"Ho scelto questo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro, perché si trovava vicino al luogo della conferenza e le foto mostravano che era pulito. Ha superato le mie aspettative in termini di comfort. "La camera è stata pulita più volte al giorno, ma non il tappeto davanti al letto. Vorrei ringraziare il ragazzo, che nel pomeriggio portava la frutta e le signore che lavorano nel ristorante, che hanno accolto ogni mia richiesta comprensive e disponibili. Meno sveglio il ragazzo alla reception, presente al check in, a cui avevo chiesto informazioni in merito al Tour Panda e Leshan che mi ha proposto il tour per 300 euro, quando lo stesso tour su Trip costava 87 euro e su Get your Guide per una persona 285 con guida privata e in lingua inglese. Assurdo che un’agenzia locale gli abbia proposto un costo simile. Anche quando gli ho chiesto di prenotare solo l’ingresso a Leshan, mi ha risposto di farlo sul posto, quando invece online si raccomandava di farlo con anticipo per evitare che in alta stagione si raggiunga il limite massimo di biglietti vendibili. La camera era bellissima, anche la struttura e, situata nel cuore di Chengdu."

"All'arrivo, ci è stata data una mappa di navigazione concisa e alla partenza, una borsa di tela a forma di panda, un segno di grande attenzione. La nostra camera tradizionale, di circa trenta metri quadrati, aveva uno stile semplice e dignitoso, che evocava un'atmosfera da vecchia nobiltà. I due letti da un metro e mezzo erano dotati di biancheria da letto molto confortevole. L'interruttore delle luci era digitale, la luce del comodino si accendeva gradualmente e la luce del bagno si accendeva e spegneva automaticamente con un sensore, il tutto molto pratico. La pulizia era impeccabile, con una corda per stendere i vestiti in bagno; il servizio di pulizia è stato eccellente durante tutto il nostro soggiorno di tre giorni. L'unico inconveniente era che la porta non si chiudeva automaticamente, quindi ogni volta che entravamo in camera dovevamo ricordarci di spingerla bene, altrimenti emetteva un ”cui-cui” di avvertimento."

UUtente anonimoQuesta stanza sembra trascurata, vedo molte ferite sul muro. Ma il problema più grave è l'odore sgradevole proveniente dallo scarico del bagno, molto forte anche se teniamo lo scarico chiuso e la porta del bagno chiusa. A parte questo, la stanza è pulita. L'intero edificio ha un bel decoro cinese che mi piace molto. Anche il proprietario è stato gentile.

UUtente ospiteExcellent facility, outstanding service! We stayed for four nights in a beautiful King room on the 13th floor. The hotel was built just a few months ago and looks spotless. This place was built right, using good materials and good craftsmanship. I felt that I was in a hotel built to the best US standards. Though it is on a typically busy corner, the hotel inside was quiet. The hallways and public spaces were clean and well lit, the room itself was spacious with a good shower and a really, really comfortable king size bed. The room included a very comfortable couch that seats two, a chair and counter, and enough storage spaces to comfortably place luggage where needed and store other items. I've eaten the buffet breakfasts at several four and five star hotels in China, and I think this was the best of all. Huge array of hot and cold Chinese dishes as well as enough western style foods like eggs, waffles, cereals, pastries, etc. to more than satisfy us. Plenty of decent drinks and coffee choices, too. A chef is always present, making fresh hot dishes and snacks, and the rest of the staff is super friendly, always making sure we had what we need. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and between these hearty breakfasts and suppers at nearby outstanding noodle and hot pot restaurants, we only needed to have light snacks during the day. What impressed me most was the service. I expect good service at hotels like this, but the people here went above and beyond. Especially the second shift manager, Monica, who helped us in many ways. She acted almost like a personal concierge during our stay, and when we were about to hire a driver on our own for an excursion out of town, she found us a more reasonably priced driver who was calm and careful, unobtrusive, and a very pleasant guy. We had originally booked for only two nights, and when we wanted to stay for two more, we were faced with limited availability and weekend night rates, which were higher than what we paid. We fumbled around with this online and with a desk clerk, but then Monica arrived and had us in our same room at the same rate in no time at all. By the time we left, we felt that we had made a new friend in Monica. Her cheerful, helpful, and friendly attitude always lifted us whenever we saw her. The hotel is not located in the heart of the downtown area, which is probably why the rates are so low for such a nice facility. That was not a problem for us. Though we are “senior citizens” we sometimes walked downtown or back (about 30 minutes) to burn off some of our breakfast calories and explore local areas. Other times we took rideshares, which were always readily available and inexpensive at about $1.50 US to get us into the heart of downtown or to other attractions. Everything seemed more peaceful and personal in this neighborhood than the hectic downtown area. As we explored the neighborhoods nearby the hotel, we found all kinds of little stores, restaurants, and fun nightlife, like street corner ballroom dancers (who cheerfully tried their best to get us to join them). We also found a bustling night market nearby as well as a trendy, upscale neighborhood of small bars and eateries and fashionable shops. We will definitely stay at this location again, next time we visit Chengdu. My wife and I both give it our highest recommendation with absolutely no reservations about anything.

La stanza era pulita e ordinata, e la colazione offriva una gran varietà di piatti deliziosi, ed è anche un ristorante molto popolare sui social. È la seconda volta che ci soggiorniamo e ci piace tantissimo! All'arrivo ci hanno dato gelato e frutta, e c'è anche un tè pomeridiano in omaggio. Al check-out abbiamo ricevuto dei panda di peluche, li adoro! Si possono anche ordinare consegne a domicilio, e c'è un robot che porta le cose direttamente in camera. È davvero molto comodo andare ovunque da qui.

Hhello-zhuzhuIn quanto viaggiatore con oltre dieci anni di esperienza nel settore alberghiero, la scelta dell'hotel per ogni viaggio è sempre molto ponderata. Ho confrontato a lungo l'Hotel Qiuguo S su Ctrip e, devo dire, non sono rimasto affatto deluso. È più silenzioso rispetto alla zona di Chunxi Road e la posizione è estremamente ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Si può raggiungere a piedi il mercato notturno di Fuqin in soli 10 minuti e tutte le principali attrazioni sono a portata di mano. Per le strade si trovano ovunque biciclette a noleggio (quelle da sbloccare tramite QR code), molto pulite, e usarle per andare a comprare le 'teste di coniglio' (una specialità locale) è stato comodissimo. (Voglio fare un elogio speciale all'addetta alle pulizie: quando le ho chiesto in prestito un tagliaunghie, si è premurata di disinfettarlo con alcol prima di darmelo). Un gesto così gentile e premuroso! Gli abitanti di Chengdu sono davvero ospitali, e la prossima volta che visiterò Chengdu, tornerò sicuramente all'Hotel Qiuguo! ❤️

UUtente ospiteIt‘s clean and simple, but has everything you need. The location is not the best, but the price is. Just bare in mind that nobody there speaks English and the owner kept speaking to me in Chinese, even tho it has been clear for days that I don’t understand here and she did not try to use a translating app herself… as long as that mental state doesn’t deter you and you’re on a budget this is one of the better options. Also the whole place doesn’t get locked, if you’re worried about that don’t come here as theoretically anyone from outside can get to your room

Zzhuzhu666-L'Hotel Xishu si trova a Wenshufang. Sebbene la zona commerciale sia ben sviluppata, di sera è sorprendentemente tranquillo. Le camere sono estremamente ben attrezzate, l'aria condizionata funziona alla perfezione e la pulizia è impeccabile. L'arredamento della hall è bellissimo. Il ristorante al piano terra offre deliziosi piatti per tutto il giorno e c'è anche un cortile e un giardino privati, perfetti per sorseggiare un tè. Nel complesso, è un posto fantastico che merita cinque stelle. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff per la loro dedizione, in particolare a Norah, Guli e Fairy, che si sono occupate del check-in, per la loro professionalità, responsabilità, cordialità e pazienza.

__WeChat59673****L'ambiente dell'hotel era molto pulito e igienico. Il personale della reception è stato molto cordiale e parlava fluentemente il mandarino, facendoci sentire i benvenuti. L'hotel presta molta attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti: nella hall sono disponibili salviette struccanti, assorbenti, tè allo zenzero, collutorio, tappi per le orecchie, kit da cucito usa e getta e filo interdentale. La lavanderia era dotata di lavatrici e asciugatrici, quindi non abbiamo dovuto preoccuparci di rimanere senza detersivo. L'hotel offriva anche servizi gratuiti di stampa e deposito bagagli. Inoltre, l'hotel ci ha dato dei buoni caffè al momento del check-in e il personale della reception è stato molto premuroso, offrendoci persino dell'acqua e preparandoci il caffè da asporto. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del loro servizio. Con così tanti servizi a valore aggiunto, l'esperienza è stata incredibilmente confortevole. Altamente raccomandato!

UUtente ospite1) La stazione della metropolitana è a 30 secondi dall'altra parte della strada. 2) La posizione è buona perché è circondata da alcuni famosi vicoli stretti che vendono artigianato, snack, dessert, souvenir, opere d'arte cinesi ecc. e ha infinite bancarelle di cibo, caffetterie che circondano l'hotel, brulicanti di attività tutto il giorno fino alle 23:00. 3) Il personale dell'hotel parla un inglese minimo, ma lo capisce anche se non è in grado di conversare liberamente. Naturalmente usare PTH è la cosa migliore. 4) Il personale in tutto l'hotel è molto amichevole, cortese, piacevole e accomodante, cercando di aiutare in ogni modo possibile. 5) La direttrice notturna con gli occhiali in un abito nero è stata molto accogliente e dolce. Si è offerta di farci un upgrade quando la stanza assegnataci in origine non era così silenziosa come avevamo richiesto quando l'avevamo prenotata. Ci ha portato a vedere quella originale (2/F) e l'altra (quella più tranquilla al 3/F) e ci ha lasciato scegliere. 6) La camera di categoria superiore (3/F) era una suite ed era davvero bella --- molto tranquilla con vista sul cortile e una disposizione di buon gusto. 7) Non potrei elogiare abbastanza la deliziosa suite -- spaziosa ed elegante; super pulita; profumo gradevole, rinfrescante e perfetto, non opprimente; lenzuola bianche e soffici; servizio di couverture giornaliero; fornitura infinita di acqua fresca in bottiglia ogni giorno; bicchiere immacolato e bottiglia d'acqua fresca sul comodino ogni sera; tutto ciò che tocchi è immacolato; pavimento in legno abbinato ai mobili cinesi in legno con un design semplice che trasmette questa elegante atmosfera cinese; libero di consumare qualsiasi cosa per la prima volta nel minibar; tè e caffè riforniti ogni giorno; bollitore e macchina per il caffè; cancelleria gratuita come forbici, spillatrice, fermagli, matita e penne ecc.; articoli da toeletta come set da toeletta, pettini, spazzolino da denti ecc. riforniti ogni giorno; spazioso bagno con doppi lavandini e asciugamani bianchi puliti; lavandini in oro rosa ma non pacchiani; lo scarico della doccia non era fluido la prima notte, ma l'hanno riparato e da allora non ci sono più stati problemi; la pressione dell'acqua dalla doccia era buona e c'era un ampio ripiano in marmo nella doccia per i propri articoli da toeletta; vasca da bagno con petali di rosa freschi la prima notte e vari tipi di sali da bagno; grande schermo per guardare la TV mentre si è nella vasca; WC separato vicino al soggiorno; ampio spazio guardaroba e tapparelle elettriche e oscuranti. Forniscono ferro da stiro a vapore su richiesta, ma sarebbe meglio avere una piastra per stirare i pantaloni e altri materiali più spessi e duri. Il ferro da stiro a vapore è adatto solo per la seta o il cotone semplice. Anche il lino è meglio con una piastra per stirare. 8) Questo è un hotel in stile cinese al 100% dalla hall alla nostra suite, ma niente è pacchiano o ostentato perché tutto è semplice, senza fronzoli, sobrio, molto pulito, bella architettura, funzionale e tutti gli abbinamenti di colori sono rilassanti per gli occhi. 9) Abbiamo mangiato al loro ristorante la prima sera e il cibo era ok: i noodles dan dan erano leggermente troppo cotti, quindi erano un po' mollicci. Il riso fritto era una porzione enorme con gamberi freschi e ben cotto. Il tè potrebbe essere più caldo. Il servizio era attento, efficiente e appropriato.
