"Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ospitale, abbiamo apprezzato molto le conversazioni con lui durante la colazione. Ci ha anche offerto della frutta il primo giorno e dei regali da portare a casa al momento del check-out.
Su consiglio del proprietario, abbiamo prenotato un'auto per Lijiang invece del treno, il che ci ha fatto risparmiare un bel po' di tempo e denaro. È stato anche in grado di aiutarci a prenotare tour a Dali, ma purtroppo avevamo già prenotato da soli prima del viaggio.
Poiché le auto non sono ammesse all'interno della città antica, si consiglia di chiamare l'hotel in anticipo per organizzare il ritiro. In alternativa, si può scendere all'incrocio tra Renmin Road e Yeyu Road; l'hotel è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata nel vicolo.

"Adoro questa guesthouse. A pochi passi dalla porta sud dell'antica città, a circa 200 metri. Zona tranquilla ma sicura. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti halal nelle vicinanze. Si può raggiungere l'antica città a piedi in qualsiasi momento perché è vicinissima. Anche il proprietario è molto gentile, potete chiedergli qualsiasi cosa e sarà felice di aiutarvi. Abbiamo chiesto più bottiglie d'acqua, ahahah. Inoltre, c'è un bambino carino che ci saluta ogni giorno 😂, quindi, cari malesi, prenotate qui, non ve ne pentirete."

Le strutture delle camere sono completamente intelligenti e pulite ogni giorno. Forniamo il servizio di ritiro e riconsegna alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità Ti contatteremo prima ancora del tuo arrivo. Ci si sente come a casa! "Grazie, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso qui così vicino alla città antica del Dali (a soli 1 minuto dall'hotel). L'hotel ha organizzato anche un tour privato per prendere mio marito e io intorno a Erhai e ci ha anche aiutato a prendere molte belle foto quando siamo stati a Dali Santorini. La camera dell'hotel era molto pulita e molto confortevole. Anche preparavano del sale da bagno e dei petali rosa se voglio bagnarmi in un bagno caldo dopo un lungo giorno (e naturalmente ho fatto 😁🥰). Il colazione era bello, ci ha dato un bagchang perché quel giorno era il Festival della barca del drago, così dolce di loro. Il personale era molto utile, organizzato per prendere noi e ci ha portati indietro alla stazione del treno Dali Bullet senza alcun problema. Sarei sicuramente tornato e rimarrei qui se riuscissimo a visitare Dali.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla città antica di Dali (dove ci vuole solo un minuto a piedi).L'hotel ha anche organizzato un viaggio di autobus privato per me e mio marito, ci ha portati intorno al lago, e ci ha fatto molte belle foto a Dali Santo Torrini. Il conducente è molto paziente e consiglia molte attrazioni che meritano un viaggio.La stanza dell'hotel è molto pulita e confortevole, e si prepara anche la pasticceria e il fiore di tè, per permettermi di fare un po'di acqua calda dopo il viaggio di un giorno (sì, ho fatto 😁🥰). La colazione è anche molto buona. Era il Festival del Lunch quel giorno. Ci hanno anche inviato una scatola speciale, davvero molto intima.Il personale è molto entusiasta e ci ha aiutato a organizzare il trasferimento alla stazione ferroviaria Dali High, tutto è molto bene. Se rientramo a Dali la prossima volta, scelgo di vivere qui."

"L'hotel è bellissimo sia nelle aree comuni che nella camera stessa. La camera è spaziosa e il bagno è enorme. Abbiamo ottenuto un upgrade durante il nostro soggiorno. L'hotel è vivace, quindi non dovrete preoccuparvi di portare i bagagli. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze ed è appena fuori dalla strada che porta al centro storico. In circa 15 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro storico principale.
La colazione era deliziosa. Una selezione di piatti caldi e si possono ordinare noodles alla reception principale. Un semplice tè pomeridiano con uno spuntino leggero. Non abbiamo potuto provare l'esperienza dell'hanfu, ma è un bel bonus."

La stazione ferroviaria è convenientemente situata a 10 minuti. Btw se si sta prendendo didi alla stazione e si sta piovendo, si prega di cater almeno 15 minuti per la saliva."

"Servizio: quello di cui mi lamento di più è che il capo era piuttosto entusiasta quando sono arrivato qui per la prima volta. Ha detto che avrebbe migliorato la mia stanza e mi avrebbe consigliato cose da mangiare e da fare (avevo una griglia in ardesia e non ho esagerato). quando si trattava di mangiare e bere) ma! Dopo aver fatto il check-in di notte, a Dali c'era vento e le finestre non potevano essere chiuse. Il vetro continuava a fare rumore e si sentiva il rumore di un metallo che colpiva. Ho fatto del mio meglio per fermarlo ho usato pezzi di carta per bloccare le fessure delle finestre, ma non ha avuto alcun effetto, non ho dormito davvero bene tutta la notte, quindi ho contattato il mio capo e gli ho detto che qualcuno aveva controllato e che non c'era niente che non andasse con la finestra. Poi non è successo niente. È questo il problema del mio passeggero? Merito di non riuscire a dormire? Ho chiesto i tappi per le orecchie al capo ma non mi ha risposto? Il giorno dopo ho dovuto guidare una lunga distanza in autostrada ed ero davvero emozionato. Il giorno dopo sono andato dal mio capo per ulteriori feedback e continuavano a dire che c'era troppo vento e che stavano bene. Bene, il mio problema è che non avrei dovuto fare il check-in, non avrei dovuto restare qui, sono stato così sfortunato da avere problemi con Dalì.
Servizi: due grandi finestre dal pavimento al soffitto, una vasca da bagno (anche se non utilizzata) e uno schermo di proiezione (ma rotto). Non c'è posto dove riporre e cambiare i vestiti nella doccia porta del bagno.
Igiene: c'è un odore di chiuso quando si entra dalla porta e ci sono dei peli sul letto
Ambiente: lo scenario è bello. Fuori c'è una foresta di bambù. Puoi vedere l'intero Dali e il lago Erhai dal tetto."

"La padrona di casa è stata incredibilmente gentile, calorosa e impeccabile.
La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era un po' troppo fredda. Forse aveva piovuto di recente, ma il letto e le lenzuola erano così umidi di notte che le mie gambe si attaccavano alle lenzuola dopo essermi sdraiata per un po'. Ho dovuto usare l'aria condizionata e la coperta elettrica quasi tutta la notte. Avevo prenotato entrambe le camere per sei notti, il che è stato inaspettato, ma avevo promesso alla padrona di casa di non fare il check-out, quindi mi sono costretta a rimanere per sei notti.
Servizio: Solo una cosa: non entrate nelle camere degli ospiti senza il loro permesso. È così scomodo. XXNYLMy friend and I enjoyed our stay in the 'Yunxi 270° Seaview Terrace Double Bed Room' at Dali.Muxi Inn (大理木兮·半山Villa海景民宿). We found this hotel via reviews on XiaoHongShu and the room looked exactly like the stock photos. The hotel and room were beautiful, the hotel staff were very helpful, and we would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Dali and are looking for a hotel with an amazing view of Dali Erhai lake.
Number of nights of stay: 3 nights
Hotel location: The hotel is situated in a quiet but brightly lit residential/hotel estate at the end of winding uphill road (around the Dreamland/Santorini 圣托里尼大理理想邦 area), and is located about 20 minutes away from Dali Railway Station. The vehicle drop-off point is directly outside the hotel. The restaurants around the hotel close at about 8.30pm-9pm
Room: The 'Yunxi 270° Seaview Terrace Double Bed Room' is the only room located on the fifth floor. There is a lift in the hotel so it was convenient to transport our luggage. The room was perfect - it was really spacious, beautiful and clean. There was one king-sized bed, which was slightly too soft for my liking, but the pillows (one soft and one firmer memory foam pillow for each guest) were comfortable. There was a large living area with a sofa, three coffee tables and two additional chairs; balcony with two comfortable rocking chairs, a coffee table and a stunning view of the Erhai lake. The sky roof, when opened, was pretty in the daytime but it was difficult to see the stars at night due to the light pollution from the nearby buildings. The open concept wardrobe was large enough for us to hang our clothes
Bathroom: Two sinks, separate shower and toilet area, one jacuzzi. Toiletries (e.g. shampoo, conditioner and body soap), disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, rubber bathroom slippers and disposable bedroom slippers were provided. The shower had both a handheld shower head and rain shower, with good water pressure and temperature
Hotel amenities: Complimentary breakfast (from 8.30am-10.30am; delicious spread of noodles with soup, porridge, fried egg, bread and vegetable platter) and afternoon tea (Lotus Biscoff biscuits, yoghurt, fruits and plums); cafe at the reception area is opened during office hours and only sells beverages; beautiful reception area with a friendly and gentle 5-year-old house cat; communal washing machine (free of charge, inclusive of laundry detergent)

Rric123The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing.
Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl.
When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good.
The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea.
Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea.
Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants.
The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use.
The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station.
It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

SSamantha Lau Ying LingI highly recommended QianYu Seaview hotel if you are visiting Dali especially on the east side of Dali. Hotel located in the prefect location in Dali town, ＜10 mins away from Dali train station. Our room is facing the sea. So we literally woke up with sea view right in front of you. Room is very spacious with big bathrooms with bathtubs and smart bidets. Bed is big and comfortable. Our room has a side bed right beside the big window, so we enjoyed staying on the bed to watch the sunrise and sunset. Staffs are very friendly and recommend us a lot of places to eat and visit. He also recommended us driver with reasonable price as it’s inconvenience to visit those attractions on ErHai East. He even arranged transport for us to Dali train Station. I would definitely give 6 stars instead of 5 stars if permitted!

Il servizio era grande dal personale. Anche se la posizione era un po' confusa da trovare, il personale uscì e ha portato il nostro conducente al posto giusto per il check-in. Puoi vedere Cangshan e erhai dall'appartamento. Non ci sono molti posti per mangiare intorno, perché l'appartamento è in un piccolo complesso di appartamento montagnoso. UUtente ospiteThe experience at AnYu was perfect. The hotel is located in the ancient city. Taxi/Uber can park right in front the hotel entrance unlike some other ancient city hotels need to walk from the main street, which is incredibly convenient.
The ”Nanyang style” decor style is retro and divine. Every single piece of the furniture and decor item is beautifully chosen, even including the fire distinguisher box! Excellent ambiance, BOSE music system is throughout the whole building. Dyson hair dryer, different type of charging cables in the best side table, every single details reflect the thoughtfulness.
From exquisite afternoon tea, night snack (Broth of white fungus or hot milk), to ‘fine dining’ breakfast, every detail has been handled perfectly, and all complimentary.
Big thank you to the staff, international 5+ star hotel standard, their beautiful smile truly make you feel like home, and hands down they make best coffee in Dali!

MM491468****Penso che questa scelta sia giusta, il rapporto di prezzo è davvero alto.L'igiene è davvero la chiave per vivere comodamente.Entra nella stanza, si sente limpido, il letto è pulito e il servizio è molto presente, non deliberatamente ma molto intimido. Un giorno prima, il capo ha chiamato il capo e ha chiesto se c'era un'auto, non c'era bisogno di un posto di rimpatrio. Dopo l'arrivo, ha aiutato a prendere il bagaglio. UUtente ospiteAbbiamo trascorso 3 notti meravigliose qui. La struttura ben progettata offre una tranquilla pausa dal brusio delle strade esterne. Avevamo una stanza al secondo piano che lasciava entrare una buona luce solare durante i giorni, permettendoci di sederci vicino all'enorme finestra per il tè. Anche se il bagno e la doccia erano un po' piccoli, la vasca da bagno in pietra era enorme. La camera era pulita e aveva tutti i comfort essenziali che ci si aspetterebbe. Abbiamo adorato i cuscini Coco-mat. La colazione era un punto culminante ogni mattina, offrendo opzioni varie e salutari. Anche il caffè era buono. Servivano dessert/snack notturni gratuiti. Non avevano molto personale ma il servizio era buono e tempestivo, sempre pronto a offrire suggerimenti e consigli ogni volta che necessario. Ciò includeva inviare loro messaggi tramite WeChat ogni volta che avevi bisogno di qualcosa. Quando la custode ha scoperto che ci stavamo dirigendo verso le altre proprietà JiXiaShan dopo Dali, ha preso l'iniziativa per informarli del nostro imminente arrivo e ha chiesto che ci fosse accordata una buona ospitalità. Ci ha anche aiutato a metterci in contatto con l'autista Dida quando avevamo bisogno di organizzare il trasporto tra le città. Non ci è mancata molto la città antica di Dali, ma sicuramente ci manca questa meravigliosa proprietà e non esiteremmo a tornarci se dovessimo passare di qui.

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato una camera doppia per due notti durante questo viaggio. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in modo molto confortevole. Il servizio della reception è stato molto attento e meticoloso. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto. La posizione è a 200 metri dalla porta sud della città antica. Anche il centro di assistenza turistica è nelle vicinanze. I trasporti pubblici sono molto comodi. C'è un garage sotterraneo per auto a noleggio. È possibile prendere un taxi direttamente per raggiungere l'ingresso del negozio. I servizi in camera sono completi. Lo stile generale, lussuoso e leggero, è di alta qualità! Inoltre, la colazione è nutriente e sana, il che è molto buono.

TT.W.LBooked the family room at courtyard level as I had elderly and wanted an accommodation which is easy to access. I also did not want to be hoisting luggages up and down and over cobbled streets in the old town and somewhere along the city wall so it is easy to start our tour of the sights around Dali in the morning.
Room: Simple efficient clean layout with open concept. Rooms are relatively new. Sink area is located outside the bathroom which is good. The beds are hard in my opinion but elder felt the bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided everyday (left outside our door). Room Temperature control was ok and the hot water for the shower heated up quick and could maintain at a stable level which is a plus unlike some other hotels in Yunnan.
There is flight of 3-4 steps to room which is manageable for our elder as the room is slightly raised above the courtyard. We had an early check-in as the room was ready. The staff helped us move the luggages to our room. You could also book the entire courtyard for larger groups. The owner is building additional new rooms in the annex but the construction happens during the day and it is not noisy as most guests would be out.
Location:
It is near the South Gate (there is a local market nearby check the maps or ask the owner) and our local driver could stop right outside our accommodation.
We didn’t get breakfast from the bnb as there were food shops offering noodles, congee and fried dumplings around that open early at 7am. You can also make your way to the local market near the gate. You could also go up the South Gate for free to catch the sunrise or sunset view.
Touring around Dali
If you can comms in Chinese, you could message the owner ahead to assist to arrange for a car transfer from Dali Fengyi Airport or the Dali Railway station to the BnB. It cost RMB50 for us from the Railway station to the BnB. You could also arrange with him for a day driver to take you around the sight seeing places around Dali /Erhai Lake, Mt Cang or a driver to send you to Lijiang. We felt was more efficient and relaxing with an elder. It took ~3h drive instead of travelling south to the Dali train station to ride the train to Lijiang and finding a cab from Lijiang railway to the old Lijiang ancient city.
You could also easily catch a Didi or a cab which could be cheaper. A cab/car ride to the 3 Chong Sen Temple pagodas was about 10rmb for 3-4pax which is comparable to waiting for Bus 4 which cost 3rmb per pax.
