molto, i cuscini sono morbidissimi e il posto è molto confortevole. Non prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo d'estate. Grazie ~

RRusIn generale, era un soggiorno piuttosto meraviglioso. 3 notti sul trotto. Modalità di vacanza. La stanza è ben organizzata e ha una buona vista della città sia al giorno che anche meglio alla notte. Tuttavia, personalmente, per soggiorni più lunghi, un aggiornamento è più adatto. più probabile. La porta del bagno non si chiuse bene, la testa del doccia era piegata in un angolo, e l’atteggiamento del proprietario era un po’ meno favorevole di quanto si pensasse. Sono arrivato alle 9:00 e sono stato famevole, ma sono stato dato un'instruzione confusa, invece di tutto all'inizio del mio viaggio, che richiede un leggero miglioramento, poiché molti viaggiatori stranieri potrebbero non conoscere la lingua. Avete anche un centro commerciale, mangiare da e dalla metropolitana per andare da qualsiasi parte della città. Questi appartamenti di servizio sono davvero adattati per soggiorni di lungo periodo. Spero che possa tornare presto. Oltre a questo, è un posto davvero buono e lo consiglierei a chiunque.Grazie!

TTata WattAbsolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

SSinesworldWe had an amazing holiday in this hotel. The place is very clean and has all the necessary amenities that one needs. It would be great if the rooms had a microwave though☺️. We spent 10days in this hotel and my family and i loved it. Its close to restaurant and a subway. We plan to stay here every time we visit Dalian.

UUtente ospiteC'è ancora un peccato per il viaggio a Dalian per 2 notti e 3 giorni. La vista sul 33° piano è la migliore! Le strutture sono un po' vecchie, ma il prezzo è anche la migliore! La metropolitana (Yuho Square) è proprio vicino alla porta, quindi l'accessibilità è la migliore! Ho un dottore da visitare di nuovo. E'stato un piacevole viaggio.

TtravelandeatThis hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è molto soddisfatta. La posizione geografica è molto vicina alla piazza Starhai. Il caffè supermercato è molto completo e la vendita è molto grande. Il proprietario è super buono. Ci sono risposte al problema. La reception può salvare i bagagli. Il personale e la sorella della reception sono molto caldi 🥰 La stanza è super pulita, il consumo è abbastanza, c'è una sorta di sensazione che non ti basti. E'una super buona esperienza di alloggio, volevo continuare, ma non c'è stanza.

Il servizio del capo e del personale è anche molto attento. A volte mi aiuta a raccomandare luoghi deliziosi. Molto entusiasta. L'hotel è molto vicino alla piazza Zhongshan. Pochi minuti a piedi possono arrivare. È molto conveniente giocare ovunque. Non c'è duro per cambiare metro. C'è un piccolo mercato intorno a lui. È possibile mangiare colazione e comprare frutta, Molto conveniente! Molto consigliato, è stato consigliato ai colleghi e ai miei amici. In generale, Dalian è molto felice di viaggiare e alloggi, e un hotel ad alto prezzo!
