Hotel con terme a Hangzhou

Recentemente sono rimasto al Yunzhongjin Hangzhou Resort con le mie famiglie, e l'esperienza ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Il resort stesso è ben progettato, mescolando in modo insensibile nel paesaggio circostante e offrendo un senso di tranquillità che vi aiuta immediatamente a calmarvi. Il servizio eccezionale che ha reso davvero eccezionale questo soggiorno, soprattutto da Liu Governatore. Da quando siamo arrivati, Liu era attento, pensato, e incredibilmente professionale. Ogni dettaglio è stato gestito con cura, sia che anticipasse le nostre esigenze, offrisse raccomandazioni utili, o assicurando che il nostro soggiorno fosse tranquillo e comodo in tutto il mondo. Il suo caldo devozione e la sua vera dedizione ci hanno fatto sentire non solo benvenuti, ma anche curati. È raro incontrare un servizio che sia impeccabile e cuore, e Liu Governatore lo illustra perfettamente.Grazie a lui, il nostro soggiorno si è sentito personalizzato e memorabile. Raccomando vivamente Yunzhongjin Hangzhou Resort a chiunque cerchi un ritiro pacifico con un servizio di alto livello, e spero in particolare che i futuri ospiti abbiano il piacere di essere assistito da Liu Governatore.

Avete un soggiorno meraviglioso e piacevole all'hotel! Amore il grande servizio, ospite di tutti i membri del personale. Grazie per l'aggiornamento gratuito alla vista sul lago, e godetevi la sorgente interna e la luce esterna! Sicuramente rimarrò con loro se torno a qiandao hu ... Forse in tempo estivo, dal momento che abbiamo perso il parco tematico dell'acqua estiva.

La famiglia è andata al compleanno insieme, vivendo nell'hotel caldo giapponese, l'atmosfera è fantastica.La stanza ha zuppa privata di legno, con lavabo a vapore e pasticceria, servizio intimido.Spa, pasticceria e bevande di frutta Guangdong sono dolci e ricche.E'un pranzo che devo chiamare vendita, e un po'di dispiacere. Il segreto di gioco della carta può anche cambiare un piccolo regalo, l'esperienza è piena di ♨️️

Il personale è molto amichevole e utile, l'hotel e le camere sono molto pulite e ci sono molte belle viste e attività rilassanti da fare. Il pranzo a colazione e il buffet serale erano deliziosi e ci sono stati incendi di notte, la piscina all'aperto era molto pulita e rilassante da usare e il jacuzzi era molto caldo. Mia figlia ama la zona di gioco e ci siamo divertiti nell'arcade. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

We stayed at the residence for 2 nights and was absolutely well taken care of by the team. The residence was huge with its own private gym, living room and dining area. Rooms had individual access which gave security. Have told the staff to include some utensils and cutleries in the residence so we could self serve at night after ordering supper. Breakfast was lovely, we chose to have it in the residence on the second day. Sound bath experience was also great. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone, it became our highlight for Hangzhou!

Paid a 1700HKD for a night of this hotel but was shocked by small annoying hidden fee that should be comes free for most of holiday hotel for example: to use the hotel outdoors Jacuzzi, pool float for kids. No pool side ordering service. Breakfast was included, but not worth for the price for sure . Hotel facilities is lack of maintenance .. You can get way much better service & amenities elsewhere like Sanya, Thailand. for the same price. Would not go again .

千島湖站的高鐵酒店通勤巴士能直接送到酒店門口，非常便利。位置清幽，但打車不會不方便。服務很好，工作人員都很客氣。從大堂到房間有接駁車，可以隨時call接駁車接送。酒店的餐廳還可以，不願出門的時候不至於吃不上好的。趕上了週六的自助晚餐，吃的很爽。健身房不大，衹有有氧器械和幾組啞鈴，但是有泳池，室內外都有，好多帶娃玩的。泳池邊有賣泳衣，款式不多，建議自帶。大堂門口就有各種自行車電動車租賃，也很方便。 入户棧道很漂亮，跟湖邊的森林別墅似的，夢想中的房屋位置。房間三面環窗，漂亮通透；床很大，睡着挺舒服的；空調給力；套房有倆馬桶是最最好評的。就是設施稍微偏老，卧室裏的電視不能投屏，衹有客廳的可以。另外可能因為時間久了，沙發和地磚看着不是很清爽。中途有衹很親人的貓咪來做客，非常可愛。 總體來説體驗還是很好的，悠閑避世，每天就是吃睡閑逛蹬車游泳，猛猛充能。 （P8是房間客廳往外看的視角，P9是別墅門口觀景台視角）

Positives: 😁 This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media. The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork. Negatives: 😕 Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away. Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful. Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao. Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.

Grande luogo per rilassarsi e godere di fonti calde e piscina. Le villa del resort sono di dimensioni decente e pulite. Ci sono una selezione di piscina e fonti calde da scegliere. E 'un grande resort di collina così in movimento richiede l'uso di auto di navetta melex. E' una vergogna comunicare con i conducenti locali... in molte occasioni non siamo stati raccolti o lasciati nelle stazioni giuste. C'è un gruppo sorprendente di interni indonesiani che forniscono un servizio di qualità ovest di eccellente qualità. Sarebbe un'ottima idea mettere gli interni in tutto il resort per migliorare l'esperienza nel servizio clienti e dare un migliore esempio e un migliore accento al cliente per i dipendenti locali che, purtroppo, talvolta non hanno competenze nel servizio clienti. Attualmente gli internaziona­li sono principalmente nei ristoranti e nei spa, ma sono più necessari alla reception, fonti calde, zone di piscina, stazioni di servizio nautiche.

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.
