"This place is really beautiful. And it's close to Xiang Lake which I think is worth visiting besides the famous West Lake. We had a very comfortable stay there. Rooms are clean n spacious. But their central warming system turned the place really warm during the night. So much so we have to open the window to let cold air in to cool the room. The air conditioning can't cool it down enough.
For service I'll give it 4 stars given this is 5 star hotel. So I have higher expectation. The counter staff when we checked in that night did not give a good first impression. She wasn't rude n in fact was courteous in her words but I couldn't feel it in her tone or body language, something like coming out of a robot. I felt that in other service staff in other places too. But fortunately the other staff we encountered the next day wasn't like this. We can feel the warmth in their tone. And the next day during breakfast, there is no service at all. No one to bring us to the table. No one to clear our table. Nor anyone asked if we want any drink. The two staff in the restaurant stick together n stand around a pillar n will move together once in a while to clear tables after a table left. Otherwise they will stand there chatting.
So, except a little service lapses, this hotel is definitely worth staying when you are in Hangzhou."

LLinjianxiaomiao這次出行目的是安吉，準備帶娃玩玩水，計劃的比較急，很多滿房，因為帶娃需要考慮的因素也比較多，最終選來選去，也看了很多評論，最後盲選了這家。雖地理位置上屬於杭州，但離安吉半小時車程就到，還是很方便的。西西里·漫雖然是去年9月新開，看評論説沒有差評，體驗後發現確實如此，無論是所在環境，房間軟硬件配套，還是服務妥妥滿分💯。定的是週五入住，是老闆和老闆娘一起接待，老闆娘熱情知性大方，看我們帶小寶寶，老闆娘貼心的給升級了房間，我們選了私湯池的大床房。辦理入住的時候老闆也熱心的跑來跑去搬行李，還跟我們介紹了民宿，老闆對民宿還有一些想法，比如增加泡湯池，窯烤麪包啊之類的，也是正在建設中。當時看到泳池的水有些落葉看起來有點臟，跟老闆溝通了説這次帶娃特地買了泳圈想帶娃玩玩的，老闆大下午的三十七八度直接開幹開始換水，真的很感動，終於在第二天上午玩上了。老闆不僅帥氣還真心做服務，真的難能可貴👍。還有早餐阿姨也是很棒，早餐雖然按份上的，貼心的問喜歡吃什麼，有什麼可選，不夠可以加，吃完早飯還投餵了老闆娘剛買的本地桃，早飯吃的飽飽。還幫我們洗了衣服晾曬好，温度高剛好退房時就幹了。總之，入住期間就接觸了三位的服務接待，每一位都很貼心，給你家一般的感覺。民宿環境優美，迎山而建，左側有個很大的坡地草坪，適合團建，可以燒烤，K歌，泡湯，拍照很美，隨處都可以拍出打卡照，確實很贊。祝願老闆和老闆娘生意興旺，大家有個好的度假休閑體驗。

Il design dell'hotel è molto gusto. Tutte le strutture sono marchi, e la camera invernale è calda.La colazione e la notte sono deliziose.
La posizione geografica ha la sua superiorità.La porta è pulita e pulita. UUtente anonimoIt was overall an alright stay, don’t expect Japanese standards. Apparently they had a soft opening period and just opened on April 15. You can see that things aren’t running so smoothly yet, trip.com shows that spa needs to be booked a day in advance, but on WeChat they said no reservations required and we can use anytime. The second day we wanted to use the spa our second time, and was told by a staff we couldn’t use it again, which we were confused about. Later other staff said we could.
The spa itself had spectacular views, but the outdoor pool weirdly had half eaten and rotten apples floating around. After talking to the spa staff they said it was for aesthetic purposes and guests must have eaten them without knowing that. Worrying hygiene standards 😨 apart from that overall hygiene seems to be alright.
All rooms have our own private courtyard so there are two doors, the main wooden door and then the glass door to our actual room. The main wooden door broke down twice - we couldn’t lock it (more like they didn’t fix the problem fully the first time), which wasted our time as we had to sit around to watch the maintenance staff fixing our door.
Breakfast was okay but half the dishes were way too salty for my taste. Weird mix of “Western”, “Japanese” and Chinese dishes. Cheaper to buy on the spot (168 yuan as of today).
Service was not up to the standard of a hotel of this price point. The staff welcoming us seems like she was reading from a script, we couldn’t hear half the time even after asking her to enunciate clearer twice. Felt like they were here to monitor us more than take care of us. Instead of “how may I help you?”, they actually responded “what’s wrong?” on two separate occasions. I don’t think this is acceptable! Some staff also do not greet guests properly.

UUtente ospiteIl nostro tempo al lago Sheraton Qiandao era eccellente. Il personale si è allontanato dal loro modo per aiutarci e rendere il nostro viaggio e stare tranquillo. Sauron era particolarmente utile e solo un messaggio di testo lontano. Avremmo davvero raccomandato l'hotel. Le sorgenti calde erano bellissime e calde!
L'unica piccola inconvenienza è che è un po' lontano da tutto e si deve di Didi per tutto perché i cittadini non cinesi non possono usare le biciclette o gli ebicchi come stranieri.

E' una vergogna comunicare con i conducenti locali... in molte occasioni non siamo stati raccolti o lasciati nelle stazioni giuste. C'è un gruppo sorprendente di interni indonesiani che forniscono un servizio di qualità ovest di eccellente qualità. Sarebbe un'ottima idea mettere gli interni in tutto il resort per migliorare l'esperienza nel servizio clienti e dare un migliore esempio e un migliore accento al cliente per i dipendenti locali che, purtroppo, talvolta non hanno competenze nel servizio clienti. AABHISHEKIl soggiorno complessivo era bello nell'hotel. Le camere erano pulite e spaziose. Il colazione aveva molte opzioni occidentali e cinesi, che erano buone. Il nostro pacchetto comprendeva l'esperienza di primavera calda all'interno che era adatto per tenere conto del freddo fuori.
Solo deluso è stato 'Nausicaa del biglietto del Wind Tour' che è stato incluso nel pacchetto mentre prenota da trip.com. In trip.com sotto i dettagli del pacchetto è stato detto che era un fermo scenico/parco e pensavamo che l'ingresso in quel posto fosse gratuito ma aggiuntivo Questa informazione è stata assolutamente fuorviante, poiché dopo aver perso molto tempo, le informazioni che abbiamo ricevuto (dopo aver chiamato il numero di contatto fornito, parlando con il personale dell'hotel) sono state ”Nausicaa del Wind Tour Ticket”. Non si trovava in o vicino all'hotel, ma era in un luogo completamente lontano. Non è stata fornita alcuna informazione chiara chiamando il numero di contatto su come utilizzare l'offerta come menzionato nella descrizione del pacchetto prenotato trip.com.
O trip.com dovrebbe rimuovere l'offerta o fornire una descrizione chiara sulla posizione di quel luogo, con foto, se possibile, altrimenti la gente sentirà profitto sull'offerta e andare a cercare la prenotazione che è in realtà fuorviante.

This hotel 🏨 is GORGEOUS. Absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t decide which photos to use for my photoshoot because there are so many great pictures. The hotel is perfect for instagram or social media.
The service 👨✈️ was amazing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
The food 🍱 was delicious! There are many different choices and set options. We especially loved the fried pork.
Negatives: 😕
Location 📍you can’t hike or explore anywhere around this hotel. You are essentially stuck to this property. All activities are at least 30min-2 hour drive away.
Room design 🛏️ I included this in the photos, the bed is on a wooden stand with sharp edges and it’s very easily to run into it and forget it’s there. My bf and I both hit our shins pretty hard on it, it was painful.
Drinks🥂 it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy some cocktails or champagne with this view, but you are limited to beer 🍺 only. Just bottled Budweiser and Tsingtao.
Overall, I’d stay again if I wanted to relax in peace for the weekend. Bring your own alcohol.
