"Abbiamo trovato molto facilmente la struttura che era vicinissimo alla metro (Cc 10 min a piedi). La nostra stanza era al piano 14, era molto piccola, ma lo sapevamo quando l'abbiamo prenotata. Nonostante la grandezza era fatta molto bene, con un letto comodissimo. Doccia e bagno super puliti.
La colazione era davvero buona, chiaramente la parte cinese vinceva sulla parte internazionale. I piatti era lo strabuoni e comunque avevano anche il caffè latte che non abbiamo trovato sempre negli alloggi cinesi.
Staff gentilissimo,, ci hanno regalato anche un piccolo panda da attaccare sugli zaini. Se tornassi a Chengdui, tornerei anche in questo alloggio."

"La stanza era pulita e la posizione è comodissima, sia per muoversi con la metro sia per girare a piedi nel quartiere Chunxi e nell'area pedonale. Ottima, anche se un po' costosa, l'attività offerta all'ostello di assistere ad uno spettacolo dell'Opera del Sichuan, con anche tappa alla sala da tè del teatro: lo spettacolo è stato bellissimo e l'ostello ha organizzato anche il trasporto di andata e ritorno. Ci hanno anche permesso di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli in attesa del check-in."

"L’hotel è in un quartiere centrale. È comodo per visitare la città sia a piedi che in taxi/didi. La metro è a poco più di una decina di minuti a piedi.
La camera che ci hanno dato era molto carina, peccato che talvolta scattava la corrente e le tapparelle della vasca da bagno con vista, non si aprivano.
Al momento della prenotazione avevamo chiesto una stanza matrimoniale non fumatori ma al nostro arrivo la stanza puzzava di fumo tanto da far venire il mal di testa, così ci hanno proposto un’altra camera in cui pochi minuti prima la signora era andata a spruzzare del deodorante per ambiente, questa cosa l’abbiamo notata subito in quanto la puzza di fumo era comunque solo coperta, appena svanito il deodorante, la puzza di fumo è tornata persistente. Ci siamo lamentati nuovamente e in un primo momento ci hanno offerto di nuovo la camera da cui ci eravamo spostati utilizzando di nuovo il metodo del deodorante. Alla nostra ennesima delusione ci hanno proposto una camera più grande ma volevano farci pagare la differenza. Avremmo pagato di più lo stesso pur di non avere puzza di fumo, però abbiamo fatto presente che ci saremmo rimasti molto male dato che era una nostra esplicita richiesta. Il personale gentilissimo, ha contattato il manager e il sovrapprezzo ci è stato abbonato. Ci hanno dunque offerto un upgrade gratuito per andare in una stanza profumata e più grande!
In sintesi l’hotel è buono con un prezzo abbordabile, il personale è cordiale e disponibile, però se non siete fumatori e come noi non riuscite a dormire con la puzza di fumo, forse è meglio guardarsi intorno o eventualmente far presente più volte questa esigenza al momento della prenotazione."

"La camera è stata pulita più volte al giorno, ma non il tappeto davanti al letto. Vorrei ringraziare il ragazzo, che nel pomeriggio portava la frutta e le signore che lavorano nel ristorante, che hanno accolto ogni mia richiesta comprensive e disponibili. Meno sveglio il ragazzo alla reception, presente al check in, a cui avevo chiesto informazioni in merito al Tour Panda e Leshan che mi ha proposto il tour per 300 euro, quando lo stesso tour su Trip costava 87 euro e su Get your Guide per una persona 285 con guida privata e in lingua inglese. Assurdo che un’agenzia locale gli abbia proposto un costo simile. Anche quando gli ho chiesto di prenotare solo l’ingresso a Leshan, mi ha risposto di farlo sul posto, quando invece online si raccomandava di farlo con anticipo per evitare che in alta stagione si raggiunga il limite massimo di biglietti vendibili. La camera era bellissima, anche la struttura e, situata nel cuore di Chengdu."

DDoreen PradoWe feel very welcomed by the staff and had the best stay. The hotel had spacious rooms and offered a lot of gifts! There was luve music in the lobby in the afternoon, the breakfast was suprisingly affordable with so many good options, was also tried the Hanfu in the lobby. Location was the best since it was close to the metro, some convenience stores, pharmacies. This is my favorite hotel in Chengdu

AAntonioGravitaSituato nel centro della città di Dujiangyang, a 100 m da Giant Selfie Panda, e stazione ferroviaria (connessione diretta a Chengdu costo 10 yuan), a 500 m da Dujiangyan scenic, ma questo soggiorno è situato nel secondo piano di un edificio complesso. Non lo vedrai finché non ti guardi. Ci sono un ascensore e due scale per salire. Ci sono molti posti per rifrire in questo soggiorno a casa. Il proprietario è molto amichevole e gentile.

UUtente anonimoHotel is so new! Its lobby, corridor, room, facilities and environment feel modern and new. The counter staffs seem to be around 24hr. So not to worry if you are checking in/out at wee hours. You can even deposit luggage with them after you check out. Their counter staff are very professional and good. There was once their staff helped to bring luggages to our room while we are settling bills at the counter. Hotel location is good, there is a supermarket across the road, convenience store (with coffee shop combined), below the hotel. There are few eateries as well. Need to didi to tourist attractions - Taikooli, IFS etc. Better to set pickup or dropoff location at the hotel parking lot entrance, as the door entrance (lobby) there is abit inconvenient due to the right turning road with bicycle lane which is abit dangerous. There are robots in the hotel that serves delivery. I've stayed in two different rooms due to personal arrangement. And both rooms are great.

Vedendo il nostro gruppo di cinque persone, tra anziani e bambini, ci hanno aiutato attivamente a portare i bagagli e ci hanno consigliato con cura attrazioni nelle vicinanze adatte sia per passeggiate tranquille con gli anziani che per far giocare i bambini. Il check-in è stato efficiente e senza intoppi.
Le camere erano spaziose e luminose, con biancheria da letto pulita e morbida. Il soggiorno era abbastanza grande per far sedere tutta la famiglia e chiacchierare, e il bagno con doccia separata era molto comodo, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole sia per gli anziani che per i bambini. Le strutture dell'hotel erano estremamente pensate: non solo c'erano pavimenti antiscivolo e pantofole per bambini, ma anche un bollitore e un set da tè, soddisfacendo le diverse esigenze di tutta la famiglia. Il WiFi ad alta velocità era stabile, permettendo ai bambini di guardare serie TV e agli adulti di lavorare senza problemi.
Anche la posizione è fantastica. A pochi minuti a piedi si trovano un mercato e una via dello street food, rendendo super comodo acquistare specialità locali e assaggiare cibi tipici. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un parco, perfetto per portare i bambini a fare una passeggiata dopo cena o per far rilassare gli anziani. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà, con congee leggeri, contorni rinfrescanti, e anche dolci e uova fritte che i bambini adoravano. Tutta la famiglia ha mangiato a sazietà. La prossima volta che viaggeremo in famiglia, sceglieremo di nuovo questo hotel!

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato qui per 9 notti consecutive! La Base dei Panda dista circa 40 minuti. Dopo aver camminato tutto il giorno, è stato estremamente comodo avere un'area lavanderia al secondo piano.
Le camere venivano pulite quotidianamente e l'acqua minerale era sempre abbondante. Tutte le ragazze alla reception erano incredibilmente gentili e disponibili, facendoci sentire quasi come in famiglia. 🤭 L'architettura in stile cortile tradizionale (siheyuan) ha reso la colazione un'esperienza deliziosa!
Il Monastero Wenshu è raggiungibile a piedi in soli 3 minuti e la zona offre un'ampia scelta di posti dove mangiare.
Lo consiglio vivamente a chi viaggia con bambini.

Just bare in mind that nobody there speaks English and the owner kept speaking to me in Chinese, even tho it has been clear for days that I don’t understand here and she did not try to use a translating app herself… as long as that mental state doesn’t deter you and you’re on a budget this is one of the better options. Also the whole place doesn’t get locked, if you’re worried about that don’t come here as theoretically anyone from outside can get to your room

__WeChat59673****L'ambiente dell'hotel era molto pulito e igienico. Il personale della reception è stato molto cordiale e parlava fluentemente il mandarino, facendoci sentire i benvenuti. L'hotel presta molta attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti: nella hall sono disponibili salviette struccanti, assorbenti, tè allo zenzero, collutorio, tappi per le orecchie, kit da cucito usa e getta e filo interdentale. La lavanderia era dotata di lavatrici e asciugatrici, quindi non abbiamo dovuto preoccuparci di rimanere senza detersivo. L'hotel offriva anche servizi gratuiti di stampa e deposito bagagli. Inoltre, l'hotel ci ha dato dei buoni caffè al momento del check-in e il personale della reception è stato molto premuroso, offrendoci persino dell'acqua e preparandoci il caffè da asporto. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del loro servizio. Con così tanti servizi a valore aggiunto, l'esperienza è stata incredibilmente confortevole. Altamente raccomandato!

UUtente ospite1) La stazione della metropolitana è a 30 secondi dall'altra parte della strada.
2) La posizione è buona perché è circondata da alcuni famosi vicoli stretti che vendono artigianato, snack, dessert, souvenir, opere d'arte cinesi ecc. e ha infinite bancarelle di cibo, caffetterie che circondano l'hotel, brulicanti di attività tutto il giorno fino alle 23:00.
3) Il personale dell'hotel parla un inglese minimo, ma lo capisce anche se non è in grado di conversare liberamente. Naturalmente usare PTH è la cosa migliore.
4) Il personale in tutto l'hotel è molto amichevole, cortese, piacevole e accomodante, cercando di aiutare in ogni modo possibile.
5) La direttrice notturna con gli occhiali in un abito nero è stata molto accogliente e dolce. Si è offerta di farci un upgrade quando la stanza assegnataci in origine non era così silenziosa come avevamo richiesto quando l'avevamo prenotata. Ci ha portato a vedere quella originale (2/F) e l'altra (quella più tranquilla al 3/F) e ci ha lasciato scegliere. 6) La camera di categoria superiore (3/F) era una suite ed era davvero bella --- molto tranquilla con vista sul cortile e una disposizione di buon gusto.
7) Non potrei elogiare abbastanza la deliziosa suite -- spaziosa ed elegante; super pulita; profumo gradevole, rinfrescante e perfetto, non opprimente; lenzuola bianche e soffici; servizio di couverture giornaliero; fornitura infinita di acqua fresca in bottiglia ogni giorno; bicchiere immacolato e bottiglia d'acqua fresca sul comodino ogni sera; tutto ciò che tocchi è immacolato; pavimento in legno abbinato ai mobili cinesi in legno con un design semplice che trasmette questa elegante atmosfera cinese; libero di consumare qualsiasi cosa per la prima volta nel minibar; tè e caffè riforniti ogni giorno; bollitore e macchina per il caffè; cancelleria gratuita come forbici, spillatrice, fermagli, matita e penne ecc.; articoli da toeletta come set da toeletta, pettini, spazzolino da denti ecc. riforniti ogni giorno; spazioso bagno con doppi lavandini e asciugamani bianchi puliti; lavandini in oro rosa ma non pacchiani; lo scarico della doccia non era fluido la prima notte, ma l'hanno riparato e da allora non ci sono più stati problemi; la pressione dell'acqua dalla doccia era buona e c'era un ampio ripiano in marmo nella doccia per i propri articoli da toeletta; vasca da bagno con petali di rosa freschi la prima notte e vari tipi di sali da bagno; grande schermo per guardare la TV mentre si è nella vasca; WC separato vicino al soggiorno; ampio spazio guardaroba e tapparelle elettriche e oscuranti. Forniscono ferro da stiro a vapore su richiesta, ma sarebbe meglio avere una piastra per stirare i pantaloni e altri materiali più spessi e duri. Il ferro da stiro a vapore è adatto solo per la seta o il cotone semplice. Anche il lino è meglio con una piastra per stirare.
8) Questo è un hotel in stile cinese al 100% dalla hall alla nostra suite, ma niente è pacchiano o ostentato perché tutto è semplice, senza fronzoli, sobrio, molto pulito, bella architettura, funzionale e tutti gli abbinamenti di colori sono rilassanti per gli occhi. 9) Abbiamo mangiato al loro ristorante la prima sera e il cibo era ok: i noodles dan dan erano leggermente troppo cotti, quindi erano un po' mollicci. Il riso fritto era una porzione enorme con gamberi freschi e ben cotto. Il tè potrebbe essere più caldo. Il servizio era attento, efficiente e appropriato.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
