Soddisfatto!Siamo arrivati di notte. Hotel was renovated in 2024 according to the description but it didn’t seem like it. The room overall was quite dirty. Not sure if they ever cleaned the carpet because my luggage caught a lot of hair (both long and short). Saw all the hair on the counter top where the luggage was placed. Never had this situation at other hotels we stayed at during this trip. There were cigarette burns on the carpet too.In addition, there were strands of hair on the sheet under the blanket and also on the sink countertop. Lastly toilet smelled of pee and cigarette smoke. I also had to request for a replacement of the kettle as the inside had something smeared (felt rough like concrete) Would not stay there again.

Value for money as we have a good deal for nights ( during new year holidays). Location is superb near multiple shopping malls, eateries and huge underground mall. The metro station is just less than 5 mins walk. The hotel is a little dated and would recommend a renovation to bring back the luxury feel of the hotel.

Perfect!!! Really happy to have stayed here. The owner and her families are all so kind. She’s very helpful in arranging bus from harbin to the homestay (vice versa), activities at Wu Song Long, riding horse sledge to tour around the village, and arranging bus to Snow Town. Breakfast provided were plain porridge, hard boiled egg, mantou, and vegetables. There’s a slide you can play behind the house. Omg so beautiful! The view from the room is amazing. You can use the flexible shower head as a bidet since the sliding door can move both ways. Very comfortable room. You can wear your normal indoor outfit. So happy we get to experience snow fall during our stay. Im so happy for having to stay here! Muslim friendly! So many malaysian hahaha.

房間忘記拍了，但真的是令人意外的好！可能因為還沒到旺季，所以店家幫我免費從榻榻米升級到大床房了，面積很大，乾淨整潔，對酒店的基礎要求都能滿足，房間還配了加濕器。更令人意外的是服務非常好，先是提供接站服務，然後滑雪票和温泉票都是在店家這裏買的，不光票價便宜，還接送我們來回滑雪場和森林温泉，還有其他各個方面的服務都很細緻羅列不完啦！總之非常推薦，是我哈爾濱之旅第一站的極好開場～

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the size of the rooms at 30m2 and the high floors with spectacular views. We were on level 26. The night staff was very hospitable. It was handy to commute to all the scenic sites of Harbin. Overall had a pleasant stay and would recommend to all travelers.
